“Sophie and Dorian were amazing with George when he stayed with them over the weekend. He was a little unsettled and out of sorts after I dropped him off but Sophie kept in touch with me during Friday night and I was able to explain our normal routine which Sophie stuck to so that helped him settle better over the weekend. Sophie sent lots of updates and photos over the weekend and George seemed very happy and content. I will definitely book with Sophie again. :)”

About: I’ve been around dogs almost my whole life and absolutely adore them. I’ve had the opportunity to walk and care for both smaller (Yorkshire terriers, cocker spaniels, springer spaniels) and larger dogs (cane corso, Newfoundland, boxers). I love trying to teach dogs simple commands on walks like sitting, heeling, waiting etc. I just love being around dogs and seeing them happy makes me happy. I work part-time at the moment and study at Stirling uni so I’m always close to home and am able to take time out of my mornings and afternoon/evenings to walk and take care of dogs. I live in a gated community with plenty of access to nearby greenery and woodland walks. The flat has plenty of space for a small/medium sized pup to roam and make it feel like home.

About: I volunteered at SSPCA for over a year specialising in cat care, with additional work with dogs and small animals. I also worked part time with a dog walker for 6 years where we would walk groups of dogs and do dog sitting home visits. I grew up with cats and have spent lots of time looking after dogs of all sizes. Most experience with Labradors and Cocker Spaniels. Happy to spend time with all creatures! I am a postgraduate student who works from home so I can make my schedule fit around your pet’s needs. I have a hamster who lives in a secure enclosure made of wood and glass who is awake between 10pm-5am I live in a 2nd floor flat 5 minutes walk from multiple large grassy parks, ideal for exercising dogs. I am an active person so I am happy to go in and out multiple times a day. For dog sitting I would typically do a longer walk in the late morning and a short walk in the evening.
“This was our first experience of using dog sitting and it has been a godsend. Angela and Steven treated our fur baby with such care and attention and this really helped us enjoy our break away. Alfie clearly had a great time and all the updates and pictures showed us this. Great sitters, would highly recommend. Will definitely use again.”

About: Myself and my husband Jonah are the biggest dog lovers. We have a 4 year old springer spaniel, Pepper, who is friendly with other dogs and will be great company for your fur baby. Friends and family have relied on us to care, feed and play with their dogs for several years. My husband and I are both active, living at the Ochil foothills we love the outdoors and will ensure your dog gets plenty of exercise. Myself and my husband both work from home, I am self employed so have a flexible schedule so am able to give constant care to your dog. We have a fenced garden and a friendly springer spaniel who can keep your dog company. We can offer a crate for small to medium dogs if needed, and are able to accommodate any special requests.
“Roz our schnauzer couldn’t have been happier or better cared for . Lots of updates and photos and Michele even helped with her training. In a nice house in a good location too . I’d happily recommend her.”

“Another great stay for Dutton at Alison's and another relaxing holiday for us knowing how well she's looked after. Plenty of updates to keep us informed and some great photos and videos. Dutton just loves her times with Alison and Luna. Would highly recommend.”

“Cristina and her daughter did a wonderful job of looking after our boy Jasper! We have never least him outside of the family before so we’re nervous but had absolutely no need to be. He was so loved and made to feel right at home. We would 100% use Cristina again for doggy holidays. Thank you! xxx”

“Today I picked up Bronagh after a stay with Steven and it was excellent to find her in such good condition and enjoying her stay. Steven has been tremendous at recording any issues she has and has been providing photographs of the time he has her. My thanks for all of the great care and attention he has taken with our dog”

About: I have loved dogs all of my life but unfortunately the time was never right to have one of my own. My love for dogs only grew when my parents decided to get a puppy, Angus, in my early 20s whilst I was still living at home due to being a full time student. Angus’ mum is a working springer spaniel and his dad a miniature poodle which makes him a sproodle! Think high energy, super friendly and fluffy! I trained Angus as a puppy and took him to puppy classes, socialising and walking groups. I continue to support my parents to develop Angus’ training, particularly when out walking as Angus loves to chase leaves! My friends have relied on me in the past to look after and walk their dogs which I have always been grateful to help with! I have also supported a family member to re-home a rescue dog. I have experience administering weekly ear drops as prescribed by vets. I work a hybrid working pattern which means that I am able to work from home part of the week. This means I will be able to look after, play with, and get some extra steps in with furry friends. I am available, particularly at the weekends, for boarding services. I have recently moved into my first home and I live alone which means I will be able to give your furry friends lots and lots of attention! I have a fenced back garden and there are lots of pathways and grassy areas nearby for your furry friends to sniff and do their business! I have sufficient space to accommodate your pets crate, if this is their safe place, and best for them to bring with them.

“Very happy with Justine's care of my cat Sherbet while I was away. It was good to meet Justine before to show her the flat and Sherbet. I felt very confident with her coming to feed Sherbet and that as a cat owner herself, she would take good care of mine - which she did. She answered questions promptly and when I was away she sent a few messages with photos of Sherbet looking happy and content. I would definitely recommend Justine as a cat sitter and hope she's avaliable to do do the next time I'm away. Thank you”

“Louise A was approachable and friendly throughout, kept us informed and updated with highlights and photos sent every day. Our cat was well looked after and happy to see us, if a little huffy at first! Louise also dealt with the start of a flea infestation promptly and professionally, advising and guiding us, which was much appreciated. ”

“My first time using this app and I am so grateful that I met Andrew, we went for a walk on our first meet and got to spend some time with my dog Molly which they got on so well and he handled her pulling and being hyper in a new environment. Andrew also put me at ease with all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Molly then spent the day with Andrew and I honestly did not feel stressed or worried about how she was getting on, I did message and got a quick reply and photos am really happy with how the whole day went and would recommend him and molly will definitely be back”

“Markus was very good with my dog. He took very good care of Milo and he came back really happy. Marcus is quite prompt in his relies and would definitely recommend him to others.”

“We booked Spirit, our husky, with Josephine while her usual sitters were away, and were very pleased with how she was looked after. At the end we picked up a happy and contented dog!”

“I used Sophie's Daycare services for my 2 Dachshunds. She replied to my request very quickly and agreed to look after them at short notice, which really helped me out of a sticky situation. As soon as I dropped them off I could tell my pups were immediately comfortable with Sophie and her home. I got photo and message updates throughout the day to see how much fun my babies were having (and Sophie too, I think). I will 100% be using her services again, and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is looking for a sitter. Thank you again, Sophie!”

“Alison was great with Max. She’s a fantastic dog-looker-after. She kept us well updated and we felt he was being really cared for. Max seemed to be happy and relaxed so we are too. We absolutely recommend Alison and will be looking to her to look after Max again.”

About: Dog mum to Rufus, the super friendly and outgoing small saluki cross. Rufus is playful and friendly, but also loves to curl up in a ball and relax. We are an adventurous pair who love long walks around the nearby fields, parks, woodlands, and occasionally mountains. We would love to have your pup join us - whether for just a walk, whole day or overnight. Walking services can be provided one to one or as part of a group (with Rufus and potentially other clients), depending on your dog’s needs. Dogs will be kept on lead unless consent is provided for off-lead activities. I can drive to pick up your dog, or you are welcome to drop them off at my place. I live in a flat, however, have a fenced garden where the dogs can play (supervised). All bookings will require a consultation to discuss your dog’s requirements, temperament, and food schedule (if required). I currently work as a freelance wedding singer on weekends. During the week, I have plenty of free time to look after your dog(s) - whether for a walk, whole day session or overnight. For walking and daycare sessions, I can pick up your dog or you can drop them off to me. Walking services can be adapted to suit your dog’s needs - whether that means a one-to-one session or as part of a group (with my own dog as well as other potential clients). Dogs will be kept on lead unless owner provides consent for off-lead activities. My dog, Rufus, will be around for daycare and overnight stays. Overnight stays can take place at my home or yours, as long as you are happy with Rufus joining. My flat has a fenced garden where the dogs can play (supervised), and we also live next to several great walking spots - parks, fields, hills.

About: With several years of hands-on experience on a farm, I've been able to care for dogs, cats and many other animals of varying ages and breeds. About: I’ve always had dogs(big and small) growing up. I grew up in Canada, and have moved here 3 years ago. I love to travel so don’t want a dog of my own yet. Looking to take care of someone else’s animal as if it were mine! I work full time, my job is hybrid/flexible. I can work from home or do 3 visits/day if you let me know a few days in advance. I also own a vehicle so distance is not a problem for me. I live in a 4 bedroom house with a fenced garden, and near a large park. I have a cat, if your pet does not like cats she can be separated to the upstairs if needed.
“Emma was fantastic with our border collie, Arran, over the 4 days she walked him. He always came back happy, tired, and clearly had a great time. She took him to a nearby park for proper long runs, which he absolutely loved. The daily photo updates always made me laugh haha, and Emma was always reliable, on time, and great with communication. Most importantly, Arran was genuinely happy being walked by her, which gave us real peace of mind. We’d book with Emma again in a heartbeat!”

About: Hello, I'm Justine, a Masters student at the University of Stirling and a dedicated pet sitter located in Menstrie, Scotland. I have a passion for caring for all kinds of pets. I've had pets all my life, ranging from dogs and cats to rodents and reptiles. Right now I have two adorable cats! Your furry friends will be safe and happy in my care. My previous pet sitting experience includes caring for border collies (including a puppy), an English bulldog puppy, a labrador and multiple cats (both homestays and pop-in care). I drive and have my own car (with a spacious boot for adventurous dog walks). I have had multiple clients on another site and am looking to expand my pet sitting network. If you're looking for a reliable and friendly pet sitter, feel free to message me. I'm here to help and would love to meet your beloved pets! I'm currently writing my Master's dissertation and working part-time, so I am quite flexible in my availability for pet care. I have my own car so am able to reach more remote locations and be flexible with timings. I offer pet sitting in the owner's home (overnight stays) as well as pop-in care and dog walking services. As I have two cats at home, I do not offer pet boarding in my own house. I believe that it is most comfortable and beneficial for the pet to remain in their own home if possible. This ensures that your pet is able to stay in a familiar environment and maintains their normal routine to reduce stress whilst the owner is away. For dog walking, I aim to offer adventurous and varied walks including woodlands, fields, parks and rivers. If your dog is comfortable in cars, I am happy to drive to local walks for your dog to explore new places.
About: I have had dogs since I was a child however living in a flat with one wouldn't be easy so I have decided to wait until I purchase a house with a garden so will pet sit until then! I now work from home so I can house sit as long as there is a solid internet connection to allow your dog to be in its own space whilst I am there to reduce stress. I have my own vehicle to get to and from in the Stirling area also. I work full time from home or anywhere remote - 08.00- 16.00 Mon- Fri so happy to house sit any hours during this time. It's also easy for me to pick up new hours and alter schedules to what is needed. I have cats currently and probably way over protective of them, so I know how important any pet parent is about leaving their beloved animal with someone. I would always be extra attentive.
“As a dog mum, you have the gym guilt of leaving the dogs when you go on holiday, Fay & Ian made me feel that the dogs were on great care and having fun on their walks! I would definitely recommend them as they made me feel my fur babies were in great care and being looked after again! Will be using Fay and Ian again! Thank you again!”

About: I’ve walked my dog for 9 years (3 times per day), he is a loving chocolate lab called Alfie. I trained my dog the basics from when he was a puppy however he can be a little naughty sometimes! I love being around any dogs in general as I just think they are the sweetest animals. I am very flexible as I do not work at the moment, I drive and love going walks etc. Whenever suits the owner, I’ll do my very best to get the fur baby sorted. I tend to only like to care for pets in their own home as sometimes they can become unsettled in others homes with other scents/dogs etc. I will suit your needs and rules in your household!
About: We may have pets, but when it comes to unconditional love, they are the masters. Ever since I can remember I have taken care of dogs, cats and birds. I'm currently working part-time so I'll have plenty of time to play and look after your pet either indoor or outdoor. I am often out and about climbing hills and going for walks. During my visit it's essential for me familiarize myself with your pet and learn when it eats, drinks, and goes for a walk. Bonding with your baby is essential as it encourages your peace of mind having left your loved one in my watch. Key reasons why some kennels might not be suitable for dogs: Being in an unfamiliar place with many other dogs can cause significant anxiety for some dogs, especially if they are not well socialized. Kennels may not be able to provide the level of individual care needed for dogs with specific needs or behavioral issues. Close contact with other dogs can increase the risk of contracting contagious illnesses like kennel cough. Some kennels may not offer enough playtime or mental stimulation for dogs, leading to boredom and frustration. If the kennel is too small for a dog's size, it can cause discomfort and restrict movement. Lack of regular cleaning can lead to the spread of bacteria and parasites. Staff members who are not properly trained in handling dogs could potentially mishandle or neglect animals. Every pet's mental, emotional, physical, nutritional, and intuitive health is of utmost importance to me, and I will remain steadfast in my commitment to provide for every pet as though they are my own.

“Emma took wonderful care of my dog Lola for an overnight stay. Lola looked so happy and settled, and I really appreciated the regular updates and photos Emma sent—it made a big difference. Emma is kind, reliable, and her home is warm and inviting. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again”
