About: Hey everyone! A little about me is that I’m a veteran who got out of the military in 2025, and since then I’ve been a stay-at-home dad to my kids and my two dogs. Safe to say the dogs are just as spoiled as the kids around here lol. Your kids are my kids and I will love them so much like my own :)) I keep my pets on a schedule and know how to treat them if they give signs of any sickness I have gone through it and know all the remedies to help. I love playing with my fur babies and having them fur baby friends. I also like to take my fur babies on walks even my cats in a cat backpack so they can see the world. My home has a pet room near a window so they can see outside (they love this) and they can sleep by the window on a comfortable bed (SPOILED). I keep toys in their room and I also have a cat tree for my catsss

About: I have lots of experience with horses, cows, dogs (including working k9s), cats, etc. Horses, working k9s, and cats are my favorites to work with. I have 3 working dogs, performance horses so i understand their special requirements. Im a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to take care of pets or run to go check in on ones that have to stay in your home. I am very thorough with directions and check them a few times before and after completing to make sure that I didnt miss a single thing.

I have been with dogs since I was a baby as well as taking care of them since I was 12, when I got my own first German Shepherd. Been there for many animals from puppies to senior and everywhere in between. Many friends, family members and neighbors have come to me to watch their babies while gone, to check in on them or take them on walks. I have dealt with most breeds and understand basic needs, medical concerns and safety of everyone. I'm a retired veteran from the US Army and a full time stay at home mom. My day to day is getting kids ready for school, drop off, pick up and homework time. In between all that, Im doing chores or watching some episodes of my favorite shows, so I will have plenty of time to be with your pet. My kids are 5 and 7, so most of the day they are at school. When they are home they help out with the animals and give them even more attention and love. John, my husband, works full time. With our schedule, if there is ever a time I need to step out, he is always here to help. I always prefer a meet and greet before we set up anything so the animal can acknowledge who I am or where they will be staying, even when doing drop ins. This makes the transition alot easier on both sides. We stick to one client at a time to keep the house easier to maintain and also for the safety of your pet and mine, as well as the family. We have a large fenced in yard to keep your pet safe but have plenty of room to run and play. We also have a crate for crate training or sleeping if you so prefer. We allow pets on the furniture unless you say otherwise. We will always follow by the owner's rules and ways of doing things in our home.

I am owner to three wonderful doggos, four charismatic kitties, a grumpy hedgie (Nugget), and a little dinosaur (gecko) named Mochi. Since I developed such a love and joy for animal caregiving it seemed only right to pursue a career in the veterinary field. I started off as a kennel tech at my local humane society which eventually lead to me managing the cat section of the shelter. This was when I realized I am first and foremost a crazy cat lady. I gained experience in learning how to evaluate and treat illness as well as properly care for felines and canines. Once I mastered the basics of venipuncture, medication administration, and vaccines I had enough experience to get a job at a local veterinary clinic. There I acted as a receptionist, client care coordinator, and veterinary assistant. I counseled clients regarding nutrition, behavioral problems, obesity, parasite problems, geriatric, flea problems, pre- and post-operative care, treatment instructions, etc. as well as assisting veterinarians and technicians with pets and diagnostics as necessary. After doing this for a few years I became familiar with veterinary medical terminology and procedures, how to perform wellness examinations, and how to recognize significant changes in health and mentation. This led to me being able to get a job at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. I worked as an unlicensed veterinary technician in immediate and intensive care in Auburn’s emergency and critical care department for most of my career before going back to general practice. After working in general practice for one year I realized my passion was in emergency medicine and I started working at an emergency clinic as an overnight ICU nurse. After my grandmother got diagnosed with cancer I decided to take a step back from full time veterinary medicine as I was facing compassion fatigue and burn out. That’s when I decided not to let my 10+ years of experience go to waste and I started my “business”, Lemon’s Aid. "Lemon's Aid" was founded in honor of my special needs puppy, Lemon. It is my hope and ambition at Lemon's Aid to provide exceptional healthcare and pet sitting experiences for your pets with skilled nursing treatments, specialty care, convenient home-based visits, as well as home to hospital transportation. Nursing house calls and in home sitting help alleviate the stress and anxiety that pets, and their families can experience during traditional vet clinic or boarding facility visits. This business helps bring in income as well as gives me the flexibility needed to care for my family. I am veterinary CPR certified and have experience performing CPR on canines and felines. I also have completed other programs in the veterinary field including my Fear Free Certification in small animals and exotics as well as The AAFP's Cat Friendly Practice program. I have quit my full time job in order to assist my grandmother who is recovering from surgery and cancer which leaves me with a very open schedule I am not currently equipped to house animals in my home as I have my own mini zoo (lol). While my fiancé stays home to care for my kiddos I can help take care of yours in the comfort of your own home from check in visits, walks, and/or overnight stays in your home.
About: I've taken care of many animals in my past. I started around 13. I started with three huskys and one toy poddle so I am good with large and small breeds. About: Hi, I’ve worked with animals my entire life, I grew and was raised on a farm so I have experience with all kinds of animals ranging from reptiles to large animals. I am doing daily cat care and dog care with my own animals and it’s something I often find myself enjoying doing. I also clean and care for my rats. About: Hey everyone! A little about me is that I’m a veteran who got out of the military in 2025, and since then I’ve been a stay-at-home dad to my kids and my two dogs. Safe to say the dogs are just as spoiled as the kids around here lol. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, potty breaks, playtime, walks, and just making sure pets feel comfortable and relaxed in their environment. What I think really sets me apart is that I’m home most of the day as a stay-at-home dad, so your pets won’t just be left alone waiting for someone to come back hours later which really helps if they have separation anxiety! Trust me I know! Lol They’ll get real attention, supervision, playtime, and care throughout the day. I also know how important routines are for pets, so I do my best to stick to whatever schedule your dog or dogs are used to so they feel right at home. Whether your dog or dogs are just balls of energy or they just want someone to hang out with on the couch, I’m happy to match their vibe. Honestly, I just treat them the same way I’d want someone treating my own dogs. I’m a stay-at-home dad, so my schedule is super flexible and I’m home most of the day. I don’t work outside the home, which means I’m able to give pets lots of attention, playtime, and care throughout the day instead of leaving them alone for long periods. I can easily work around your pet’s normal routine and keep things as consistent as possible, whether that’s feeding times, walks, potty breaks, medication, or bedtime routines. I’m usually up early and stay up late, so early drop-offs, late check-ins, and keeping up with active pups is never a problem! My biggest thing is treating your pet or pets as part of the family here! I have a big backyard for dogs to run around, play, and get their energy out, plus two friendly dogs of my own that love making new buddies. I make sure your pets are getting plenty of playtime, attention, potty breaks, fresh water, and are fed on the exact schedule you provide so they can stay comfortable and keep their normal routine. The last thing you need is to worry if they are off schedule! I know every pet has a different personality and their own little quirks, but either way I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and right at home. And don’t worry about accidents and messes because they do happen sometimes and to me it’s no big deal!
