About: To comfort any animal brings comfort to myself. I have experience with all kinds of pets and love all animals but cats are what you’d find in my home. It’s a common misconception that cats don’t require much attention but as a domesticated animal they thrive on human companionship while also having many natural instincts to accommodate. Some require more attention than others depending on their personality. One of the most important instincts to satisfy is the need to hunt/play. There are some automatic or interactive toys that work well but for the most part the best toy is something on the end of a string attached to a wand/rod and their human’s participation. This way you can mimic the evasive movements of an actual prey for your cat to hunt. This provides exercise and stimulation and I would be happy to play with your cat(s) I’m very good at befriending anxious or less trusting cats and identifying the things that exacerbate their anxiety and finding solutions to comfort them. I also have experience administering medications. With a cat the easiest route of administration is a liquid solution mixed in with some wet food or treat or squirted into the back side of the mouth with an oral syringe. Giving a cat a pill can be more difficult but it can be done. I would wrap them in a towel or blanket, lubricate pill so it doesn’t stick to fingers or tongue, tilt head back and insert pill into back of the mouth, return head to level position and rub their throat and/or slightly blow on the nose to stimulate swallowing reflexes, then give them a treat and love them! When possible I scoop our 3 cats’ boxes after every use. I’m happy to clean and scoop your cat’s box(es) with the same vigilance. A clean litter box is one factor in ensuring a healthy and happy cat!

About: People always ask me to dog sit their fur babies because they know how much I love animals! I’ve had pets since I was a little girl. I currently have an 8 month old Shih Tzu and a Maine Coon cat. Both are great with other animals. I am available any time, day or night. I am a real estate agent, so I set my own hours, which is very convenient. I mostly work from home, unless I’m out showing houses or attending closings. I am married and have two little girls that are ages 7 and 11 years old. My daughters are also animal lovers, and love helping me take care of other people’s pets. I usually just ask clients to bring a favorite toy and or dog bed if they want to. It helps with separation anxiety. If not I have lots of extra dog beds and dog blankets. People usually board their dogs because they can’t take them with them for work trips or vacations, so I like them to feel like they are on vacation too! I am currently a stay at home mama so I have a lot of availability including overnight pet sitting in my home. I can do anytime during the week and on weekends as well! They'll be having a fun vacation in my home or have their fun pet nanny come to them🥰 🐾 Pet care fits into my daily schedule very well, as I make my own hours, leaving me more time to prioritize your fur baby 🥰 They'll be staying in my comfortable, 2 bed 1 bath home on 1/2 acre with fenced in backyard. Not to be left unattended in the yard since it is made from garden fencing, and small dogs unable to climb fencing is preferred. Fence climbing dogs should not come here because there is a fast road adjacent to the slower road that I live on. When I leave to run errands I will sequester my cats in another room from the dogs. I go with the flow, and understand every animal will behave differently so please let me know if your baby has any special needs or habits!

About: I have owned pets my entire life. They are like kids to me. They are treated with respect and care equivalently so. I like pets more than humans. 😆 I own my own business and I work from home. I set my own schedule. I am very flexible. This allows me to give your pet lots of attention. I have a fenced in yard. I have a Pet door into the yard so they can come and go freely, when they have the “need”.

About: I’ve taken care of my pets for as long as I can remember. That moved onto actual sitting when I was in middle school. I have cared for elderly dogs, special needs animals, and puppies. I am reliable to take your overactive dog on the walk it needs and am comfortable with a multiple dog or mixed animal household. I am working part time in a pharmacy currently while I apply to pharmacy school. I have pretty flexible hours and am off most weekends! Dogs are always fully supervised when not in secure areas. I offer recall training with guest dogs in order to allow them full use of the property safely. Boarding dogs will sleep inside my house in their designated crate and then be included in family life and activities during the days. My personal dogs also sleep in crates. I believe this is important for dogs to have their own personal space to relax and feel safe enough to spend the night. Temperament dependent, dogs will be rotated in and out of daily life with the use of crates. However no dog will spend hours on end in crates. There is a rotation system ensuring everyone gets attention and exercise with time to be out and stretch.
About: I’ve had several different kinds of animals over my almost 30 years of life, and I consider myself a HUGE animal lover. I’ll take care of your babies as if they were my own… I’d own them all if I could! I work full time during the week, but I am available Friday-Sunday for boarding, or walks any time of the day! I’d love to get to know your fur babies! I have a fenced in backyard, with a doggy door to my back door- that can easily be closed off/shut. I have a spare bedroom so your baby could have its own room while visiting, or can easily spend the night in my room & share each other’s company!
