About: I've had dogs all my life and currently care for two . This has given experience with training puppies and understanding the needs of older dogs. I'm very reliable, making sure to be on time and give each pet the attention they need. You can trust me to take great care of your pets. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. at my dad’s family-owned business, which gives me a very flexible schedule. If I have a walk or drop-in scheduled during those hours, I’m usually able to leave work to take care of your pet and return afterward. I’m also completely free after 1 p.m. and on weekends. I’m even able to bring dogs to work with me if you’re comfortable with it and your dog does well in that environment. This gives me the flexibility to accommodate different schedules and means your pet doesn’t necessarily have to be left alone just because I’m at work. I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently have two of my own, so caring for pets is already a normal part of my everyday routine. When caring for pets in my home, I try to make them feel as comfortable and at home as possible. They’ll get plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, walks, and affection throughout the day. I have two friendly dogs of my own, so if your pet enjoys other dogs, they’ll also have some company and a chance to play. I do not have a fenced-in yard, so outdoor time is supervised and dogs are taken out on a leash for potty breaks and walks. I love that she’s active in the AKC training clubs so she’s not only comfortable with solid obedience training but agility as well. This is key for our family to have a sitter who has more advanced experience than the typical rover dog walker. It adds a lot more peace of mind for consistent training and behavior expected with my dobie, even under the care of someone else when I am away. My Doberman is very comfortable which says a lot as she doesn’t connect with everyone so I am thrilled they click so well and she gets the wiggles when she sees her but also listens to her commands and has respect for Almu. I appreciate the tender care Almu has taken and no detail overlooked. I am a high maintence dog owner and Almu went well above and beyond! I’m going to be using her dog walking services long term. Also this was a last minute situation for us having to leave town in an emergency situation, they were very sweet and professional and took great care of us during short notice, Missy stayed up late to ensure we would not go without help during this time which we really appreciate them for being patient and helping us.”

About: I lost my two dogs back to back within the past few years and my heart is empty but not ready to get a new dog. I’m retired from the Air Force and a stay ant home mom and have lots of time to care for pets . I’m very active and absolutely love dogs and understand the crucial importance of exercise and activity to their health. Available currently weekends and evenings only since I work full time. I am planning on retiring next year at which time I will be ready to try this full time. I will respect and follow instructions exactly as a former pet owner, I understand how important it is to follow owner’s wishes when it comes to pet care.
“My 2 weimaraners had another great stay with Kel and her family! She sent me picture updates every day I was gone. One of the dogs she was watching had a birthday while my dogs were there, so she made little birthday cakes for each dog. It was really sweet that she included my dogs in the celebration! I know my boys are looking forward to their stay with Kel again in a couple of weeks. Excellent dog sitter!”
