“Dylan has stayed with Catherine on several occasions and he is always well cared for. Trust Catherine completely and he is there again soon for another four nights.”

About: What sets me apart is my genuine love of dogs, over 25 years of hands-on experience, and the fact that I currently have my own friendly 6-month-old Cavapoo, Milo, who absolutely loves playing with other dogs and has the best personality. He helps create a fun, social, and welcoming environment for visiting dogs. I understand that every dog is different, so I always tailor my care to their needs, routine, and personality. Whether it’s an energetic younger dog needing playtime, walks, and consistency, or an older dog who needs a gentler pace, patience, and extra comfort, I’m happy to adapt. I also work from home, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to offer drop-in visits, regular toilet breaks, walks, companionship, and attentive care throughout the day. Your dog will never feel ignored or left alone for long periods. Most importantly, I treat every dog as if they were my own—providing a safe, loving, and reliable home-from-home experience so owners can relax knowing their pet is in caring hands et care fits naturally into my daily routine as I work from home during weekdays, which means I’m around throughout the day to give dogs plenty of attention, companionship, and regular care. I work 9–5, but this allows me to be present for toilet breaks, playtime, feeding, and making sure pets feel settled and comfortable. I already care for my own puppy, Milo, so taking time for walks, play, and supervision is part of my everyday schedule. I make sure he gets a walk at lunchtime each day, and I’d be happy to include another dog in that routine depending on their needs and energy levels. My wife is also home on some days while studying at university, which means there is often additional company and supervision in the house. Because pet care is already built into our home life, any dog staying with us would receive lots of attention, affection, exercise, and a warm, welcoming environment throughout the week. I provide a safe, caring, and comfortable environment for pets in my home, making sure they feel relaxed and part of the family while they are with me. I have a good-sized paved yard that is fully fenced and gated, so dogs can safely enjoy outdoor time, fresh air, and play during day boarding or stays. I am very much led by each owner’s preferences and will always follow your instructions on how your dog likes to be cared for, including feeding routines, walks, sleeping arrangements, training commands, medication, and any little habits that help them feel at home. I understand every dog is different, so I always tailor my care to suit their individual needs and personality.
“Danielle and her partner Dan were fantastic from the very first message. They gave Winnie a proper home from home stay, she loved every second of it and was honestly so lovely to see how much they loved Winnie. Amazing sitters and pup carers! 10/10 from us and would highly recommend. Winnie will be visiting again in no time I’m absolutely sure of it 🩶”

“Micheal and Geoff two lovely fellas who made Molly feel really comfortable they have a lovely safe home to take care of your dog will definitely book in with them again and will refer to friends xx”

“We couldn't be happier with the care our dog received. From the moment we met Melissa, it was clear she genuinely love animals and takes her responsibilities seriously. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Our dog was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after when we collected him. It was reassuring to know he was being treated like part of the family rather than just another booking. We would highly recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional dog sitter. Thank you for taking such great care of our boy – we wouldn't hesitate to use your services again in the future.”

“Jessie is amazing and looked after our Maggie whilst attending a wedding. She is so kind natured and loves dogs so we knew Maggie would have a great stay. Plus she has her own dog which Maggie loved . Thank you for being understanding regarding an issue returning home. Plus I loved the updates”

“As someone who never used dog boarding before, we were initially very reluctant and anxious. Our pets have been our family for years, most especially our senior dog (who’s 13 yrs old-he’s been with us since he was a pup), there was that fear, even thinking about the idea but because its necessary, we just have to do it. We are very thankful that James and Jane really took care of Pierre and Zaki. James is reassuring and made us feel confident that there isn't anything to worry about. He kept us updated and was responsive all throughout Pierre and Zaki’s stay. We are glad we got to the right sitters the first time and we do recommend them in anyone’s future pet services.”

“Fabulous as usual. Angus is very accommodating, I had to call @ short notice , and had no hesitation Angus makes Fred feel like he is one of the family. He has a marvellous time and I am kept updated with photos and texts. Fred is content and sleepy when I collect him , sign of a enjoyable time and I know he was well looked after with love and care. Highly recommend. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Angus every time Thank you so much Angus”

“Absolutely perfect boarding experience, lovely family, plenty of photos and updates! Max was playing with the little girl in the garden and went on a long walk! He’s been fast asleep since I picked him up, he didn’t want to leave, bless him! Would definitely recommend this sitter! Thank you so much xx”

“My old boy is a rescue, naturally distrustful due to previous people who had him, and can be quite shy, especially since his mom passed away a year ago. Well, a week with Cherise and he's now howling away happily! I was kept up to date and pictures and videos were sent. I was very nervous as I had never left him with a stranger for long periods before. She made all that anxiety and fear dissipate in seconds. We will DEFINITELY book again”

“Thank you to Sarah and her family for doing such a good job of caring for my (very needy!) dogs. I think they were actually said to be coming home as they enjoyed all the attention and cuddles!! Would recommend Sarah and her family to anyone and will definitely be using again! X”

“Jo was fantastic! She took great care of Teddy and kept us updated the whole time. Teddy came home happy and relaxed, although I think he wanted to stay a little longer. Highly recommend Jo for anyone needing a reliable, caring dog sitter!”

“Teddy has settled nicely at Ella's place this weekend. He's back to tricks here in his home, but was better walking this morning and approaching other dogs in the neighbourhood. She loves looking after him.”

“Great communication before and during booking. Felt happy leaving our dogs with Lisa and the dogs came back looking like they had a great time. Recieved pictures of the pups while we were away which I loved. They looked happy and content 😍 Would highly recommend and book again. Thank you”

“Lauren and her husband looked after my dog Ozzie for the day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I met Lauren, she made me feel completely at ease, especially as it was the first time I’d ever left Ozzie with someone who wasn’t family. They took him on plenty of walks and kept me updated throughout the day, which was really reassuring. It was clear he was being well looked after and having a great time. When I picked him up he came back happy and tired – always a good sign! I’m so grateful for the care they gave him, and Ozzie can’t wait to come back again. I would definitely recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter.”

“Abby is absolutely wonderful and has the perfect household for caring for my little baby, Nellie 🐾 Abby's furry bundle of joy, Tanky is adorable! I think Nellie fell in love ♥️ Abby is such a caring dog lover. I would highly recommend Abby for her services to anyone who is looking for a dog sitter. 10000% recommended from me. Thanks so much Abby 🐾❤️😊”

“Superb, Five star plus. Kat understood that Islay our Welsh Springer was getting on and would find separation from us difficult. Kat absolutely put our mind to rest with her caring manner from the first minute we met. Kat let us tss as ke a look round her home and especially the garden which was very secure. During our time away Kat supplied a few photo which was very much appreciated. On pickup Islay was happy that I’m not sure she wanted to leave. We would have ni issues with booking Kat again.”

“Sue looked after our two ragdolls, Sue was great with communications before, during and after. Sue sent photos during her visits and spent time getting to know our girls.”

“I’m so happy with the care and skill with which Jane looked after my 2 cats during twice-daily drop-ins at home in Layton. She is experienced and thorough and I really felt that the cats were in good hands whilst I was away. I returned to happy, contented (and properly medicated) kitties and the whole process was seamless for them and me. Jane followed all my instructions and has a keen eye to notice if anything is wrong or needs any attention. Getting daily photos of the cats and updates from her was a delight! Thank you Jane, from Mel”

“Georgia, looked after my cat George again yesterday and again like last time she was amazing! Keep me informed throughout the whole time via messages and video. Was so understanding with his needs. Thank you Georgia for all your help 😻x”

“Lovely lady, she was kind enough to reassure me with photos, texts and a FaceTime. She thoughtfully bought his undying love with treats, wet food, brushing and toys. He was quick to notice the downturn in service once I returned. So brought the treats to me as he presumed I’d forgotten! Thanks, will rebook with Lynne”

“Adam has been brilliant with Lily. She can be quite an anxious dog, especially around new people and places, but Adam has taken real care to make her feel welcome and settled. The extra effort he's put in to build her trust hasn't gone unnoticed and it's made such a difference. Highly recommend — thank you Adam!”

“We used their dog-sitting service while we were in Blackpool for the day visiting Pleasure Beach, and it was really convenient. Unfortunately, our sitter was unwell, but her mum stepped in and looked after Coco and Arnie, as they run the business together. We received updates during the day, which gave us peace of mind knowing the dogs were being well cared for. Coco and Arnie came home happy and relaxed, and it was clear they had been looked after well. We’d definitely use their services again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for caring and reliable dog sitters. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Molly really enjoys her time with Cath. She is so good with her, lovely and relaxed which is just what hyper excitable Molly needs. She does vote with her feet and lets me know if she is not happy but she is always eager to go to Cath’s. Thank you Cath”

“My dog has been in Jola’s care for the past few weeks, and I couldn’t be happier. She is truly wonderful — incredibly kind, reliable, and with a natural, intuitive approach to dogs. It’s clear how much she genuinely cares. My dog absolutely loves her and gets so excited every time he sees her. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and exceptional to care for their pet.”
“This is the first time we have used a dog service for our dogs and wish we would have found Michael and Geoff sooner! The good thing about them is they walk our staffies alone unlike other dog walkers where they have a few dogs at a time. We are also going to use them for boarding too in the future as they have a secure garden with no other dogs which is perfect! Communication is great and they are flexible and reliable. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone!”

I am trustworthy, reliable and loving, if i walk a dog i treat them as if they are my own and i make sure to keep them safe and in sight at all times. I am a university student who is really missing my own dog at home and I am finding myself walking around the park, looking for my furry companion. I find a walk much more enjoyable with a dog and I would love to help someone out whilst doing something that i am truly passionate about :) I am currently only in University 3 days a week which means I have a few free days, I would love to fill this time with walks with a friend 🐾 I would not be able to board dogs in my home as I am an in student accommodation, but I would love to walk dogs.
“Georgia was kind enough to come back after my wimpy scared of unfamiliar cars boy wouldn't get in her van! So she came back to ours and walked him on the field near our house and Odin came back a very happy and tired boy. Georgia is clearly an animal lover and has a special way with dogs, she was confident enough to walk Odin off lead which I'm happy about as that's what he's used to. I can't thank her enough for putting me at ease with the pictures and video as she's pet sitting Odin in our home in July for our wedding. Odin is looking forward to it I'm sure. Thankyou Georgia!”

My cat enjoys going out on nice days and always comes back home safely. Pets are welcome on the sofa and bed—just like my own! I take pride in creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for animals.
About: What sets me apart is the level of care and attention I give every dog. I’m experienced with puppies who need basic training, routine, and patience, as well as senior dogs who may need slower walks and extra understanding. I have two 7 year old children who are very used to being around dogs and understand when a dog needs space or quiet time. We recently lost our 17 year old Teddy Pompom, who was very senior, suffered with seizures, and required gentle, attentive car, an experience that has given me a deep understanding of supporting older dogs with special needs. . I work from home daily, Monday to Friday. I only need to nip out on the school runs but this is not every day. I work downstairs and have time to play, a routine walk and even to snuggle with your dog. I love taking dogs to the beach and walks in fields. I also like to hire private enclosed dog fields so they can let off steam in a safe environment, great for the more active breeds. I have recently had 1 to 1 training with a dog behaviorist/trainer. The focus was on dog reactivity and psychology of the dog so please let me know if there is anything you would like me to work on in the time I am looking after your dog. I provide calm, attentive care in my home, always following each dog’s usual routine. I have a secure fenced garden for safe outdoor time, and my own very well behaved puppy Tank. I make sure pets get appropriate exercise, play, rest, and plenty of affection, while respecting their individual needs and comfort levels. I am a big softie so im sure your dog will have me wrapped round their little paws 🐾

About: Hi! I’m Elisabeth or Libby, I’m 19 years old and have grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve had hands-on experience caring fora variety of breeds like Labradors, Staffies, and Scottish Terriers, and have been the main caregiver for my family and friends dogs for years. This has given me experience with different temperaments, exercise needs, and routines — from energetic walks and playtime to calmer companionship and daily care. I’m confident with basic animal first aid skills and experienced in spotting signs that a pet may be unwell or behaving differently from normal. Through caring for family pets, I’ve also had experience communicating with vets, including assisting during video consultations and carrying out checks such as inspecting teeth and gum health under veterinary guidance. I’m planning to study Animal Behaviour at undergraduate level in September, as working with and understanding animals is something I’m genuinely passionate about. I’m also respectful, reliable, and trustworthy when caring for pets in other people’s homes, making sure both your dog and your home are looked after carefully while you’re away. Hi! I’m a reliable and caring animal lover currently taking some time before starting university in September after finishing college. This gives me plenty of free time and flexibility to dedicate to looking after your pets and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I’m patient, attentive, and happy to follow any routines or special care instructions your pet needs. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your pets like my own! Your pet’s safety, comfort, health, and happiness are always my top priorities. I provide a calm, caring, and trustworthy environment for dog walking, daytime pet sitting, and overnight stays, either in my cosy one-bedroom seafront flat or within your own home where your pet feels most comfortable. Having recently finished college before starting university in September, I currently have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to give pets plenty of attention, companionship, exercise, and care throughout the day. I understand how important routines, patience, and trust are when caring for someone’s pet, and I always aim to make owners feel confident and reassured while they’re away. I take pride in keeping both my own flat and clients’ homes clean, tidy, and well cared for at all times. During walks, I always prioritise safety by using secure leads, staying attentive to surroundings, and making sure pets are exercised responsibly and comfortably. Living by the seafront also allows me to offer enjoyable beachfront walks, giving dogs fresh air, exercise, and a calm environment to explore safely. I’m attentive to each pet’s individual health and wellbeing, ensuring they receive the care, affection, and attention they need to feel safe, relaxed, and happy. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply relaxing in a peaceful environment by the sea, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and well looked after at all times.
About: I absolutely adore dogs. I have 2 Lakeland terriers of my own which I have had for just over 10 years. I always treat every dog as if they are my own and of course they’ll get plenty of cuddles and the occasional treat for being the cutest little loves I work part time but I have set days off. I’m looking to drop my days at my part time job so I can focus on making sure your furry friends can be looked after more often I have a secure garden and always plenty of water, treats and cuddles available. When going to pick up your dog, I treat every home with respect and make sure everything is left exactly as it should be. If you’re around, I’ll probably even stick around for 10 minutes for a chat, because getting to know each other is vital.
About: I am currently a third year veterinary nursing student with a passion for providing the best care to all pets. I have had my dog for almost 13 years and prior to that, we would dog sit for family friends going away. With my profession I am comfortable with caring for all kinds of pets including reptiles and rodents. I also have experience medicating a myriad of species so would be happy to assist with this if your pet(s) require anything throughout the day. Growing up I've volunteered and worked at a number of different kennels and catteries local to me and I have since been volunteering at a cat sanctuary for almost three years and love spending my free time with animals. I am a very active person with my favourite hobbies being walking and going to the gym so you can rest assured I would meet your pets exercise and enrichment needs to keep them happy and settled in your absence. My services include home boarding with your pets, walking, bathing, medicating, house visits and spending quality time with your pets in your absence. I’m currently working part time so my mornings and evenings are typically free on the days I work and I have the whole day free on my days off to spend with your fur-babies I’m comfortable keeping your pets as close to their typical routine as possible to keep them stress-free. I can walk and medicate at the same times of day and can regularly update you with pictures for piece of mind
About: Hello, my name is Lisa and my husband is Stuart. We live in Thornton in Lancashire. We have two grown up children, neither of which live at home and two school age grandchildren who visit who have been brought up with dogs so know how to be respectful of them. We have a lovely quiet household on a very quiet street with a safe fully enclosed garden. We have been married for over 30 years and have had dogs for most of this time. We do not have a dog currently as we lost our beloved Chihuahua in April 22 and our much loved Yorkshire Terrier in January 23. We consider ourselves to be experienced dog owners in both behavioural and health issues. I am animal first aid and animal CPR trained. During our Chihuahuas lifetime we dealt with luxating patella for which she had surgery, epilepsy and heart failure for which we had to administer and monitor medication, we also studied home dog behavioural courses to manage her extreme nervousness. This experience enabled us to become very dog knowledgeable and we educated ourselves to help us to understand all of their quirks and the reasons for certain behaviour. I have recently retired as a Nurse from the nhs which is great news for any pet staying with us as I am now around most of the time each day to give them my full attention. My husband is self employed so therefore extremely flexible and is able to go home several times a day to see and walk a dog if for any reason I was out. Any dog in our care would never be left alone for any longer than 2-3 hours. We are an active couple in our spare time and we have a touring caravan which we originally bought to allow us to take our pets everywhere with us. We spend a lot of weekends in the Lake District and other lovely places and would be happy to take your dog with us for a little holiday. Your dog will be kept safe and taken to the Vet immediately should it be required. We are happy to administer medication. They will be groomed if required and I am happy to attend to their dental care.

“Teddy has settled nicely at Ella's place this weekend. He's back to tricks here in his home, but was better walking this morning and approaching other dogs in the neighbourhood. She loves looking after him.”

“Lydia took wonderful care of our dog Frank for 11 nights at her home. We couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience and Frank certainly seems to have enjoyed his stay. Lydia’s caring manner and great communication put our minds at rest whilst we were on holiday. Would highly recommend! Juliette & Robert”
