About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ve spent years caring for pets for friends and family. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and energy levels. About: I’ve had pets my whole life, and I’ve worked in emergency veterinary medicine. I am in the process of becoming a licensed veterinary technician. I love all the pets and work well with older pets who may need meds or extra care! I do work full time but am completely free during my off hours! About: I've volunteered at the humane society taking care of cats. I have helped neighbors and family with walking and feeding thir dogs. I enjoy spending time around animals. I can help out everyday after 7:30pm, excluding weekends. I have a 9 am to 7:30pm everyday. The routine is to feed and walk and play. “Sharon and Michael are great people— I can tell they are passionate about dogs and they do an excellent job at watching Aurora & Loki on the days we are working long 12 hour shifts. They are fed, socialized, and having a fun time with other doggies 🐶❤️ they kept us updated with photos during their stay. Their backyard is very spacious for the doggies and they absolutely love running and playing around in their backyard when they are outside. When the doggies get home, Aurora & Loki have expelled their energy at doggie day care and will often settle into bed after getting home. A tired dog is a happy dog 🐶 thank you again Sharon & Mike!”

About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees last year :( We miss him. We would like to watch another dog because our shihtzu is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 1 dog so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time since we also have a cat but may make an exception if from the same family . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. We have everything needed for a big or little dog.

One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my late dog, Roo, who battled cancer for about a year before we lost her in September. About: Roughly two years ago, I received a call from a colleague asking to house sit for a weekend after a previous bad experience with boarding two dogs. Both with health issues and one of them not sociable with other dogs. My colleague came back to a clean home, garden watered, mail organized and the dogs very well loved and walked everyday. Ever since, I have housesat for anywhere from 48hrs to nearly 30 days at a time with zero issues. Bed time rituals, feeding songs, walking a slightly reactive dog, cuddling very closely at night were the priorities at the top of the to-do list. Now that two years have passed since that first call I have decided to try my hand at truly making dog walking/house sitting/drop-in playdates a side gig! I work 12hrs a day, rotating weeks 3 days or 4 days a week. Typically Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday off every week. I am up early most mornings in my time off, can make myself available for late nights Wednesday-Friday as well. In your home, I will follow all requests diligently, check all doors and windows before leaving or before bed. I am MANDT de-escalation trained, CPR/BLS certified and will soon be training to further my EMS-adjacent skillsets. In emergencies, I understand the importance of prioritizing the fur babies and keeping them out of harm’s way.
About: Ive had dogs in my life for just about all of it. I figured why not walk dogs and make some side cash while I walk around. Taking care of pets and walking dogs is more of just a part time thing I'm doing to pass the time and get to hang out with animals. Before I moved to Anchorage my family had 4 dogs that I took care of on a daily basis. I always make sure the dog is secured to a lease before I bring them out. Currently on a part time seasonal schedule with more time going to be available in the winter. Figured this would be a great way to stay active and outside while going into the winter months I've have plenty of experience with dogs and their care growing up in northwest Alaska. My siblings and I all had dogs growing up from newborn pups to our fathers dog that lived until he was 21.

About: I have 2 puppies, one is a year old and the other is 7 months! I have dog sat my friend’s and family members dogs before I moved to Montana! I haven’t had much experience with cats but I would love to start! I usually walk my dogs twice a day and I feel like walking other dogs during those days would be so fun! About: I have loved most animals for as long as I can remember. I am very compassionate towards animals and feel love and concern when I see a lost or unloved animal. I have pet and house sat for two families who came back to me multiple times. I am always willing to adjust my usual routine to make the owners and their furry family members comfortable. I sat for a friend once who requested that I keep their large, fluffy husky mix in my car whenever I left the house. My priority will always be keeping your furbabies happy, healthy, safe, and comfortable. Last, but certainly not least, I have two dogs of my own who I treat as if they were my own children. I am always thinking of how I would want other humans to treat them when I decide how to work with someone else's pets. During the summer, my pet care will be my highest priority. During the school year (mid August through late December and mid January through late May) I work as a teaching assistant and must prioritize that but I would endeavor to schedule all non-work related activities around the needs of the pet and their family. As I have two dogs of my own neither of which get along well with other dogs, I would not be able to care for another pet in my own home, but I am always willing to stay in another home if pets require constant supervision. I would always follow any instructions regarding pet care given me by the owners. If clear instructions are not given to me, I will ask questions and I will simply do my best to make the pet comfortable and not to change their routine more than absolutely necessary.

My dog, Pico de Gallo, is the love of my life, and I would treat your dog/cat/animal with the same care, patience, and love as if they were my own. I work for myself, so any animal that needs care would be worked into my schedule. I can do stop-ins, walks, play time, anything that is needed for your pets to be taken care of. As my calendar fills up, I ensure the times requested for pets come first before overloading my schedule. I would take care of pets in my clients' homes. I would do potty breaks and ensure the house was not used. I would take the dogs for walks and play with them to burn off some energy before bringing them back home, if the owner allowed it. I would also feed and make sure they drank water before I left, updating the owner on how they are doing. Otherwise, I would utilize the spaces given to me ( a fenced yard, etc.). For cats, I would check in on them and make sure they are fed and watered. i would play with them with their toys and then update their owner on how they are doing.

About: In our home we have three trained hunting dogs, two Labradors and an English Cocker Spaniel. I have trained my own dogs for AKC hunt tests, my eldest dog has a Senior Hunter title and my middle boy has his Junior hunter title. I have spent years around boarding kennels and have experience caring for dogs other than my own. I work from home and your dogs will get to hang out with my own during the day. Your doggo can expect to walk and hang out on the back deck with us in the evenings. I work from home and have a flexible routine with my dogs. A typical day includes morning potty, then they hang out with me while I work with potty time during the day as the dogs need it. My dogs typically eat dinner around 6:00 PM, but alternative feeding schedules can be accommodated. After dinner the dogs have two additional potty times before lights out. I walk the dogs at least once per day, although the time varies from day to day. I have a fenced side yard and dogs will be walked to the side yard on a leash. Walks will also occur on leashes. Dogs are crated if I am out of the home. Unless there is a medical or training reason not to, fresh water is provided in their kennels at all time. My dogs may be out on a Halo GPS collar rather than a leash. Boarded dogs must be free of external parasites and communicable disease. I reserve the right to refuse dogs who arrive with flea, lice, or obvious communicable illnesses.
“He did a phenomenal job. My husky loves to try to run away but was unable to, and the GPS tracker he has just in case made me feel more safe with the dogs in his hands. He took them on walks, played with them, and gave them the company they needed to not be stressed out. He kept me updated and sent pictures of them during the time away.
