“My dogs had a great time with Beth. Walks, treats, cuddles. This was my first booking through Rover and it was a very positive experience, Beth sent lots of photos and videos of my dogs thoroughly enjoying their stay with her. I’ll definitely be asking Beth to look after the boys again and can recommend her without any hesitation! Fantastic!”

“Katherine accepted to look after my dogs despite it was a very short notice . The communication was very smooth and easy . Unfortunately, one of my dogs turn out to be not very good with children and we had to shorten the period for staying , but she gave us a great support by communicating with Rover's support team patiently so that we receive the refund for those dates . Thank you very much !”

“Felt confident I was leaving Benji in capable hands and he was very much welcomed into the family. Considering he can be anxious when left, after just one day he seemed to have settled. Planned in for Summer holiday boarding.”

About: I’ve grown up around animals and have 12 years of experience caring for our family dog, Max, a Bichon Frise, as well as two cats. I’ve always loved spending time with animals and have really enjoyed the responsibility that comes with looking after them. My partner (Abz) and I are now living in Bucks and we’re keen to gain more experience caring for other people’s dogs before getting one of our own. We’re friendly, reliable and genuinely love being outdoors, so dog walking and sitting feels like the perfect way for us to spend our weekends while giving your dog plenty of care, attention and company! We have recently started looking after our family and friends pets and thought we could make it more official on here! I work as a Doctor so schedule can be variable in the week but weekends from Friday are available for dog walking and boarding. We spend most weekends outdoors walking/hiking so this will fit in easily with our normal schedule. We currently have no pets of our own but in a house with access to public green spaces. Dog can roam all 3 floors of the house and secure balcony.

“My two Border Terriers Ned and Cadi have just returned from Joe’s from a two day stay. They were looked after beautifully and we had regular updates and photos it was definitely home from home and we would definitely recommend Joe.”

“It was the first time that Bentley stayed overnight with Sheila and he had a great time. Bentley has instantly taken to Sheila and her family and it is real peace of mind knowing that he is happy and settled when he is there.”

“Thank you for having Zuma, he seems to have had a great time and very well looked after. He’s slept since so clearly been exercised too! The communication was perfect! I’ll definitely be using again in the future. I definitely recommend Samantha.”

About: We have grown up with dogs, and I even have our own cocker spaniel, Winnie, who is 1.5 years old, and she loves other dogs. I work from home Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and my husband works from home on Tuesday and Thursdays so we are pretty available. Happy to have dogs at the weekend too. We love dog walks, so your dog will come with us on our usual morning and evening walk, and we also like to do sniff work/training with Winnie My husband and I alternate days in the office, so someone is usually at home! We walk Winnie usually 40-50 minutes in the morning, and we walk her 20 mins in the evening - depending on what your dog can do, we can be flexible to longer or shorter. We had a good-sized wall garden in a semi-detached house, plenty of room for running around and training. We would treat your dog as we treat our own and can do some training if requested. Both sitting and boarding we would take the most amount of care and give your dog lots of cuddles
“Max had an amazing time with Will and Jodie. Their communication throughout was excellent, easily arranged a pre stay meet up and sent an evening message with the activities of their day. Highly recommended, can't wait to book with you again.”

She cares for Astrid as if she were own and it’s lovely that whenever I drop her off she is relaxed. I love the updates and when I pick her up Astrid is happy. Thank you for looking after her it’s her doggy holiday too.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs most of my life, both shy and more energetic, and I’ve enjoyed every second of it! I’ve loved taking care of friends and family dogs over the years and I also assisted with puppy training sessions in the past, which gave me valuable experience working with younger dogs. I’ve also had some experience with overnight stays. I’ve just finished my A-Levels, which means I’m often available on weekdays during the day and weekends to look after your dog and go on walks with them! We have a large fenced yard perfect for exploring and play. My whole family loves dogs and we don’t have any other pets, so we will dedicate all our love and attention to taking care of your pet!
“Our dog had a wonderful time over Christmas! Ksenia was so accommodating & easy going. It was also so reassuring knowing Kitty (our dog) was so happy with all her new friends.”

“Agnes is a lifesaver. She accepted a quite urgent 3-week sitting job with only a couple of days' notice. She took great care of my Westie and uploaded photos on a regular basis. No issues were raised, and the communication was excellent. I am very happy with the service and would recommend her to any dog owners.”

“Senali and family were so welcoming and lovely, they had Jeffrey for nearly 2 days and despite his initial separation anxiety he had a great time with them and their dog Bella! Senali sent many photos and updates which helped too! Will definitely send Jeffrey there again!”

“Charlotte had the best time staying with Rachel and her 2 dogs. She seemed to have a great time and got on well with Audrey. Rachel was quick to respond and accommodating. Would highly recommend”

“Louca had such a lovely time with Kirsten and her family, lots of walks and cuddles. Kirsten was knowledgeable and sent lots of photos about how he was doing! When I picked him up he was bounding around everyone with a wagging tail, obviously so happy around them. Will definitely rebook, thank you for taking such great care of him!!”

“Jemma dog sat for our 8 month puppy for a couple of hours while we went out to a firework display very close to our house. We were expecting Roxy to be on edge with all the noise as she alert barks a lot usually. Roxy was instantly relaxed with Jemma and we couldn't have been happier. Jemma shared videos with us so we could see for ourselves how she responded to the noise and I am sure it is testament to Jemma's experience with dogs that she was like this. Thank you!”

About: Hi, I’m Beth. I work from home and I'm a lifelong dog lover based in Princes Risborough, I provide attentive, reliable, and premium home boarding for small to medium-sized dogs, including senior dogs. From my own experience as a pet owner, I know how important it is to find a safe, loving environment where your dog becomes part of the family. I'm adaptable to your dog's needs. I work online and with mostly flexible hours, which means that your dog comes first for their daily walks. Because I work from home, your dog will rarely be alone and will receive dedicated care, company, and regular toilet breaks every 0–2 hours. I walk daily and would enjoy having the companionship of your dog to share those walks. I live in a top-floor flat (34 stairs) above my mum’s house and we are all dog lovers here. While the flat is cosy, there is a large, secure garden where your dog can roam freely while I’m working or gardening. I have experience of caring for small to medium sized dogs, as well as elderly dogs. I treat every dog as if they were my own. I adapt to your dog's pace and preferences. I understand the trust you’re placing in me, and I will provide safe, attentive, and loving care. A review that arrived too late to be included: We couldn’t be happier with the care Beth gave Leo while we were away for a week. From the very first moment we met her, Beth’s warmth and kindness shone through – she welcomed Leo like an old friend and immediately put him at ease. Throughout the week, she took him out for frequent walks and adventures, giving him plenty of exercise and stimulation, and always made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Beth was incredibly communicative, sending us regular updates and photos, which gave us such peace of mind. It was clear she wasn’t just looking after Leo’s basic needs – she genuinely cared for him as if he were her own, offering patience, affection, and a nurturing touch in everything she did. Her home and the beautiful surrounding area were perfect for Leo, and he adored exploring it all with her. By the time we came to collect him, it was obvious he had loved every moment there. We are so grateful to Beth and wouldn’t hesitate to have her look after Leo again. Anjeli P. Today

About: I have had dogs my whole life however since moving out with children my family is yet to have one our own. We’re a very outdoorsy family - we spend a majority of our days doing woodland walks and at the parks. I previously did rover back in 2020 and boarded dogs with many repeat owners. I have two young children who are both very comfortable around dogs, my parents live just around the corner with a large house and garden and a loving black Lab called Rio, who we walk and see regularly, so your dogs would never be short of things to do! I have experience working with large breed dogs and rescues - I previously owned a German shepherd & 2 rescues and have experience with reactive dogs having worked with them for 4+ years. You’ll be able to rest assured your pets are receiving the best care here, lots of photos and videos will be sent and I’ll make sure to create that “home away from home” feeling! I’m a stay at home mum, available 24/7 - so I would be able to accommodate your dogs needs, whether that was plenty of walks and outdoor activities or shorter walks and more mental stimulation inside, whatever you felt your dog would cope with best we can accommodate. I currently live in a 2 bedroom flat but we often spend a majority of our days outside. If your dog was comfortable with other dogs we love to go around the corner to my parents house where they have a very large fully enclosed garden and a black Labrador called Rio who loves to play, we have doggy pools and lots of fun things to do in the garden there also. We also enjoy renting enclosed dog fields/woodlands for run arounds, exploring and fun in a safe environment 🐾.

“Jen was absolutely brilliant - our dogs had an amazing time and were disappointed to see us come back! Jen looked after them so carefully and there were lots of photos of them having a wonderful holiday. Could not recommend more highly - hopefully they can stay again sometime ;) thank you!!”

“It was the first time that Bentley stayed overnight with Sheila and he had a great time. Bentley has instantly taken to Sheila and her family and it is real peace of mind knowing that he is happy and settled when he is there.”

“Jemma was great with our greyhound Yana. We felt completely comfortable leaving her with Jemma for the weekend. She kept us updated and communicated really well throughout. Highly recommend!”

“This is the third time that Louise has looked after Astrid and again she has cared for Astrid so lovingly.
