“Biscuit's initial stay was a trial run for when he's left longer. Liam, Hannah and Beau were absolutely brilliant with our little Biscuit. We had some nerves with Biscuit being newly rehomed to us and still just finding himself, but we needn't have, within 15 minutes of leaving we had a photo of Biscuit cuddled up to Hannah. We had plenty of updates and nothing was a bother when we messaged Liam, even when we forgot to send Biscuit's rain jacket and towel. About: My wife and I both grew up in houses that always had dogs although when we moved in together we always felt too busy to get our own. Luckily for us, mum and dad's dogs tended to stay over whenever they went away. We got the fun part of being around a dog, and the companionship that brings, but also the freedom not be tied down once they returned home. Now that I've retired, I'm free weekdays, weekends, evenings, extended stays or even staying at the dog's place if that was needed. Ideally I like seeing the same dog, or dogs, more than once so I can feel they see me as familiar and a small part of their lives. I usually miss them when they go home! We live right on the former railway line which is now a path and so is ideal. I love walking although am restricted to a steady pace because I suffer with ILD (lung disease). I can do fairly lengthy walks although can't go fast and hills really slow me down. This means that a small to medium sized (or an older) dog is my best fit although I have looked after dogs as young as one. Retirement means more availability so I'm ideally suited to being around for a dog when you're busy. I prefer to keep the flexibility that caring for other people's dogs provides, which is why I'm not looking to have a dog of my own full time. The fact I have the lung disease means it's best for me to keep active as much as I'm able and having a dog around gives the push to walk multiple times a day. We have very small garden which is fenced off but mostly it'll be walks to get out and about. We have an admittedly small 3 bedroom house so a small to medium size dog would fit best. The dog will sleep in the living room preferably in a bed provided by the owners. Although this site asks whether we'd allow the dog to be in furniture or beds, I'd prefer to stick with whatever it's used to at home.

About: We’re not here to make money, we’re here because we genuinely love having dogs around, which is why we’ve set our prices as low as the app allows. My partner and I recently moved back from Australia. While we were there, we couldn’t have our own dog because of the long term commitment, so we used a similar dog sitting platform instead. We looked after lots of wonderful dogs, and many owners came back to us time and time again whenever they needed a sitter. We both grew up with family dogs, so having one to care for again was something we really enjoyed. For us, dog sitting is the best of both worlds, we get to give your dog plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away, and you get the peace of mind that they’re with people who genuinely enjoy having them around. We simply love spending time with dogs, and we think that shows in the care we give. :) Since arriving back from overseas i Lloyd have a long wait before I am cleared to rejoin my job so at the present time I’m home full time and Emma my partner is working evenings for now so your dog will never be left alone at all. We have a large open planned 2 bedroom house that boasts a huge back garden that is fully fenced off. We are happy to care for all sized dogs as well as having more than 1 if needed. About: At my dog sitting service, I am proud to providing top-notch care for dogs with a personal touch. For example: puppy and senior care, video calls with the owner, daily reports about how we spent the day, online tracker ( walking routes, location) with a 24/7 acces via app, home made cooked healthy meals (optional). I'm mainly at home all day, but I have cctv access with a speaker option if I need to go out. I never leave a dog at home alone who is with me for the first time and I am not sure what to expect from them exactly. I have a fully closed rear garden and a friendly tiny dog, Bobby (11, Shi-tzu mix :). Dogs can use sofas, beds if they are allowed at their home as well. I only use crate at a special request of the owner. Dog walks are only on-leash.

About: We have both always had dogs, growing up I lived on lots of land and always had 4 dogs which I loved to train and walk. We live in an area with immediate access to lots of walks and woodland (short and long) and love to go on long walks in our spare time. We have lots of dogs who visit us part time and are treat like family. We do lots of walking in our spare time, we have lots of different dogs who come to visit and are used to many breeds both big and small. All dogs get a minimum of three good walks a day but often we do more. We have a fenced front and back yard that backs onto fields within less than a minute, there are a number of short and long walks locally that range from ten minutes onwards.

Over the years I’ve been around larger breeds including German Shepherds, Dobermans and Rottweilers, so I’m comfortable with dogs of different sizes and personalities. My own dog, Caesar, is a rescue I adopted in Sri Lanka when he was about 4 months old. I miss him a lot, and honestly one of the reasons I wanted to make this profile is because I genuinely enjoy being around dogs and caring for them. I currently work remotely, so I’m home most of the day and can give dogs attention, company and regular walks. I have a small fenced garden and there’s a walking path and open ground area only a couple of minutes from my house, which is great for walks and outdoor time. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you trust, so I’ll always do my best to make them feel comfortable, safe and cared for like they’re part of the family. I’m happy to follow your dog’s usual routine, whether that’s walks, feeding schedules, playtime or just lots of cuddles and attention. Pet care fits easily into my routine because I currently work remotely and spend most of my time at home. I also enjoy going to the gym and staying active, so daily walks and spending time outdoors with dogs fits naturally into my lifestyle. This allows me to give pets regular attention, walks, playtime and company throughout the day. I always want pets to feel safe, comfortable and relaxed while in my care. I have a small fenced garden and a walking path and open area nearby for regular walks and exercise. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully, including feeding routines, walking schedules and any special care needed. I understand every pet has a different personality, so I try to make them feel at home and give them lots of attention, patience and care.

About: Since childhood, I have always had a family dog, so being around and caring for dogs has been a big part of my life. I’ve been volunteering most weekends at Holly Hedge Dog Sanctuary, whenever my work schedule allows. During my time there, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of dogs, each with different personalities and needs. This experience has not only shown my love for animals but has also helped me develop a strong confidence in looking after dogs and understanding their behavior. About: I've taken care of dogs of all kinds, growing up with large breeds from being a young age has made me confident with dogs of all temperaments and backgrounds. Being a registered veterinary nurse, I have worked with dogs of all life stages and can provide the essential care they need tailored to them. I work weekdays, but can provide late night check ins for short walks or feeding. I am also available for weekend visits at all times to provide any and all daily requirements I always ensure pets are kept safe, making sure they are kept in a fenced area away from other dogs and people. “Biscuit's initial stay was a trial run for when he's left longer. Liam, Hannah and Beau were absolutely brilliant with our little Biscuit. We had some nerves with Biscuit being newly rehomed to us and still just finding himself, but we needn't have, within 15 minutes of leaving we had a photo of Biscuit cuddled up to Hannah. We had plenty of updates and nothing was a bother when we messaged Liam, even when we forgot to send Biscuit's rain jacket and towel. We have no worries about leaving him with Liam, Hannah and Beau again in a few weeks :)”

About: We’re not here to make money, we’re here because we genuinely love having dogs around, which is why we’ve set our prices as low as the app allows. My partner and I recently moved back from Australia. While we were there, we couldn’t have our own dog because of the long term commitment, so we used a similar dog sitting platform instead. We looked after lots of wonderful dogs, and many owners came back to us time and time again whenever they needed a sitter. We both grew up with family dogs, so having one to care for again was something we really enjoyed. For us, dog sitting is the best of both worlds, we get to give your dog plenty of love, attention and care while you’re away, and you get the peace of mind that they’re with people who genuinely enjoy having them around. We’re not trying to turn this into a business. We simply love spending time with dogs, and we think that shows in the care we give. :) Since arriving back from overseas i Lloyd have a long wait before I am cleared to rejoin my job so at the present time I’m home full time and Emma my partner is working evenings for now so your dog will never be left alone at all. We have a large open planned 2 bedroom house that boasts a huge back garden that is fully fenced off. We are happy to care for all sized dogs as well as having more than 1 if needed. The dogs will have full access to the house and garden and will have the best care possible!
