“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

“Kobe had such a wonderful stay with Mat and his family. Prior to boarding we arranged a pre-stay meeting which was great and really helpful, from that initial meeting I knew Kobe would be very well looked after. Throughout his stay Mat kept us updated with Kobe's progress and sent lots of pictures which was so lovely. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using Mat again for boarding, so long as the crazy pup is welcome ??. Thank you all so much for looking after our boy.”
