“I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”

They followed the feeding instructions and made room for his dog bed and toys in their home. I really liked it that they lived in a beautiful neighborhood with sidewalks and that they had a nice fenced in back yard. About: With over 20+ years of experience in the veterinary profession, I understand many concerns that pet parents have about leaving the care of their pets in someone else’s hands. I’m well versed in caring for dogs and cats of all age ranges. If you need someone to give your pet its medication, I’ve got you covered! If I see anything that concerns me about their health, I’ll bring that to your attention, so you can talk to your vet about that. A trusting relationship with a pet caretaker starts with good communication and attention to detail, and those are just two of my strong points. I’m committed to making sure your pets are well taken care of and doing what I can to put your mind at ease. I recently moved back to Alabama, so my schedule is very flexible. I’m available seven days a week from 7:00am-6:00pm, including holidays. How much time I can spend with your pet will be dependent on how many other appointments are scheduled on the same day, and what travel time is required. Your pet’s safety is my highest priority; therefore, I require that all dogs are leash walked, unless you have a fenced yard, and your only expectation is that they have free time in the yard. I can take care of four pets maximum per household, but if there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss this. If your pet requires medication, all medication must be labeled and set out in an obvious location. If there are any specific instructions you have that aren’t on the label, those instructions must be written out clearly.

Dogs have always had a special place in my heart along with all other animals. I will be able to walk, play, bathe and give back scratches and kisses any time to your sweet doggy. I am very flexible and am mostly free each day. Also we will take special trips to dog parks, veterans park, and any where else your dog would like to play and have fun. if you have any questions or concerns please dont hesitate to text or call me anytime, also during my dog visits i will make sure i keep you updated along with pictures of your furry friends. About: I've always been a dog lover ever since I got my first dog when I was younger. I like to nurture and run with dogs. I also like to play with dogs as well as (sometimes) wash them. A typical day for me with a dog would be for both of us to get familiar with each other first. Then once we get familiar, I would take the dog for a walk (if it's okay with owner) just to get some exercise in. Then come back and feed the dog. Then nurture him and relax for the rest of the day. Taking care of let's is something I love to do! I currently do this part time, but ensure I care and take care of the animals! “I booked my two cats for boarding over six nights. My Mamacat is 17+ years old. Patch is 11+, diabetic and requires a daily insulin injections. They are 100% indoor cats. Mamacat is terribly nervous with new people, Patch not so much, but cautious. But I think I was more nervous for my babies, than any of us. I was so pleased with the reality of their stay. Due to all their existing issues, Teri housed them in a more isolated area of her home, by her master bedroom. So their contact was basically limited to Teri and her husband. Photos and updates came daily showing evidence of my kitties' progressive relaxation and adjustment. My heart was breathing a sigh of relief. One note. Due to the need of a more isolated & protected area, there was cigarette smoking in the farthest area where they were housed. For me this wasn't an issue at all. I only mention it since, in a similarly limiting need as mine, it might make a difference in decisions. It protected my "nervous nellies"; they were at ease, and I was pleased. In fact, I've already made a second booking!! I'm so grateful to have found Teri for watching my somewhat special needs furry family members. P.S. I saw a beautiful, healthy horse in the adjacent pasture. Then her personal cat came walking across the yard. As a cat lover I'm compelled to attempt petting all that I see. He was friendly, healthy and obviously happy. My nervousness immediately lowered a couple notches. I absolutely recommend Teri to look after your furbearing loved ones.”
