“Nina and her family welcomed Teilo into the home with warmth and reassurance. Nina is experienced with, and knowledgeable about dogs and has a calm, confident and affectionate manner with them. Teilo settled in very quickly and got lots of walks, play and attention. It was great for him to be with Nina's two dogs who were friendly and accepting of Teilo in their home, as he doesn't often get time with other dogs. I got regular communication and lots of photos. About: I’ve had a dog ever since I was little and absolutely love them! 8 years ago I became a qualified Dog groomer which I still love doing, before this I done 2 years at college in animal care. Being a dog groomer has gave me the experience with handling or sorts of different dogs. I’m currently at work on Mondays. I’m at home for the majority of the week with my daughter so that gives us plenty of time to spend with your doggies Our garden is completely fenced off with two gates. If you’d like your dog to be crated we are happy to do so but would need to be supplied.
“Our dog Archie has very special needs. He is 12 years old and nearly blind and also has diabetes which means giving him two insulin injections a day at certain times. We were going away for two weeks over Christmas and we didn’t know where he could go. We found Shirley-Ann though Rover. We had a meet and greet and we immediately knew he was going to be well looked after. We took him again before the holiday so Shirley-Ann could do the injection. All though the holiday we had daily updates, pictures and videos on what he was doing. Shirley-Ann and her husband John even took him with them when they went out Christmas Day. He had so much attention l don’t think he wanted to come home. We will definitely be using Shirley-Ann again. Thank you so much for looking after Archie. Hazel and Les Buckworth”
About: I’ve got experience with taking care of lots of different types of dogs as I have helped out with friends and family. I have always loved dogs from a young age and always treat any dog that i look after like my own - making sure they are fed and watered, walked daily and making time to play. I currently work part time (Monday - Wednesday) and I generally only have to go into the office on a Tuesday, therefore I can be at home every day apart from Tuesdays. I have a fenced garden and live in a safe and quiet little village just outside of Norwich. I don’t have any pets so your Dog will get my full attention :)
“We needed something last minute to look after our dog as we come away on holiday and when we booked the holiday didn’t realise how hot the weather was going to be And could not leave her in the caravan by herself whilst we was out and we couldn’t bring her with us due to it also being too hot. Macey took on a last minute booking and it was a great help. Bubbles was looked after so well, I was send updates as to how she was doing regularly and I had absolutely no problems at all. Some are extremely high-maintenance, some are incredibly friendly, others are very shy, and three of them have epilepsy and require close monitoring. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn’t used to a busy multi-cat household, but Imogen handled everything amazingly. From the moment she came for a meet-and-greet, it was obvious how naturally good she is with animals. Two of my cats immediately gravitated towards her, which I think says everything, as cats are usually very good judges of character! All of the cats absolutely loved her, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. About: We had our own beautiful border collie for 8 years, who has sadly passed. We have also looked after dogs for friends and love getting out walking with them. We have the beach, woods, parks and fields on our doorstep. We would love to give your dog a comfortable stress free home whilst you are away. During his stay, Charlotte sent me regular updates and pictures- he was clearly having a fab time. I share my home with my friendly Irish Setter, Rory, who is gentle, playful, and great with other dogs. He loves company and helps create a relaxed, social environment for visiting dogs. I live on a quiet, secluded street away from main roads, creating a peaceful environment that’s ideal for dogs of all temperaments. The garden is a great size for all breeds, with plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy a good run around. Large patio doors open directly onto the garden, allowing dogs to move freely between inside and outside when appropriate. They can also be closed to create a calm, cosy space for rest and nap times. Inside, the home is open-plan with plenty of room to relax, along with soft furnishings and lots of toys to keep dogs happy and entertained. For added safety, all human food is kept well out of reach, so you can feel confident your dog is in a secure and carefully managed environment.

About: I have had pet dogs and cats since the age of 10 and have also spent lots of time caring for friends and family pets. For 15 years I ran a smallholding with goats, pigs, sheep and various types of poultry and also farm sat on a regular basis at a 100 head goat farm. Experienced in milking and kidding. I love all types of animals, love spending time with them and treat them all as if they were my own. I'm happy to house sit and care for your animals throughout the UK and Europe. About: Myself and husband Alan were raised with family dogs and once married we got our first family pet Billy who was a golden Labrador. He was loved by all due to his temperament and behaviour around everyone and we were devastated to lose him aged 13. After 18 months we missed the companionship we always had with Billy and chose Mabel the labradoodle who was 12 weeks when she came to live with us. She became our 3rd child and was cherished from the start. Sadly we lost her aged 12 years and 6 months 2 years ago. Both our grown children now have dogs which we regularly look after when they go away. We both love having them for ‘sleepovers’ and love walking with the ‘grand’ dogs as they both fit into our family unit. Due to commitments we now have with 4 grandchildren we are not in a position to have another dog full time but miss the company and regular walks. We would love to have the opportunity to help people out on a short term basis. I work part time and look after grandchildren for one day. Alan works full time. Looking after a dog on a short term basis on the days we can where we are completely free to will mean we can give regular exercise & love. We have an enclosed garden for safety & security. All dogs will have full access to our house at any time they are here with us.

The bonus part of him staying over was the fact that he gained more confidence around Rory, and got to have a play buddy for his time away. “Sylvia and her husband did a fantastic job of looking after my Pointer Hudson and put my mind at rest before leaving him with them for 12 days. Sylvia obviously loves dogs and done everything possible to make sure Hudson was happy and settled during his stay, I received twice daily pictures and updates of them having walks and fun together, Sylvia even contacted me if she was unsure whether Hudson would be happy to do certain activities like go to the small lake area close by. If you are looking for a loving and truly caring person to look after your pet I honestly don’t think you will find anyone better that Sylvia and I shall definitely book her next time I have to go away. 10 stars from us.”

About: I’ve got experience with taking care of lots of different types of dogs as I have helped out with friends and family. I have always loved dogs from a young age and always treat any dog that i look after like my own - making sure they are fed and watered, walked daily and making time to play. I currently work part time (Monday - Wednesday) and I generally only have to go into the office on a Tuesday, therefore I can be at home every day apart from Tuesdays. I have a fenced garden and live in a safe and quiet little village just outside of Norwich. I don’t have any pets so your Dog will get my full attention :)
