I take the time to learn each dog or cat’s routine, personality, and needs so they receive care that feels familiar and stress-free. Whether it’s keeping up with puppy training, administering medications, caring for senior pets, or giving extra patience to shy animals, I treat every pet like family. I also keep owners updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pets are in caring, dependable hands. I am currently working flexible hours during the week so I am able to suit around your animals needs and availability is totally free on weekends. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I make sure each pet has a designated space for rest, access to fresh water, and meals provided on their regular schedule. I maintain a clean and pet-friendly space, free of hazards, where they can feel secure and relaxed. I provide plenty of playtime, walks and enrichment activities to keep them happy and stimulated. If a pet has special dietary needs or requires medication, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully. I also ensure that pets receive lots of affection and attention, so they feel right at home while in my care. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on maintaining their familiar routine and environment to minimize stress. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have access to clean water, and are given proper exercise through walks and playtime. I also follow any specific instructions provided by the owner, including administering medications, maintaining grooming routines, or using specific training cues. In addition to caring for the pet, I respect the owner’s home by keeping it clean and secure. I make sure the pet’s living areas are tidy, and I provide updates to the owner so they feel reassured that their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 11, family, friends and neighbours have always asked me to walk and care for their dogs when they are busy and give them a happy loving place when they can’t be around. I now have 2 dogs of my own a chihuahua and a French bulldog they’re both fully trained, they’re spoilt everyday with love and lots of play time. I love making a dogs day the best day possible while in my care. I’m available everyday from morning to afternoon and have plenty of time to play with your pups! You can always count on me to be ready to give your pets the best day! I have a dog to keep your fur baby company, we will have plenty of cuddles and play time. You will have no need to worry when leaving your babies with me they will always be in the safest hands having loads of fun.

I was so undecided whether to bring Odin for our weekend away as he gets a bit fed up being dragged around on lead but didn’t want to leave him in kennels. I felt doggy daycare for a couple of afternoons would be the best of both worlds. Maxine & hubby was so lovely, booked us in at short notice, responded to messages super quick and we felt 100% comfortable leaving him. About: We had our own beautiful border collie for 8 years, who has sadly passed. We have also looked after dogs for friends and love getting out walking with them. We have the beach, woods, parks and fields on our doorstep. We would love to give your dog a comfortable stress free home whilst you are away. We would prefer to meet them first to decide if we, you and your dog would be happy for us to care for them. My husband and I are both retired. We have no other commitments so your dog would be our priority. There would always be someone here, so the dog would never be alone. We have a small fenced back garden and spacious living room area. We also have a crate if thats what your dog is used you.

About: Hi I’m Kelly, I have had animals since as long as I can remember, they have always been a huge part of the family. I am a stay at home Mum and so this enables me to give the animals constant love and attention. We live in an area full of beautiful places to walk the dog’s, we also have a big enclosed garden with tall fences. The animals have full roam of the house. We have one cat and one lovely dog called Mini - they live in harmony together. We do have a door that can separate the house into two areas if the animals that we look after don’t get along. Animals are my passion and I would love to be the house away from home for your fur baby whilst you are away. I would love to hear from you so please message me if you have any questions. I have experience looking after pugs (my mum has pugs too) french bull dogs, German shepherds, huskies, Labrador’s, labradoodles and jack Russell’s I am always happy to have a phone/ video call prior to booking so you are comfortable with me and the environment your pet will be staying in.

About: We’re lifelong dog lovers and take a considered, personal approach so each dog receives plenty of individual attention. My husband and I both work from home full time, meaning dogs in our care are rarely left alone and enjoy consistent company throughout the day. During the week, our home is particularly calm as our two children (aged 6 and 8) are at school. We share our home with our own 3-year-old dog, who is relaxed, friendly, and well socialised with other dogs. Our children have grown up around dogs and are gentle and respectful, understanding when a dog needs space. We are best suited to dogs who are comfortable in a family environment and around children. Our home is spacious, with several quiet areas where dogs can rest if they prefer their own space, as well as the option to stay close to us in our home office. We also have a secure, fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and tailored to your dog’s usual routine. We follow a calm, consistent daily routine, including at least one walk a day, and we’re happy to maintain your dog’s normal feeding, medication, and care. Ahead of booking, we ask owners to share any special requirements so we can provide thoughtful, personalised care. We’re always happy to arrange a meet and greet to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone. We both work from home full time with our own rescue dog who we take for daily walks, so always looking for more furry company! As already mentioned, you can rest assured your dog is in safe hands - our garden is fully fenced. We can also go for on-lead walks for your peace of mind.

Charlotte is very warm, friendly and knowledgeable about dogs and Duggie was comfortable with her immediately. Everything in Charlotte’s home and garden is set up to be dog friendly and she was very flexible about delivery and pick up times. During his stay, Charlotte sent me regular updates and pictures- he was clearly having a fab time. Duggie came home a very chilled and happy boy and a lovely touch was that Charlotte sent him home with a little diary of his holiday with her.
