On holiday in Norfolk and Sharon looked after our Miniature Schnauzer Freddy today whilst we took our grandson to the Dinosaur Adventure park at Lenwade. Freddy was well looked after by Sharon who responded to us very promptly and was very friendly during our correspondence. I am very happy with the service from DogBuddy. S. Benson

Dominic was really great. We had plenty of detailed comms beforehand and all was exactly what we hoped for on arranging and booking. Sadly, we were unable to travel on the day of booking due to illness and Dominic was very understanding of this. We are definitely going to book again with Dominic as he is a very friendly chap and very professional in his approach. See you during the summer!

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all ages—from playful puppies full of energy to sweet senior dogs who need a little extra love and patience. I understand the different needs that come with each stage of life, whether it’s helping with house training, keeping up with puppy zoomies, or providing gentle care and companionship for older pups. I always aim to create a calm, safe, and loving environment so every dog feels right at home. I’m home full-time, so your dog will have my full attention throughout the day! Whether they need regular toilet breaks, playtime, cuddles, or a calm presence nearby, I’m here to meet their needs. I’m flexible with routines and can easily adjust to your dog’s schedule to help them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure, fully fenced garden where pups can play and explore safely under supervision. We’re also lucky to have beautiful woodland walks nearby, perfect for sniff-filled strolls and a bit of outdoor adventure. Inside, my home is calm and dog-friendly—ideal for both energetic pups and those who prefer a cozy nap spot. You can feel confident knowing your dog will be cared for in a safe, loving environment.

Kane provided great day care for Buddy on a super hot day when it was too hot for him to come to the beach with us. Buddy was really calm and happy when we collected him and had been kept nice and cool throughout the day. Thank you Kane, if we are in the area again we will definitely be in touch.

About: I have just said farewell to my 15 year old Springer Spaniel and whilst I am not yet ready for a new companion I would love to look after your dog whilst you're on holiday. I recently retired and so available to take care of your dog all day, every day. I am used to walking 5+ miles a day and your pet will get at least 3 walks per day (if required/heat permits) and will be rarely left alone (if Sitting/boarding/day care). I have a fenced garden at the bottom of a quiet cul de sac, and live nearby a large orchard for safe (on lead) walks. Crate and dog bed available and covers on furniture if cuddles are required. I can accommodate 2 dogs from the same family at my home. I will decline bookings if we already have a dog with me.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. Over the years, I’ve cared for everything from high energy pups to older dogs who just need a slow stroll and gentle attention. While I’m new to offering pet care through Rover, I bring decades of hands-on experience from raising and looking after dogs within my own family. I take pride in being reliable, patient, and detail-oriented, the kind of person both pets and people can depend on. I occasionally get help from my husband and nephew, who are also lifelong dog owners, but I personally handle all Rover bookings and communication to make sure you always know who’s caring for your pet. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time, attention, and consistency they need throughout the day. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening playtime, I plan my day around your pet’s routine to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible. I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, and I can adjust my availability for drop-ins, walks, or overnight stays based on your needs. If your pet has a specific schedule for feeding, walks, or medication, I’m happy to follow it closely. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. At my home, pets are cared for in a secure, structured, and loving environment. I have two friendly resident dogs who are well-socialized and enjoy the company of other dogs. Introductions are always done slowly and safely to ensure everyone feels comfortable. Depending on your pet’s needs, they can either relax indoors as part of the family or enjoy their own space in a clean, secure kennel with a run. I also have a large, fully fenced garden where dogs can play, explore, or just enjoy some fresh air in a safe, enclosed space. I always follow your instructions closely and provide consistent routines, positive reinforcement, and gentle care. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and had my own dog for over 16 years, from when I was a child all the way into adulthood. That experience taught me so much about the love, patience, and attention dogs need at every stage of life. I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs and understand how to care for them gently and attentively. What sets me apart is that I truly treat every dog like my own. I pay close attention to their individual personalities and needs, whether that means extra playtime, slow and calm walks, or just a lot of affection. I’m reliable, patient, and genuinely love spending time with animals, it’s not just a side job for me, it’s something I truly enjoy I’m currently working part time. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because spending time with animals is something I truly enjoy and make time for. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to be available for regular walks, drop-in visits, or extended care depending on your pet’s needs. Whether it’s early morning walks, mid-day check-ins, or evening playtime, I’m happy to fit pet care into my day. When caring for pets in a pet owner's home, I make sure to follow their usual routine as closely as possible to help them feel safe and comfortable. I take time to learn each pet’s specific needs, whether it’s feeding schedules, walk routines, medication, or playtime preferences. I always give them plenty of attention.

About: I offer a cosy, country home-from-home for dogs in beautiful rural Lincolnshire, where your dog becomes part of the family rather than simply staying somewhere. I am retired so all of my time can be devoted to looking after your dogs and making sure you get plenty of pictures and videos so that you can rest assured they are having just as good a holiday as you! 🏡 A real home-from-home Dogs stay in my family home and enjoy plenty of love, company and attention throughout their stay. For dogs who prefer a little peace and quiet, we also have the option of a separate bedroom where they can retreat and relax in their own space. 🐾 Six acres of secure space Every day includes supervised play and exercise in our fantastic six-acre secure paddock, giving dogs plenty of room to run, sniff, explore and enjoy themselves safely. ❤️ Individual care and attention. I understand that every dog is different. Some love being in the middle of everything, while others need a little more downtime. I take the time to get to know each dog and make their stay as relaxed, happy and enjoyable as possible. My aim is simple: for your dog to have a wonderful holiday of their own while you can relax knowing they’re safe, cared for and having fun. If you’re looking for more than traditional kennels and want a genuine home-from-home experience in the Lincolnshire countryside, I’d love to welcome your dog into my home. 🐾 I am retired so spend all day at home! Every day is centred around making your dog feel happy, settled and part of the family. I keep things homely, relaxed and personal, rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine. My priority is that every dog feels safe, loved and completely at home while they’re staying with me. ❤️ Your dog’s safety and happiness is my top priority. My home is a calm, cosy country home where dogs can relax, feel secure and enjoy plenty of space. I have two friendly dogs of my own, who are an important part of my family. We felt instantly at ease when we first met Alex to drop off our slightly nervous 1 year old cocker spaniel (Ronnie). We had regular updates throughout the evening which helped ease our worries - he fed him and took him out on a couple walks so he could do his business. He was also very accommodating to our needs as we needed to pick Ronnie up at the unsociable time of 11pm. Would definitely use Alex again if we are in the area and need help 👌
