About: I have always had a fur baby in my life. My husband and I recently lost both of our dogs and cat. I love walking, playing, snuggling and all other activities with pups. I will work with you on what your needs are for your fur family member while you are away. My ultimate goal is to have my own full time doggie care. I live in a neighborhood that’s great for walking or going to dog park at Sokol Park. I provide pickup and drop-off within a 10 miles. Above all, I will treat your pet like a member of my family & love on them while you’re away. I’m a PreK teacher so I’m free during the summer and most holidays. Even during the school year I am still able to stay at a client’s house if pet can be let alone during the day. My husband works from home so your pet will have someone with them during the day. However, your pet must not be very needy so that it doesn’t interfere with his work. He does take several breaks and your pet will have availability to be outside several times a day. I enjoy sitting outside enjoying the sunshine or going for walks is also fun activities for mine. We keep a large bed for your pet, toys, and a few treats. I have furkids myself & my house is setup with furbabies & safety in mind. 🥰 I have furbaby beds in several rooms, gates between doorways so in case someone wants to be alone, I can accommodate, or if your baby needs time to warm up to a new place, thats another reason to have gates, for them to meet & greet at their own pace, not rushed. I just don't like the idea of having to stay in kennels, like at the vet! Thats what brought me to Rover as a client, now a sitter myself. I have a playroom for furbaby friends with plenty of toys, beds & a fenced in backyard for supervised potty & play! On pretty days we spend as much time outside as we can. We also have elevated beds outside, 2 little pup-pools, large grassy area & covered backporch with fan, patio umbrella & also a water misting fan to beat the heat! Thats a real treat! (Pup cups too!)🥰 My babies love everyone, but I know not everyone else's pups love the same things. Its important for them all feel safe & comfortable. About: Growing up on a farm I've had a lot of experience with multitudes of different animals. I have a genuine love for all fur babies (and those without fur). I have a lot of love and time to give to any baby needing to be watched by someone who will be attentive and loving. I play and talk and really spend time with the babies I watch. I am home 99% of the time and when watching animals, like to spend time getting to know them and playing with them. Whatever time required for certain activities upon request can be met easily! About: I got my first family dog at the age of 12 and he was a 100 pound chocolate Labrador named Max. When I moved to Germany, I was not allowed to take him so he currently lives with my brother. After moving back to the US, I got my own toy poodle at the age of 16 named Eymber and was completely responsible for her. Once I moved to college, I got her a puppy named Koko and they absolutely love eachother. Eymber is now 5 years old and koko is 1. Occasionally, I stop by the Tuscaloosa animal shelter to volunteer and I love being the reason a pup was happy that day. About: I have a strong love for all dogs. They have a special place in my heart and will treat them as my own. I may live in an apartment, but I’ll make sure your pup(s) have a great time. I will do a potty break or a nice walk/play time every 3-4hrs. I’ll make sure your pup will feel at home! I currently work two jobs. M-F my days are usually 8-4:30. I’ll take your pup out for a nice walk before work and when I come back a nice play day! My work schedule on the weekend is usually Friday & Sat 7pm-3am or Sat & Sun 7A-3P. I’ll make sure your pup has fresh food and water each day. If they get along with other dogs, I’ll take them to the dog park! Make sure they have great time outside and inside!
About: What sets me different from others is the genuine connections I have with Dogs. A Dog is a man bestfriend and I love that quote. I single handedly trained all my dogs and others. Took time out to build that trust, connection, and loyalty to make sure we trust each other and be there for each other. I currently just graduated school. I went to Troy University out of high school and transferred to the University of Mississippi for my final year. Right now I have alot of free time on my hands and can work around any schedule. About: I've taken of so many animals its hard to keep track. Cats, dogs, etc... You name the animal and I've been there to take care of them. I am super free Tuesday and Thursday, and weekday/weekend nights. I love to have overnight visitors and take my pets on long walks themselves. I usually get up pretty early, so there is some time there as well! I live in a house with a backyard pretty close to downtown, so lots of shaded sidewalks and places to run around in. I don’t offer pet care in my home but I do offer services at your home, I can send you updates of whenever I arrive at your home, send you pictures while I’m there, update you when they potty, eat, what they do throughout the day, etc. And of course update you whenever I leave and tell you when I plan on returning. I will work with you on what your needs are for your fur family member while you are away. My ultimate goal is to have my own full time doggie care. Above all, I will treat your pet like a member of my family & love on them while you’re away. I’m a PreK teacher so I’m free during the summer and most holidays. Even during the school year I am still able to stay at a client’s house if pet can be let alone during the day. My husband works from home so your pet will have someone with them during the day. However, your pet must not be very needy so that it doesn’t interfere with his work. He does take several breaks and your pet will have availability to be outside several times a day. I enjoy sitting outside enjoying the sunshine or going for walks is also fun activities for mine. We keep a large bed for your pet, toys, and a few treats.
