“We are very pleased with Emma and Nick. They looked after our three dogs for 8 days beautifully and lovingly while we were abroad. We were regularly kept updated on how our dogs were doing and were sent photos daily. Our dogs enjoyed all the attention and liked playing with their dog. We will use this service again. Thank you, Emma & Nick.”

“Gabrielle and the whole family did a great job of looking after Milo while we had a week away. They took such good care and were especially mindful of the effect of the heat as his stay fell during a uk heatwave. We will use you again, thank you so much!”

“Mike was absolutely wonderful with my anxious dog - all the “problems” I’d had elsewhere with my very active collie, Mike completely took in his stride, and had several solutions for. My dog was not just cared for, he was also entertained, exercised, stimulated and snuggled - he loved his time there and I would not hesitate to use Mike’s services again.”

“Sarita was amazing with out puppy. It was the first time leaving her but she had the best time. We had daily updates of what she was up to and felt relaxed that she was in safe hands.”

“Marianna has been an absolute godsent to us. We were initially apprehensive as Rupert has never stayed with anyone but ourselves so weren't sure how will he behave in a different house with someone he didn't know. However, in reality it was better than we expected. Marianna straight away found a connection with him, have been taking him for walks, spoiled with cuddles on the sofa in the evening ans he even made another doggy friend. It was great also to be updated and receiving pictures. We'll definitely book Marianna again and are now looking forward to little getaways. Thank you Marianna, you've been the best!”

“Thank you so much for looking after Oreo. I really appreciated all the photos and video you sent throughout. She looked so happy to be staying with you and I felt less guilty for leaving her behind knowing she was having a great time. You were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I can’t wait to book Oreos next stay with you. Thanks again”

“Vicki looked after Millie for us for 4 nights and sent lots of updates and photos. Vicki clearly has a genuine love of animals which was evident on our first meeting in the way she greeted Millie on her level and her obvious knowledge of animals. Millie looked relaxed and happy when we picked her up and I would have no hesitation in recommending Vicki !”

“Pepper stayed with Gabrielle for the 2nd time after she very kindly managed to squeeze her in at the last minute (thank you!!). I was updated all the time with photos and pepper seemed so happy. Gabrielle (and flatmates) have been amazing with Pepper both times she has stayed, she can be very excitable and quite boisterous at times but Gabrielle takes care of her very well and very much caters to Peppers energy! I was told Pepper literally ran into the house on drop off so clearly a very happy dog and I can guarantee she can’t wait to stay again. Highly recommend, Thank you so much!”

About: Life time dog owners. My Wife, Rebecca and I Have cared for elderly relatives, friends and neighbours pets. New start up caring for dogs commercially. Mrs is a Student Social worker. Mr works shifts. So between us we have spare hours that we would love to help people with their 4 legged family members. As Rover has helped us in the past with our Beagle. We are a working family. Mr B has 4-5 days blocks of no work. And Mrs B works part time around Uni and Mr B's work. Our routine is dog walks post the school run for our 6 year old. We walk our beagle anywhere from 30-60 minutes of a morning. And another walk in the evening. Usually around 17.00. For overnight board. We would stick to your specific feeding times. And evenings post walk would generally be chilled. Cuddles on the couch. Maybe a treat or two. And bed by 22.00. We have a fenced front and rear garden. Our Beagle sleeps in his crate for if we over night board. There will be privacy and space for them to sleep peacefully. We would happily walk your pets with our boy. If you do have a nervous or anti social dog we may not be your best option. But we would certainly consider any adapted care. Our boy is friendly but he's a boisterous and curious beagle. *Important* our only breed we cannot over night board or have over for day care are German Shepards. Our dog does not react well to them. Nor they to him. Not encountered this reaction with any other breed.
“All round amazing! I was so anxious about looking for a pet sitter but Sophie met all our needs and nothing seemed to much trouble. Great communication and pictures and videos throughout their stay. Friendly and vast experience with all breeds of dogs. Only wanted low level of exercise due to injury and they came back in perfect health which is a relief. Will definitely recommend and book again in the future. Thank you so much 🐾”

“Lucy stayed over at Hannah’s for the night and had a lovely time, she’s a very happy girl today! She was knackered after I picked her up after her visit to the beach for a big play! Can tell Lucy was well looked after and given plenty of attention!”

“Our cocker spaniel absolutely loved his stay with Rachel. From the very start, it was clear how professional, kind, and genuinely interested she was in getting to know Maxi. She arranged a thoughtful meet and greet, which instantly put us at ease and showed how much she cares. Throughout his stay, Rachel kept us updated with excellent communication and sent plenty of pictures and videos showing Maxi having a fantastic time—which gave us real peace of mind. It was obvious she treated him like one of the family. Maxi came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We’ll definitely be using Rachel again!”

“Buster had a great time. We were so grateful Patricia could accommodate him last minute while we were away for the week! We had regular updates and Buster was very well looked after x I would 100% recommend Patricia x thank you so much x”

About: We have an 8 month old working cocker spaniel, Guinness, who loves making new friends and having extra company around the house. We only offer dog care on the days we aren’t working, so we can give your dog all the attention they need and stick to their usual routine. I have recently completed a CPD Accredited first aid course for dogs. We have lots of experience with looking after dogs of all ages, mainly spaniels and labradors, but we will care for any breed as long as they are happy with Guinness being around. We keep Guinness stimulated with daily scent games, and walks in the countryside or the beach where he can be off lead and free to run and sniff. He ends the day with cuddles on the sofa before bed. “Thank you so much for taking such good care of Lola! We are so glad that we chose Sophie to look after our 2 year old cat whilst we were away- we opted for the 1 hour a day visits and so glad that we did- Lola is very shy/nervous around new people but took to Sophie right away, and seemed so comfortable and happy around her on all of the photos/videos sent through. We were kept up to date each day with photos and updates on how she was doing/ if she’d ate, been outside etc. It gave us a real peace of mind when we were on holiday that she was being well looked after and Sophie obviously has such a great bond with animals and makes them feel at ease right away. We’d 100% recommend Sophie to anyone for pet sitting and book again when we’re away. Thanks again xx”

About: I bring a unique mix of professional responsibility and genuine love for animals. As a qualified nurse, I’m calm under pressure, attentive to detail, and deeply caring — qualities that carry over into the way I look after pets. At home, I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback, Simba, so I’m very confident handling large, strong breeds as well as smaller dogs. I also regularly walk and care for friends’ and family members’ dogs, giving me experience with a wide range of personalities, energy levels, and needs. I’m experienced with energetic puppies who need structure, training, and plenty of exercise, and I understand the patience and gentleness required for senior pets. I’m also comfortable administering basic medications, thanks to my professional background. What sets me apart is the combination of trustworthiness, reliability, and hands-on experience — both personally and professionally. I don’t just provide walks or sitting; I make sure pets feel safe, loved, and happy in their routine. Plus, I always keep owners updated with photos and messages, so you’ll have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in caring hands. Pet care is already a big part of my daily life. I have a young Rhodesian Ridgeback, Simba, who keeps me active with regular walks, play, and training. Caring for him has made pet care a natural part of my routine, so fitting in walks, drop-ins, or sitting for other pets comes very naturally to me. I work as a nurse, and I’m off every Monday and Friday, which means I’m fully available on those days. On my work days, I can often offer evening walks or visits, depending on your pet’s needs. Because I’m used to balancing a busy job with pet care at home, you can trust that I’ll always be reliable, flexible, and make your pet’s wellbeing a priority. In your home, I always follow your pet’s routine to keep them feeling safe and settled — from feeding and walks to playtime and cuddles. I make sure to respect your space, keep things tidy, and send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well looked after. In my own home, I have Simba, my young Rhodesian Ridgeback, who is playful, friendly, and used to socialising with other dogs. Pets who stay with us will enjoy company, walks, and a loving family environment where they’re treated as part of the pack. I also make sure introductions are calm and safe, so every pet feels comfortable. With my background as a nurse, I’m confident giving medication if needed and staying calm in any situation. Whether in your home or mine, your pet will always receive reliable, loving care as if they were my own.

“Buster had a great time. We were so grateful Patricia could accommodate him last minute while we were away for the week! We had regular updates and Buster was very well looked after x I would 100% recommend Patricia x thank you so much x”

About: I treat each dog as if they were my own, focusing on comfort and trust. I also like to think I build relationships, not just provide a home for the night. I include pet care into my daily routine by setting aside dedicated time for walks, play, and updates. It’s not an add on, it’s built into my week like any other important commitment. I work Monday to Friday 8-3, Friday finishing at 1, with every Tuesday and Thursday from home. I create a safe, cozy environment with plenty of space to play and rest in a fenced garden. Pets follow a structured routine for meals, walks, and playtime, with constant supervision and lots of affection making them feel like part of the family. I keep my home clean and pet-friendly, provide fresh water and comfy resting areas, and give every dog individualised attention, from cuddles to exercise.
“Ferris is always really happy and relaxed with Charlotte. She kept us updated with lots of pictures and asked lots of questions about his routine to make his stay as smooth as possible. Wouldn't hesitate to book again :)”

“This was the first time using Rover. Met Meg prior to our booked dates and Leyla the husky was comfortable immediately. When I left Leyla with Meg she didn't even notice my leaving which put me a peace. But Meg kept me updated sometimes twice a day and with photos. Leyla was happy and that was the most important. Thank you so much Meg for looking after Leyla so well.”
