I work part-time, only from 4.5-8 hour shifts with breaks in between. Scheduling a few days in advance works best and anytime on my off days! I am in an upstairs apartment, fenced in. About: I’ve owned animals my whole life. I have mostly owned hunting dogs (springers and labs) but also smaller animals as well. I currently have two cats. I currently work half days at the moment and will have extended time off in October and November to fill pet care needs. I am available most weekends. I am able to uncrate dogs, take for a walk or let out into the back yard, and then put back in the crate. I can stop by to feed and play with cats and change the litter box. Our back yard is fenced in for my GSD and the base is cladded in a double layer of chicken wire to prevent from digging under even though we’ve never had the issue with Klaus digging ! Klaus is on a high quality diet and gets plenty of excercise. Both of my pets go to the vet on a regular basis and have wellness checks every 90 days. I could go on about what I do for my pets but YOUR pets are my priority here ! I will adhere to your instructions regarding feeding, medication, excercise, and any other care routines. If anything is unclear I will be sure to seek clarification. For your home, I like to confine myself to the common areas of the house and the areas necessary for your pet’s care (kitchen, living room, guest bathroom, etc). Pet safety is my no.1 priority both indoors and outdoors !

I have been with dogs since I was a baby as well as taking care of them since I was 12, when I got my own first German Shepherd. Been there for many animals from puppies to senior and everywhere in between. Many friends, family members and neighbors have come to me to watch their babies while gone, to check in on them or take them on walks. I have dealt with most breeds and understand basic needs, medical concerns and safety of everyone. I'm a retired veteran from the US Army and a full time stay at home mom. My day to day is getting kids ready for school, drop off, pick up and homework time. In between all that, Im doing chores or watching some episodes of my favorite shows, so I will have plenty of time to be with your pet. My kids are 5 and 7, so most of the day they are at school. When they are home they help out with the animals and give them even more attention and love. John, my husband, works full time. With our schedule, if there is ever a time I need to step out, he is always here to help. I always prefer a meet and greet before we set up anything so the animal can acknowledge who I am or where they will be staying, even when doing drop ins. This makes the transition alot easier on both sides. We stick to one client at a time to keep the house easier to maintain and also for the safety of your pet and mine, as well as the family. We have a large fenced in yard to keep your pet safe but have plenty of room to run and play. We also have a crate for crate training or sleeping if you so prefer. We allow pets on the furniture unless you say otherwise. We will always follow by the owner's rules and ways of doing things in our home.

About: I have a dog of my own currently. He is a full blood German Shorthair Pointer. I owned my first dog 8 years ago and have loved animals since a child. I do have experience In the Veterinary assistant field. I’m in online college for grooming and veterinary tech. About: Hello! My name is Giovanna, and I’d love to share a little about myself. Growing up, I was never allowed to have pets (other than a goldfish). My dad would take me to the pet store, and I would beg for even a hamster, but he never budged. So naturally, whenever I visited friends or went to gatherings, I was always the one playing with and loving on the pets. I jumped at every opportunity to help care for my friends’ and family’s animals. When I finally moved out on my own, I adopted my very first pet, my cat, Winnie, within 10 days. Not long after, I decided Winnie needed a friend, so I adopted my second cat, Apache. Later, when I moved in with my now husband, I finally convinced him to get a dog, something I had wanted my entire life. After lots of research, I chose a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, and that’s how we welcomed Emmett into our family. One of my favorite hobbies is training Emmett, working on obedience, tricks, and even some agility. I love the moment when something finally “clicks” for him (it’s like finally understanding a math problem!). Growing up, people would always say their pets were family, and I didn’t fully understand that until I had my own. Now, I don’t even see them as pets, they are my children. Because of that, I deeply understand the trust and responsibility that comes with caring for someone else’s animals. I will always treat your pets like my own, with love, patience, and attention. I also know how important updates are, so you can expect plenty of photos and check-ins while you’re away (I already have way too many pictures of my own pets!). I’m a military spouse with base access, and I offer in-home pet sitting, dog walking, and cat care. I’d also be happy to incorporate some light training or tricks if you’re interested! In my free time, I’m currently training for the Chicago Marathon, so if your dog loves to run or needs extra exercise, I can definitely keep up! I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets! I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give your pets plenty of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day. I’m available for dog walking, drop-ins, and in-home pet sitting on both weekdays and weekends and last minute requests. I’m also happy to accommodate early mornings, evenings, or more active dogs who need extra exercise. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to be proactive, attentive, and cautious in every situation. About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals for as long as I can remember. I’ve grown up with a small dog since I was eight and have had my own cat for almost 4 years now. I also have went through basic dog training and have trained many dogs. I have 2 diva huskies, one is off leash trained and the other does tricks! About: I’ve trained around three puppies via clicker training, have taken care of old dogs who require medication, and have worked with small dogs like Cavaliers and big dogs like Chows alike. I currently attend school for 20 hours a week, but my classes are done after 2-4 hours at a time. This allows me to love my own dog and yours! I love being outdoors and taking walks, but I also can stay indoors to just be with your pet. I also have crate trained other pets, so even if your loved one is stubborn, I can put them up. I’m used to both small and big dogs and can cater to either size range.

About: I’m excited to apply what I’ve learned about my pets to others. Every pet has their own personality I want to get to know them. Pet car fits perfectly into my schedule as I complete college online and am home majority of the day they always have my undivided attention. About: I’ve owned animals my whole life. I have mostly owned hunting dogs (springers and labs) but also smaller animals as well. I currently have two cats. I currently work half days at the moment and will have extended time off in October and November to fill pet care needs. I am available most weekends. I am able to uncrate dogs, take for a walk or let out into the back yard, and then put back in the crate. I can stop by to feed and play with cats and change the litter box. About: I have taken care of pets from puppies to 100+ lbs since I was a young child. I have experience with petsitting my families pets and bathing them. I work part-time, only from 4.5-8 hour shifts with breaks in between. Scheduling a few days in advance works best and anytime on my off days! I am in an upstairs apartment, fenced in. I have a medium sized fur baby to keep your pet company or if needed can keep separated. I have a crate if needed and toys for them to play with. Pets are allowed on the couch/bed. About: I've taken care of different breeds & size dogs for 6 years now. I love animals & want to help take care of them. I have taken care of puppies, senior dogs, & ages in between. I work full time at my job. Weekends are best for me, but I can stay somewhere during the week, as long as it's not too far from my work. I also can go during my lunch to let dogs out to potty &/or check on them, as long as it's not too far from my work. I have a semi fenced in back yard. I have one dog outside & he has come inside sometimes, but hes not completelyhouse trained & I have one cat inside. They are both around 3 years old.
