Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). About: I am the happy mother of three rescued fur babies and two adult children. One of my fur babies has been trained to be an emotional support dog and knows some sign language. They love children. My husband and I are empty nesters. I have been an RVT (registered Vet Tech) at several animal clinics and hospitals in town and in California. I am capable of giving medication subcue and including injections, along withthe needs diabetic dogs or those with special needs. If you need help with behavior issues such as leash walking Im your gal. I love wet kisses from sloppy fur babies. I havnt found anything yet that has changed my mind about these sweet creatures and if I could have 10 of my own I would. Since that is not possible the next best thing is to help others take care of their fur babies. I work from home and am available to be with your fur babies the majority of the time. Besides running errands and I usually have my husband or daughter watch over them during those few times. Or I will bring them with me 🤗 Fur babies in my home are treated as family yes they allowed on the furniture unless you specifically do not want this . I’m big on building trust with each animal and making sure they feel safe while their person is away. I always leave things clean, double-check food and water, and send updates so you know your pet is in good hands.

I have 8 years of experience caring for pets of my friends and families…I’m open to all types of care weather it’s just a walk, need me to let them out, keep them at my place or I stay at yours! I work at UAB Hospital 3 days a week, even on days I work I can let them out before after and on my hour break! I will make any accommodations necessary for you and your animals! I live right by railroad park, so that area would be perfect for any animal to be walked in! I like by myself with no pets in my apartment.

“If I could leave 10 out of 5 stars I would! Amanda was wonderful and we could not have asked for a better experience. Besides being kind, gentle, and thoughtful, she was very caring and gave our dog lots of attention. We had multiple pictures and videos, which were so nice. She took Oliver on walks every day, not down the street, but to a park every day. She also fed him home cooked chicken (with my approval) to try to get him to eat (picky eater!). I know Oliver had a great time and it was so nice not worrying about our little boy! We will definitely use her again! Thank you Amanda!”
