I raised Chamcham from an 8-week-old puppy using positive reinforcement, lots of treats, and unconditional love. I also had a rescue dog named Caramel, who had a timid past. When the weather is nice, the garden door is kept open for free play; otherwise, I listen closely to our dogs' cues when they need a potty break. We take walks at least twice a day (morning and evening), with extra outings or midday strolls whenever needed. Home Comforts: Dogs are welcome on all furniture in my home to lounge and relax! We currently have a cocker spaniel x dachshund of our own that we’ve raised from a puppy, so we understand the patience, consistency, and care it takes to support them through every stage of life. On top of that, my partner (Grace) grew up with dogs so she has been surrounded by wagging tails and wet noses for as long as she can remember. Even though I live in an apartment, I make sure dogs receive plenty of outdoor time, exercise, and fresh air through regular walks and visits to nearby parks. I keep a calm and clean environment and always focus on building trust with both pets and their owners.
About: I have been looking after families pets since I was young and have grown up with dogs of all sizes. I currently look after my sisters labradoodle puppy and my nans bocker (beagle cross cocker spaniel). I have also had and looked after ferrets before so have experience with other animals. I’m currently working part time, mainly evenings at the weekends so will have plenty of time to care for your beautiful pets! I am also quite flexible so please don’t be afraid to ask for anything you may need! I am afraid I am unable to do pet boarding but I love to make sure pets feel comfortable with me coming into their home. About: I’ve been a veterinary nurse for over 8 years, working with cats and dogs of all different breeds and sizes. I’m comfortable administering medication and caring for both seniors and puppies. Having taken a short break from clinical work to go travelling I miss my furry friends and would love the opportunity to get to know yours! I’m currently taking a break from working having returned from a few months of travelling so I’m available to walk and play with your pets at a time that suits you best. I have two lovely cats of my own, but this means unfortunately I cannot have your pets over for a sleepover. But I love visiting pets in their own space and keeping them company. About: I grew up with a big, silly Irish Red Setter who was truly part of the family. He set the bar for how fun, gentle and full of personality dogs can be and we still laugh about his antics today. In recent years I’ve looked after friends’ and family’s dogs while they’ve been away, making sure they’re fed, walked, played with and properly cared for. I absolutely love going on long walks, so having a four-legged pal to join me is always a joy. About: I'm a dog groomer and I have helped look after family dogs all my life. I have had my own personal dog for five years. I'm great with all tempers of dogs I'm starting my own business as a dog groomer though things are slow so wanted to start walking and sitting dogs. About: James and Toni have both had family dogs throughout our lives. James has a 14 year old black lab at his parents who we look after and miss not being around every day! James is self employed so can fit his schedule around the dogs. Early start so is home in the afternoons. Toni works from home 2 days a week which is flexible. We have an open plan downstairs with lots of space, and a stair gate to keep the dogs downstairs. We have an enclosed garden with space to explore.
