“We were really nervous leaving our Cockapoo Puppy, Enzo overnight with a stranger. Enzo suffers from separation anxiety and we had never previously left him for more than a few hours. We visited Maria before confirming the booking for an overnight stay. We found her and her partner to be a lovely couple with a genuine fondness for dogs. We were still apprehensive when we dropped Enzo off for his stay and a little concerned that Maria also had another dog staying. However Enzo soon settled down and was very relaxed when we picked him up the next morning. Maria sent regular updates with video clips and text msgs to show how well Enzo was getting on throughout his stay. We would not hesitate to use Maria again or recommend her to anyone.”

“Mabel recently stayed with Joanne and her family. I sent her packing (a little nervous due to it being my first rover) and with a million warnings about what she MIGHT do! 🤣 Turns out Mabel was an absolute dream so they must have been brilliant at looking after her. I had regular updates and pictures. Timings were sorted out easily and we kept in touch via Whatsapp. Joanne has a really secure garden - which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving her there. It felt like a home from home setting. I have two children of my own and Joanne's two seemed to love her as much as her own. They were super excited to have her. About: As part of my house sitting, I've looked after many cats of different breeds and ages, I'm not really one to just pick up your cat, I tend to let them come to me. I'm unusually warm to the touch (so I'm told by humans) and the cats love it, once they settle on my lap, they tend to stay there. About: I have grown up around dogs my whole life and absolutely love using Rover as it allows me to spend time with all your lovely pooches whilst I am unable to get a dog of my own. My only requirement is your dog needs to be well-behaved during down times as I will need to be on work calls during the day. I have experience with all sorts of different personalities so will largely follow your direction and usual routine. I know the area well and choose my walks carefully based on how reactive they are with other dogs. Regarding my house, we have a secure garden for them to explore.

“We were really nervous leaving our Cockapoo Puppy, Enzo overnight with a stranger. Enzo suffers from separation anxiety and we had never previously left him for more than a few hours. We visited Maria before confirming the booking for an overnight stay. We found her and her partner to be a lovely couple with a genuine fondness for dogs. We were still apprehensive when we dropped Enzo off for his stay and a little concerned that Maria also had another dog staying. However Enzo soon settled down and was very relaxed when we picked him up the next morning. Timings were sorted out easily and we kept in touch via Whatsapp. Joanne has a really secure garden - which made me feel so much more comfortable leaving her there. It felt like a home from home setting. I have two children of my own and Joanne's two seemed to love her as much as her own. They were super excited to have her.
