I will work with you on what your needs are for your fur family member while you are away. My ultimate goal is to have my own full time doggie care. I live in a neighborhood that’s great for walking or going to dog park at Sokol Park. I provide pickup and drop-off within a 10 miles. Above all, I will treat your pet like a member of my family & love on them while you’re away. I’m a PreK teacher so I’m free during the summer and most holidays. Even during the school year I am still able to stay at a client’s house if pet can be let alone during the day. My husband works from home so your pet will have someone with them during the day. However, your pet must not be very needy so that it doesn’t interfere with his work. He does take several breaks and your pet will have availability to be outside several times a day. I enjoy sitting outside enjoying the sunshine or going for walks is also fun activities for mine. We keep a large bed for your pet, toys, and a few treats. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was born and pretty much I know how to deal with dogs all around with instructions,detail and methods on how you treat you dog. I’m currently home for the summer and my old job won’t take me back which give me a lot of time on my had, so I’m pretty much free all summer and available May-August 1st. At my house I’m make sure I let me dog go outside and play and not get locked in the house all day because no it’s me like that, walks on a regular and also I like to play fetch or some sort of cardio to help the dog stay in shape or get in shape.

About: I have been caring for pets since I was 9. My mom and I would rescue animals and foster them while nursing them back to health. It was mostly dogs, but I’ve also had experience with goats, cows, turtles, and cats. The two most notable experiences is the billy goat we rescued who was born with 3 legs, and the dog (my mom still has him and he’s the cutest thing!) that was born deaf. Some owners seem hesitant to provide a kennel, and I understand that you may be nervous. I don’t ask that to keep your pup in doggy prison all day. I want them to have fun with me and cuddle and have an awesome experience so they go home happy and excited to come back to visit. I generally host multiple pups at the same time and many times, especially if the doggie hasn’t been away from home before, they like the option to be able to go in their own area away from all the new things around them. This also helps to keep everyone safe as I separate dogs when they eat so that there is never a worry about signs of aggression. Walks and drop ins : please let me know where you keep their leash, treats, and a toy if they like to play on their walks. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns at any time. Let me know how many updates you are wanting a day. For boarding I normally give 2 or 3 updates a day. For walks and drop ins I always like to give walk reports and pictures. I always keep the leashes on the pups and ensure their collars won’t slip off. I usually have my fiancé walk with me in case a stray unleashed dog walks up. I’ve never seen unleashed dogs in my neighborhood but I have in some of my clients neighborhood. When this happens I pickup the dogs I’m walking and my boyfriend shoos the stray unleashed dog away. I always want to make sure you and your animal feel safe and taken care of. About: I have always had a fur baby in my life. My husband and I recently lost both of our dogs and cat. I love walking, playing, snuggling and all other activities with pups. I will work with you on what your needs are for your fur family member while you are away. My ultimate goal is to have my own full time doggie care. I live in a neighborhood that’s great for walking or going to dog park at Sokol Park. I provide pickup and drop-off within a 10 miles. Above all, I will treat your pet like a member of my family & love on them while you’re away. I’m a PreK teacher so I’m free during the summer and most holidays. Even during the school year I am still able to stay at a client’s house if pet can be let alone during the day. My husband works from home so your pet will have someone with them during the day. However, your pet must not be very needy so that it doesn’t interfere with his work. He does take several breaks and your pet will have availability to be outside several times a day. I enjoy sitting outside enjoying the sunshine or going for walks is also fun activities for mine. We keep a large bed for your pet, toys, and a few treats. I love taking “paw” trips to the park or pet store. I am open to most anything your dog(s) needs.

About: My sister and I fostered all types of dogs and cats through the Greater Birmingham Humane Society since 2020. Since I have moved to Calera, I now assist locally with CHILTON County TNR. As of now, I take care of a dog and cat, which were both rescues. Im currently working Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and do remote work Tuesdays and Fridays!
