About: I am a current student at Ohio State University home for the summer and I have had pets my whole life. I grew up with 3 dogs, one miniature pincher that we rescued when I was young who passed away when I was 12 and a golden retriever/lab mix named Koko that I had for 12 years that passed away last summer. I currently have a German Shepard/chow mix that I’ve had for about 8 years and his name is Colt. Colt is my best friend and I bring him around on adventures all the time. I taught Colt hot to fetch, catch a frisbee, and how to dance with me. I love to hike and think dogs just make hiking experience 1000x better. I also go to the beach almost everyday over the summer and love bringing my dog to the beach. I have a pretty big yard and am looking to spend a lot of time with dogs this summer! My dog at home has been pretty lonely since my other dog Koko died last year so it would also be nice to have other dogs Colt can be around and play with!

About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and have been caring for them since I was a little kid. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and they are truly family to me. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my late dog, Roo, who battled cancer for about a year before we lost her in September. During that time, I gained experience providing medication, extra comfort, patience, and specialized care. I now have a 10-month-old puppy named Tilly and a 13-year-old dog named Leo who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, playtime, routine, and affection are. I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own! Whether your pup loves to play, go on walks, or curl up on the couch for cuddles, they’ll receive plenty of attention and care while staying with me. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, happy, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I work from 10 AM to 4 PM Monday - Thursday. Friday-Sunday I am off! Before and after work, I make sure dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure fenced yard for supervised play and plenty of space for dogs to relax indoors. My own dog is friendly, playful, and accustomed to being around other dogs. I carefully introduce pets, follow each owner’s instructions, and maintain routines as closely as possible. I provide lots of attention, updates, and photos throughout their stay.
About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees a few months ago. :( We have an older shihtzu and would like to watch another dog because our dog is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 2 dogs max at a time so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time tho since we also have a cat . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. We have everything needed for a big or little dog.

About: Your pup will be treated like family! I have always been an animal lover and have treated all animals with kindness and compassion. I grew up with dogs (and a variety of other pets) and understand the commitment involved in taking good care of your beloved pet. I love watching Cesar Milan and know that rules, boundaries and limitations are also a key part of making a dog feel at ease. That being said, I'm quite a softy so there are generally very few rules as far as the house goes! :) My yard is completely fenced with lots of room to play. They can sleep wherever they choose and will always get plenty of time outdoors ( if they would like). I love walking and will take your pup for as many walks as you would like. My job is very flexible so while dog sitting I will always be at home and with your dog for the entire duration. I know that calmness and kindness are key to reassuring your pup and allowing them to feel happy and comfortable. About: Current medical student with so much motivation to get outside with my dog in between studying. I'm also a professional photographer, so expect lot's of photos of your pup! When I was a kid, I always wanted a dog….but we owned everything except a dog due to our lack of a yard. To solve this, I would knock on my neighbors doors to walk and play with their dogs everyday. Now I can finally live out my hotel for dogs dreams. My rescue dog, Cowboy, would also love a furry friend. He was the dog the shelter used to socialize their dogs and I’m sure he misses it. About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. I do live in an apartment in the 3rd floor on the top. If the dog needs it I can carry him/her up and down the stairs no issue at all. The dog must have a leash for me to watch them i would have the pet come over to my apartment. im around a place where i can take the dog on a long or short walk. the apartment im at is very pet friendly. I say you would have to bring your pet to me at my apartment.

We are a fun and loving couple with 2 small doodles of our own, 3 stories of house to play in, a small backyard/potty area, and located right next to a doggy park. While I work, typically my two doodles spend their time snacking and watching TV! Once the work day is up, to the park we go! I have two miniature sized doodles to keep your dog company. “This was our first time leaving our 2 dogs with other people, let alone strangers. We went to do a meet and greet beforehand and didn’t know quite what to expect. Ryan and Chelsea were great with both of them from the start. Ryan answered all of our questions and was very open. While we were away he kept us updated with how they were doing and sent us photos and videos often. That made it so much easier to enjoy our trip and not have to worry how they were doing. When we went to pick them up, our dogs were excited to see us, but made sure to get last pets from Ryan. We know they are in good hands with Ryan and Chelsea.
