About: Myself and husband Alan were raised with family dogs and once married we got our first family pet Billy who was a golden Labrador. He was loved by all due to his temperament and behaviour around everyone and we were devastated to lose him aged 13. After 18 months we missed the companionship we always had with Billy and chose Mabel the labradoodle who was 12 weeks when she came to live with us. She became our 3rd child and was cherished from the start. Sadly we lost her aged 12 years and 6 months 2 years ago. Both our grown children now have dogs which we regularly look after when they go away. We both love having them for ‘sleepovers’ and love walking with the ‘grand’ dogs as they both fit into our family unit. Due to commitments we now have with 4 grandchildren we are not in a position to have another dog full time but miss the company and regular walks. We would love to have the opportunity to help people out on a short term basis. I work part time and look after grandchildren for one day. Alan works full time. Looking after a dog on a short term basis on the days we can where we are completely free to will mean we can give regular exercise & love. We have an enclosed garden for safety & security. All dogs will have full access to our house at any time they are here with us.

“Imogen looked after my cats for the first time recently, and I could not recommend her more highly. I have seven cats, all with very different personalities and needs. Some are extremely high-maintenance, some are incredibly friendly, others are very shy, and three of them have epilepsy and require close monitoring. It can definitely be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn’t used to a busy multi-cat household, but Imogen handled everything amazingly. From the moment she came for a meet-and-greet, it was obvious how naturally good she is with animals. Two of my cats immediately gravitated towards her, which I think says everything, as cats are usually very good judges of character! All of the cats absolutely loved her, and I felt completely reassured knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. She was calm, attentive, and clearly very experienced and comfortable around cats with different temperaments and medical needs. He is treated like a prince👑 as will your furbaby while staying with us. Any training you’re currently doing or want us to start can be carried on whilst you’re on holiday. I am currently on Maternity Leave so I am able to give all the love and attention to make your furbaby feel comfortable, safe and at home. My partner Tom is home of an evening and takes Rolo (our dog) for his evening walk and gives him plenty of loving fuss as he will with yours! We have a fenced garden and have an energetic Beagle to keep your furbaby company while they’re here on their holidays. Crate trained dogs only please! About: I absolutely adore animals since I know myself and working with dogs has been one of the best things I could do for myself and also other people. I have been surrounded by animals since I was a child and I find life empty without them. Being self employed allowed me to meet lots of great pets and that gave me a lot of joy. About: I used to be a self employed dog sitter. I had to look after six dogs at a time on occasions, I always remained calm and kept the dogs happy. The dog owner I used to dog sit for wrote me a reference if you would like to see that then please let me know! I have work experience from a veterinary clinic in South Africa where I was responsible for cleaning multiple dogs and cats and entertaining them while they were waiting to be checked by the Vet. I also have past experience in owning my own dog whom I took very good care of. I am currently taking a gap year before I start university in Norwich and so I am available most days of the week. The garden is fully secure with 7ft fencing and a locked gate, so dogs can enjoy outdoor time safely. I live on a quiet, secluded street away from main roads, creating a peaceful environment that’s ideal for dogs of all temperaments. The garden is a great size for all breeds, with plenty of room to play, explore, and enjoy a good run around. Large patio doors open directly onto the garden, allowing dogs to move freely between inside and outside when appropriate. They can also be closed to create a calm, cosy space for rest and nap times. Inside, the home is open-plan with plenty of room to relax, along with soft furnishings and lots of toys to keep dogs happy and entertained. For added safety, all human food is kept well out of reach, so you can feel confident your dog is in a secure and carefully managed environment.

About: I've grown up around animals from lambs and chickens to dogs and cats. I've also done dog walking for friends and family. Cared for dogs in animal shelters and adoption fairs. About: I have taken care of pets all of my life, growing up surrounded by animals and dogs means I know their needs and behaviours. I have a genuine love and care for animals and treat every pet as my own. I have a Romanian rescue called Mila, she is 5 years old now and I’ve had her since she was a few months old. Mila came to me after a rough start in life, scared of humans and never walked on a lead before. Years of consistent training, patience and a lot of love has gone into the dog she is today - this has helped me to gain a good amount of experience to be able to deal with triggers, special requirements and understanding dog behaviour. I work full time however I am always open to discuss new drop ins/walks, I am out with my own dog 3 times a day on my two days off and we are happy for other dogs to join us. Drops in can be arranged on request. I am happy to drop in to your home for visits and walk dogs on or off lead depending on their recall/ owners wishes. I take their safety as seriously as I take my own dogs safety.

About: Myself and husband Alan were raised with family dogs and once married we got our first family pet Billy who was a golden Labrador. He was loved by all due to his temperament and behaviour around everyone and we were devastated to lose him aged 13. After 18 months we missed the companionship we always had with Billy and chose Mabel the labradoodle who was 12 weeks when she came to live with us. She became our 3rd child and was cherished from the start. Sadly we lost her aged 12 years and 6 months 2 years ago. Both our grown children now have dogs which we regularly look after when they go away. We both love having them for ‘sleepovers’ and love walking with the ‘grand’ dogs as they both fit into our family unit. Due to commitments we now have with 4 grandchildren we are not in a position to have another dog full time but miss the company and regular walks. We would love to have the opportunity to help people out on a short term basis. I work part time and look after grandchildren for one day. Alan works full time. Looking after a dog on a short term basis on the days we can where we are completely free to will mean we can give regular exercise & love. We have an enclosed garden for safety & security. All dogs will have full access to our house at any time they are here with us.

The bonus part of him staying over was the fact that he gained more confidence around Rory, and got to have a play buddy for his time away. Realistically, I don't think Jake remembered to miss us, because he was having such a great time.”

“Sylvia and her husband did a fantastic job of looking after my Pointer Hudson and put my mind at rest before leaving him with them for 12 days. Sylvia obviously loves dogs and done everything possible to make sure Hudson was happy and settled during his stay, I received twice daily pictures and updates of them having walks and fun together, Sylvia even contacted me if she was unsure whether Hudson would be happy to do certain activities like go to the small lake area close by. If you are looking for a loving and truly caring person to look after your pet I honestly don’t think you will find anyone better that Sylvia and I shall definitely book her next time I have to go away. 10 stars from us.”
