“This is the first time we have left Bobby and we were slightly apprehensive. We needn’t have worried! Nicola made us feel welcome from the get go. We had a meet and greet previous to Bobbys stay and Nicola was warm and helpful in every way. She even said Bobby could sleep with her like he does at home! When we left Bobby was tearing round the beautiful enclosed garden with another new doggy friend that was there. During the stay Nicola kept us up to date with messages and photos. When we went to pick Bobby up he was so happy to see us but really I think he would have liked to stay a bit longer!! We will most definitely be using Nicola again with no apprehension this time and will go away knowing Bobby is in the best of care! Thank you so much! Xxx”

“I am always a little concerned leaving Lola with anyone. As she didn't have a good start in life. I had a very good feeling on our first meeting with Ian and Tracy. I immediately felt at ease as they clearly experienced and comfortable with dogs. They have two dogs of their own and Lola was happy to be with them. I always feel a little nervous and guilty when we go away. So to have someone like Ian and Tracy who reassures you, that she will be well looked after, gives you peace of mind. Excellent communication received, with regular updates and photos, this all helped us. Chelsea was great.She sent photos of him out for a walk and all day he looked really happy and smiling for the camera Chelsea was honest and said Charlie had a bit of separation anxiety at first but soon settled with her family including her own dog..which Charlie would have enjoyed.Apparently he didn't eat his meal but that's not unusual anyway!!!
