I’ve taken care of family, neighbor, and even stray pets/animals and take pride in my ability to get on the good side of any creature. Firm believer that there is no such thing in a bad dog, only misunderstood ones. I have one dog (the handsome black lab), but sometimes have my mother in law’s two dogs over. They’re all well behaved and sociable. I work from home and typically have a lot of spare time in my day to take care of pets. I make sure to take my dog to the park everyday and see to it that he gets proper exercise and will be sure to make sure your dogs get the same. I don’t go anywhere most weekends so I’m available for boarding and anything else more or less all the time. I live in a 4 bedroom house with a big yard and sunroom so plenty of space for play. About: I've had a dog in my family all my life. They truly are our best friends. They deserve the best care, love, and attention we can give. I'm currently retired, so I have an open schedule. I am reasonably flexible and should be able to work with most client's pet's special needs. I have a big yard with open surrounding pasture. Currently, I don't have closed fencing. I let my dog, Duke, go outside without leash under my supervision. As is dogs nature, I like to allow him his sniffing time. Also, he loves to burn off energy playing keep away with his favorite toys/sticks. He is amiable to other dog friends. About: I've had a dog in my family all my life. They truly are our best friends. They deserve the best care, love, and attention we can give. I'm currently retired, so I have an open schedule. I am reasonably flexible and should be able to work with most client's pet's special needs. I have a big yard with open surrounding pasture. Currently, I don't have closed fencing. I let my dog, Duke, go outside without leash under my supervision. As is dogs nature, I like to allow him his sniffing time. Also, he loves to burn off energy playing keep away with his favorite toys/sticks. He is amiable to other dog friends. He is crate trained and there would be a crate available, if needed, for a friend's visit.
About: I’ve had many pets growing up, from cats to dogs! I love all animals, I used to be a barrel racer so I’ve ridden horses! And, my entire family has also been animal lovers from one having 4 dogs in one household to another having a pet tortoise! I’ve been around it all, small or big, chill or excited, so I love all! I’m currently a Student at the University of Alabama. I also am a member of the university’s Million Dollar Band! This being said I do have an availability that of a student. If you were wanting to have me care for your pet at home, they would have to be house trained as well as being okay around cats. My cat is very sweet she’s been around other cats and dogs, so she is very well acquainted to other animals! If I am to care for your animal at your home, I can assure you that I will do my best to follow your exact daily schedule your animals are accustomed to, that way they don’t have any extra stresses! As well as, you will not have to worry in the slightest bit about coming back and finding your place a mess!
