Lindsey provided updates every morning and evening, letting me know that Penny had eaten her food and what she had done for the day. She also included pictures in which I could tell Penny was having fun. During her visit it was July 4 and Penny is extremely scared of fireworks. About: I've been caring for animals my whole life; I grew up on a farm with 15 horses, many chickens, goats, and of course lots of cats & dogs. I've been professionally caring for animals since 2011 where I worked as a vet tech specializing in rehabilitating competition horses. I have the perfect property for playing with large groups of dogs with a lot of fenced-in land. I work from home, and I spend most of my weekends working on projects around the property, making both my weekdays & weekends perfect for dog sitting. I have a double-doggy-door system; the first doggy door in the kitchen leads to the screened-in back patio, then the 2nd doggy door goes from the patio to the fenced-in back yard so dogs can go use the bathroom whenever they need. I take frequent breaks from my computer and play with the doggo’s! I live on a peaceful 6-acre property off a dirt road surrounded by cow and horse farms. 1-acre is fenced in off the house just for the dogs - with beautiful oak & pine trees that provide a lot of shade. The screened-in back patio has carpeting, dog beds, & fans. Inside the home, there are extra dog beds & toys in every room. I have a senior female dog who mostly keeps to herself, and a very loving and energetic girl who will play endlessly with any dog of any size. I have an in-&-out cat that has his own space. I frequently watch dogs that are not friendly with cats since I can keep everyone separated if need be.

About: I’ve always been around animals and grew up caring for multiple dogs. I currently have cats of my own and have experience caring for a variety of exotic animals as well. I have previously worked in animal husbandry, which has given me hands on experience with animal care, feeding, cleaning, monitoring and understanding different animals’ individual needs. I believe in respecting other people's home, so if I make a mess, I'm cleaning up after myself! Also security of the home is important to me, so I do prefer to be knowledgeable of your home security system if you have one. Outdoors/ In Vehicle Leashes will be used as it is required by local guidelines, I prefer to take your pet out early mornings or evenings (7:00p.m) for potty time, but if you request them to be taken out a time of day where the sun is scorching hot, I will keep the out time very short. Feeding bowls or trays will be brought in my vehicle once I purchase another one, so your pet(s) can have nutrition on the go too!

So your dog will be supervised, as per hour request. I am flexible and will listen to the owners request, as much as possible. I have a fenced in acre of land. I also have a screen in back porch. If you have small dogs, they can run freely, and I would stay outside to watch them. If you have large dogs they can stay out all they want. Dogs love me! My dog is always there to comfort me & make my day better. My dog is my heart & I will treat yours like they were my own. I will freely admit that very early mornings are difficult for me at this present time due to a few circumstances, but I will always do my very best for your fur kids, big & small, no matter the breed or species! I can only watch animals in your home at this time. But if they need fed, they will eat. If they need to go on a walk & not just run around the back yard, we'll go on a walk. We'll play with their favorite toy, snuggle on the sofa, make sure they have a good day. Then before I leave I will make sure any mess is cleaned up & that the house is the way it was before I got there.
