“I'd only ever had my dog stay at boarding kennels before, because he can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, and I was nervous leaving him in a private home. But Alison took great care of him and sent daily messages that made me comfortable that he had settled in and everything was going fine. (Thanks to host dog Luna, too, I think.) It took a load off my mind, so I could enjoy my trip, and Hank came home healthy and happy. I'm glad Alison said she's willing to host him again.”

“Henry had a great time with Claire, not convinced he actually wanted to come home 😃 I received loads of pics and videos so I could see he was enjoying himself. He had a mega nap when he got back so all is well in his furry world 🥰”

“This is the second time our fur baby Dora has stayed with Cristina. She is totally well looked after and love by Cristina, I will definitely be rebooking again. Thank you”

“We had an amazing experience with Sophie. Dakota loved getting out for plenty of walks and also loved enjoying joining them for runs. She was also very understanding of our awkward and late drop off/pick up times. Thank you Sophie!”

“Booked Andrew for two weeks for two French Bulldogs end of September. after an overnight stay to see if they would settle. They happily ran to Andrew for their two week holiday. Cheeky beggars never looked back to see where I was. They were so happy to be back. Will definitely book again, they were so well looked after and reluctant to leave their new friends.”

“Jodie was amazing with my two Frenchies. I was a little nervous leaving them but they loved her! She kept me updated with pics and messages to let me know how they were doing. She was lovely and my babies loved her 🫶🏽”

“My 2 border collies have stayed at Angela's a few times now and they are always very well looked after. It's always reported that they get on well with Angela's 2 border collies and they come home happy and healthy. Angela always provides a few pics of the boys having fun. I will be using Angela again later in the year and would highly recommend her for boarding.”

About: I volunteered at SSPCA for over a year specialising in cat care, with additional work with dogs and small animals. I also worked part time with a dog walker for 6 years where we would walk groups of dogs and do dog sitting home visits. I grew up with cats and have spent lots of time looking after dogs of all sizes. Most experience with Labradors and Cocker Spaniels. Happy to spend time with all creatures! I am a postgraduate student who works from home so I can make my schedule fit around your pet’s needs. I have a hamster who lives in a secure enclosure made of wood and glass who is awake between 10pm-5am I live in a 2nd floor flat 5 minutes walk from multiple large grassy parks, ideal for exercising dogs. I am an active person so I am happy to go in and out multiple times a day. For dog sitting I would typically do a longer walk in the late morning and a short walk in the evening.
“Emma took wonderful care of my dog Lola for an overnight stay. Lola looked so happy and settled, and I really appreciated the regular updates and photos Emma sent—it made a big difference. Emma is kind, reliable, and her home is warm and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again”

“Found Josephine through this app! She took time to Meet our dog before the booking! During our break she kept in touch and updated us regularly! Dog came home happy, would use Josephine again to watch him”

About: I’ve been around dogs almost my whole life and absolutely adore them. I’ve had the opportunity to walk and care for both smaller (Yorkshire terriers, cocker spaniels, springer spaniels) and larger dogs (cane corso, Newfoundland, boxers). I love trying to teach dogs simple commands on walks like sitting, heeling, waiting etc. I just love being around dogs and seeing them happy makes me happy. I work part-time on Wednesday & Friday evenings and study full-time at Stirling uni so I’m always close to home and am able to take time out of my mornings and afternoon/evenings to walk and take care of dogs. I love having dogs staying over as long as they can be left alone for a 2-4 hours in the instance of work. I live in a gated community with plenty of access to nearby greenery and woodland walks. The flat is no mansion but has plenty of space for a small/medium and even large dogs to roam and make it feel like home.
“Kirsten was fab with Daisy. We have only had her 8 weeks and so were worried how she would be with someone new. We had pictures of her time with Kirsten and she kept us up to date with how she was doing. Excellent sitter and a lovely person, and wouldn’t hesitate for Daisy to stay with her again.”

“Bonnie had a great time with Isobel, communication was great, Isobel was very accommodating of Bonnie's likes/dislikes and it was very clear how lovingly she had been looked after. Thank you so much, will definitely book again ☺️🐶”

About: I have loved dogs all of my life but unfortunately the time was never right to have one of my own. My love for dogs only grew when my parents decided to get a puppy, Angus, in my early 20s whilst I was still living at home due to being a full time student. Angus’ mum is a working springer spaniel and his dad a miniature poodle which makes him a sproodle! Think high energy, super friendly and fluffy! I trained Angus as a puppy and took him to puppy classes, socialising and walking groups. I continue to support my parents to develop Angus’ training, particularly when out walking as Angus loves to chase leaves! My friends have relied on me in the past to look after and walk their dogs which I have always been grateful to help with! I have also supported a family member to re-home a rescue dog. I have experience administering weekly ear drops as prescribed by vets. I work a hybrid working pattern which means that I am able to work from home part of the week. This means I will be able to look after, play with, and get some extra steps in with furry friends. I am available, particularly at the weekends, for boarding services. I have a fenced back garden and there are lots of pathways and grassy areas nearby for your furry friends to sniff and do their business! I have sufficient space to accommodate your pets crate, if this is their safe place, and best for them to bring with them.
“Roz our schnauzer couldn’t have been happier or better cared for . Lots of updates and photos and Michele even helped with her training. In a nice house in a good location too . I’d happily recommend her.”

About: I grew up with dogs and have had multiple dogs throughout my life so feel comfortable taking care of different types of dogs with different personalities and needs, both puppies and older dogs. At the moment I don’t have a dog of my own so I enjoy helping out with others’! I work as a personal assistant, mainly from home, with 1-2 days per week in the office. I therefore have lots of time to look after and walk dogs both during week days and weekends and can cater for longer stays as well. My flat is tidy and pet friendly and has sufficient space for playing with dogs. I have several parks immediately on my doorstep that are great for walks.
“Luis was amazing with my dog Blu. blu loved his time there and i will defo be using Luis again if needed. Was communicative and available and was easy to get in touch with and keep me updated on Blu’s stay.”

“Very happy with Justine's care of my cat Sherbet while I was away. It was good to meet Justine before to show her the flat and Sherbet. I felt very confident with her coming to feed Sherbet and that as a cat owner herself, she would take good care of mine - which she did. She answered questions promptly and when I was away she sent a few messages with photos of Sherbet looking happy and content. “Rolo went in quite happily to Andrew’s and was relaxed when I collected him. He has come home and is still nice and settled which has been an issue recently when he has been cared for outwith our home. Very pleased with the care provided and will look to book again!🐾”

“Josephine is a wonderful dog sitter, very kind and patient. We coordinated very well and my super energetic Labrador Zero had a good time staying in her house. I would recommend Josephine to all dog owners living/traveling around this area.”

About: I have grown up and taken care of dogs since I can remember, including living experience with a police German shepherd, fully trained working cocker spaniel, 2 border collies and an Australian shepherd. This has given me strong experience to give your dog its wanted needs. I’m confident managing different temperaments and ensuring all dogs feel secure, exercised, and well cared for, they will be loved and cared like my own. I’ve recently finished my university degree, so I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability throughout the week. I train at an international level with the university swim academy, but outside of training I’m free and able to dedicate consistent time to pet care. Including multiple walks (even up to 5-6 for high energy dogs), supervision, and care throughout the day. This allows me to give dogs consistent attention, exercise, and a structured routine during their stay long or short. I provide a safe, calm, and structured environment for dogs staying in my pet-friendly flat, which includes a secure, dog-friendly balcony and access to all rooms as all dog friendly. There is a garden area outside for toilet breaks, which is always used under close supervision. I also have access to multiple safe walking areas nearby, suitable for both shorter walks and longer, high-energy exercise depending on the breed. Having grown up with a police dog and a fully trained working cocker spaniel, I understand the importance of routine, boundaries, and attentive care. I follow all owner instructions closely and ensure dogs are not left alone for long periods, helping them feel comfortable, secure, and well cared for throughout their stay.

About: Dog mum to Rufus, the super friendly and outgoing small saluki cross. Rufus is playful and friendly, but also loves to curl up in a ball and relax. We are an adventurous pair who love long walks around the nearby fields, parks, woodlands, and occasionally mountains. We would love to have your pup join us - whether for just a walk, whole day or overnight. Walking services can be provided one to one or as part of a group (with Rufus and potentially other clients), depending on your dog’s needs. Dogs will be kept on lead unless consent is provided for off-lead activities. I can drive to pick up your dog, or you are welcome to drop them off at my place. I live in a flat, however, have a fenced garden where the dogs can play (supervised). All bookings will require a consultation to discuss your dog’s requirements, temperament, and food schedule (if required). I currently work as a freelance wedding singer on weekends. During the week, I have plenty of free time to look after your dog(s) - whether for a walk, whole day session or overnight. For walking and daycare sessions, I can pick up your dog or you can drop them off to me. Walking services can be adapted to suit your dog’s needs - whether that means a one-to-one session or as part of a group (with my own dog as well as other potential clients). Dogs will be kept on lead unless owner provides consent for off-lead activities. My dog, Rufus, will be around for daycare and overnight stays. Overnight stays can take place at my home or yours, as long as you are happy with Rufus joining. My flat has a fenced garden where the dogs can play (supervised), and we also live next to several great walking spots - parks, fields, hills.
“Emma responded really quickly to my initial queries and was very understanding with time changes during the day. Lots of photos and updates without prompting, with the bonus of being only 4 minutes away from my work! Thanks Emma for taking good care of my boy.”

About: People should choose me because I put genuine care and attention into every walk. I understand that dogs need more than just exercise—they need patience, affection, and someone who really pays attention to their personality and safety. I’m reliable, calm, and committed to making sure each dog feels happy, comfortable, and well-cared for. Owners can count on me to treat their pets as if they were my own. As a film student at university, I have a flexible schedule that gives me plenty of free time throughout the week, making it easy for me to fit in regular dog walks. My classes and projects often vary from day to day, which means I’m available during mornings, afternoons, and even some evenings. This flexibility allows me to be dependable and consistent, giving each dog the time and attention they deserve without feeling rushed. When caring for pets in my home or a pet owner’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and calm environment. I follow the owner’s routines closely—feeding schedules, walk times, play habits, and any special instructions—so the pet feels secure and at ease.

“Emma was fantastic with our border collie, Arran, over the 4 days she walked him. He always came back happy, tired, and clearly had a great time. She took him to a nearby park for proper long runs, which he absolutely loved. The daily photo updates always made me laugh haha, and Emma was always reliable, on time, and great with communication. Most importantly, Arran was genuinely happy being walked by her, which gave us real peace of mind. We’d book with Emma again in a heartbeat!”

I can give as much care as your pet needs, including walking, administering medication etc. I have a fenced garden, a friendly 6 month old border collie girl and 3 aloof cats. About: I have had dogs since I was a child however living in a flat with one wouldn't be easy so I have decided to wait until I purchase a house with a garden so will pet sit until then! I now work from home so I can house sit as long as there is a solid internet connection to allow your dog to be in its own space whilst I am there to reduce stress. I have my own vehicle to get to and from in the Stirling area also. I work full time from home or anywhere remote - 08.00- 16.00 Mon- Fri so happy to house sit any hours during this time. It's also easy for me to pick up new hours and alter schedules to what is needed. I have cats currently and probably way over protective of them, so I know how important any pet parent is about leaving their beloved animal with someone. I would always be extra attentive.
About: Hello, I'm Justine, a Masters student at the University of Stirling and a dedicated pet sitter located in Menstrie, Scotland. I have a passion for caring for all kinds of pets. I've had pets all my life, ranging from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles. Right now I have two adorable cats! Your furry friends will be safe and happy in my care. My previous pet sitting experience includes caring for border collies (including a puppy), an English bulldog puppy, a labrador and multiple cats (both homestays and pop-in care). I drive and have my own car (with a spacious boot for adventurous dog walks). I have had multiple clients on another site and am looking to expand my pet sitting network. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly pet sitter, feel free to message me. I'm here to help and would love to meet your beloved pets! I'm currently writing my Master's dissertation and working part-time, so I am quite flexible in my availability for pet care. I have my own car so am able to reach more remote locations and be flexible with timings. I offer pet sitting in the owner's home (overnight stays) as well as pop-in care and dog walking services. As I have two cats at home, I do not offer pet boarding in my own house. I believe that it is most comfortable and beneficial for the pet to remain in their own home if possible. This ensures that your pet is able to stay in a familiar environment and maintains their normal routine to reduce stress whilst the owner is away. For dog walking, I aim to offer adventurous and varied walks including woodlands, fields, parks and rivers. If your dog is comfortable in cars, I am happy to drive to local walks for your dog to explore new places.

Any other needs can be discussed. I have been a pet owner for 7 years but have grown up around dogs. I have worked and volunteered in animal shelters, and worked in a medical environment caring for animals. Working in shelters has given me some animal training experience, and experience in handling more difficult animals. Working in the medical environment has given me knowledge of special need animals and administering medications. I started professional pet care while living in the USA. This included home visits, walks and sitting. I look forward to hearing from you!

About: I’ve taken care of many dogs since I was a young girl whether that being for family, friends or neighbours. I have experience with young puppies and older senior dogs plus everything in between. Our family dog Luna has been around since I was 10 years old and she is my best friend. I largely took on the role of training her alongside my mum from a puppy. I am currently studying teaching at university so as I am finished up for summer I have full free time to walk/look after dogs. I’m happy to comply with any needs that your dog requires in the home. I understand every dog is different so if there’s any particular quirks that will help you feel more comfortable trusting your pup with me don’t hesitate to let me know.

A house is a home with a dog, want to get my own eventually but until then I am happy to help I am currently off for 2 weeks and would happily take care of any pets in that time after that I will update my schedule but can do most evenings and weekends and the odd afternoon Can understand some dogs just want to stay in their own home. I am good with feeding them, walking or bathing should you need. I also have a nice house with fenced garden where they can run and will happily let any fur baby stay with me

About: I’ve walked my dog for 9 years (3 times per day), he is a loving chocolate lab called Alfie. I trained my dog the basics from when he was a puppy however he can be a little naughty sometimes! I love being around any dogs in general as I just think they are the sweetest animals. I am very flexible as I do not work at the moment, I drive and love going walks etc. Whenever suits the owner, I’ll do my very best to get the fur baby sorted. I tend to only like to care for pets in their own home as sometimes they can become unsettled in others homes with other scents/dogs etc. I will suit your needs and rules in your household!
“We’ve used Fay & Ian a few times now to walk our dog and they’re always very reliable, accommodating and our dog just loves going for a walk with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and our dog comes back happy and chilled, can’t recommend them enough.”

About: We may have pets, but when it comes to unconditional love, they are the masters. Ever since I can remember I have taken care of dogs, cats and birds. I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play and look after your pet either indoor or outdoor. I am often out and about climbing hills and going for walks. During my visit it's essential for me familiarize myself with your pet and learn when it eats, drinks, and goes for a walk. Bonding with your baby is essential as it encourages your peace of mind having left your loved one in my watch. Key reasons why some kennels might not be suitable for dogs: Being in an unfamiliar place with many other dogs can cause significant anxiety for some dogs, especially if they are not well socialized. Kennels may not be able to provide the level of individual care needed for dogs with specific needs or behavioral issues. Close contact with other dogs can increase the risk of contracting contagious illnesses like kennel cough. Some kennels may not offer enough playtime or mental stimulation for dogs, leading to boredom and frustration. If the kennel is too small for a dog's size, it can cause discomfort and restrict movement. Lack of regular cleaning can lead to the spread of bacteria and parasites. Staff members who are not properly trained in handling dogs could potentially mishandle or neglect animals. Every pet's mental, emotional, physical, nutritional, and intuitive health is of utmost importance to me, and I will remain steadfast in my commitment to provide for every pet as though they are my own.
“Emma was fabulous, really patient with me regarding all the info regarding how to get to Sammy and his walk routine (he's a big old man and can be a bit fussy at times). Sammy had a great wee walk and the photos sent are very reassuring. Thanks Emma, would definately contact you again to walk Sammy.”
