“Nina and her family welcomed Teilo into the home with warmth and reassurance. Nina is experienced with, and knowledgeable about dogs and has a calm, confident and affectionate manner with them. Teilo settled in very quickly and got lots of walks, play and attention. It was great for him to be with Nina's two dogs who were friendly and accepting of Teilo in their home, as he doesn't often get time with other dogs. I got regular communication and lots of photos. I will be using Nina again and recommend her to anyone looking for a five star sitter.”

“Christina was amazing the way she looked after my two cats. One of my cats had been poorly recently and the other one is a real timid cat. They were there for 7 nights. I got regular photos and videos that I loved. It put my mind at ease as I admit I was worried they would stress and not eat. They did though. They had the run of the house. Medication was given to one of my cats as it should of been. They were loved, cuddled and brushed like they were her own. I had no worries leaving them there and would definitely board my cats there again if needed. I would definitely recommend her.”

“Sidney was looked after sooo well, Nick and Louise really love dogs and we're brilliant at giving us updates and photos of Sid on walks. Sid got on well with Flo, their pug which was great as Sid is a really social dog and this would have been fab for him to have a playmate. Thank you very much, we will definitely send Sid to you again xx”

“Lianne & David made us all feel very welcome when we visited for a pre meet. They asked all the right questions to make sure Richmond felt right at home and we will definitely be booking again.”

“Abigail was attentive, patient and loving to our dog, catering to all his needs. As it was our dog's first time away from home, she was very reassuring and sent lots of updates. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is a natural around dogs.”

“Great experience. Dotti loved her stay. Updates and photos through the day. Giving you peace of mind that your dog is settled and happy . Maxine is extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“10/10 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Would 100% recommend Jasmine to anyone who needs a dog sitter. She’s kind and caring and gentle with our little sausage dog Otis. She first arranged meet & greets for him to get used to her and so he would feel safe. She then had him for a long stay and kept us up to date with daily photos and took him out for daily walks which I’m sure he really enjoyed. Otis loved his stay and he loved Jasmine. We will definitely be returning as Otis has now made a new friend for life 🐶 ☺️”

“Diane looked after our dog Rufus for the weekend in her home. We received regular updates and photos which we were very grateful for. It was a hot weekend and Diane was so considerate of this, ensuring that Rufus was only walked in the cooler mornings/evenings. Rufus returned so calm and happy we would definitely use Diane again and recommend her to others. Thanks Diane!”

“Sandra gave1st class service from start to finish. We needed care for our two young terriers, Percy and Winston at the last minute. It was then I discovered Dog Buddy- how amazing it is. Sandra was very welcoming to our dogs and even catered for all their little foibles. We were kept up to date by regular updates and photos of them on walks and playing with her own dog Oscar. I think they have had a brilliant time, and it proved to be a real home from home. In fact we’re already planning our their next visit. Thank you Sandra for being such a brilliant second mummy to our dogs!”

“If I could leave 10 stars then I would, this was the most loving and caring place you could send your dog If you need too, Ernie was treated better than I could of ever imagined, had daily contact and photos to put our mind at ease and he absolutely adored being there, couldn’t praise her and her husband enough, would definitely take him back xxx”

“Our dog Archie has very special needs. He is 12 years old and nearly blind and also has diabetes which means giving him two insulin injections a day at certain times. We were going away for two weeks over Christmas and we didn’t know where he could go. We found Shirley-Ann though Rover. We had a meet and greet and we immediately knew he was going to be well looked after. We took him again before the holiday so Shirley-Ann could do the injection. All though the holiday we had daily updates, pictures and videos on what he was doing. Shirley-Ann and her husband John even took him with them when they went out Christmas Day. He had so much attention l don’t think he wanted to come home. We will definitely be using Shirley-Ann again. Thank you so much for looking after Archie. Hazel and Les Buckworth”

“I stumbled upon Andrea's services and I can't believe how lucky I got! She treated my dog like her own and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. She sent updates frequently, provided special food, long walks, and lots of affection. ❤️ I was able to completely relax and enjoy a holiday because of how wonderful and ease she made me feel. Can't recommend enough!”

“I would 100% recommend Gemma and her family. Gemma responded really quickly to my request, invited us over, listened and understood our tricky spaniel and his anxieties. They were not phased at all and Chester loved their dog straight away and they were off in the garden running around. They took him on adventures to the park and also for a lovely beach day, and sent lots of photos. I honestly could not have felt happier leaving him anywhere. Such a lovely friendly family and their children loved Chester and made a fuss of him too.”

“Macey is such a lovely girl, she had lots of dog treats to hand on our first time, my dog was so settled within 5mins. Macey watched my dog for 4 nights and over that time I had regular updates, pictures & fast replies. Collected a very happy doggie :) thank you so much will definitely have Macey booked in the future”

About: I’ve had a dog ever since I was little and absolutely love them! 8 years ago I became a qualified Dog groomer which I still love doing, before this I done 2 years at college in animal care. Being a dog groomer has gave me the experience with handling or sorts of different dogs. I’m currently at work on Mondays. I’m at home for the majority of the week with my daughter so that gives us plenty of time to spend with your doggies Our garden is completely fenced off with two gates. If you’d like your dog to be crated we are happy to do so but would need to be supplied.
“Monique and Jarrod were great surrogates for our beloved (but high-maintenance) Frank, after we were let down by family members at the last minute for an overseas holiday. Nothing was too much of an issue and they expertly supported his many needs, ensuring great updates throughout. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Monique and Jarrod to anyone looking for support with their fur babies and will certainly use them again ourselves.”

“Tabitha and Ben looked after Bosley so well, as if he was part of their family. I knew that while I was enjoying my holiday, he was enjoying his. Thank you both for taking my boy into your family.”

“Mandy was conscientious before and during Charlie’s stay, plus good communication. Charlie had a great time - they were out every day on walks, I got plenty of pictures. Mandy’s dogs, Billie and Evie, were chilled to have Charlie stay. Very pleased, will call upon Mandy in future. Highly recommend.”

“Julie looked after Poppy at short notice, and was so easy going and relaxed that I didn't have any worries. Poppy wasn't anxious when I went to pick her up so I think she had a lovely time! Would definitely book again.”

About: I am a reliable and responsible cat sitter based in a tiny village near Norwich where I live with my cat St John. I am clean, quiet and do not drink, smoke or throw parties. I have lived with cats my whole life so have lots of experience looking after all life stages from kittens to elderly, as well as both long and short-haired breeds. I also have experience with rabbits, guinea pigs and fish. I offer live-in house and cat sitting services, as well as drop-in visits, in and around Norwich, Lowestoft and the villages in between.

About: Hello! I’m Jazmin, I’m 24, and I’m based in Warrington. I began pet sitting through Rover in April 2022 and have since gained many great reviews which I can provide as references. I’m now a professional pet sitter and I travel around the UK full-time taking care of dogs and cats in their own homes. I own two 14yr old cats myself who I've been taking care of their whole lives. I truly love caring for pets and have a passion for engaging with animals. I have recently graduated from university with a degree in wildlife conservation and so now I have lots of free time to take care of your cats :)
About: Me and my partner work from home full time and would love the company of a four-legged friend. I only ever take in one dog at a time, this means your dog gets 100% of my attention, the best spot on the sofa, and a routine that doesn't change just because they aren't at home. I keep my client list small and exclusive to ensure I can be available when you need it most. My home is a calm and quiet space, I have no dogs or kids of my own and live it a very quite estate on the edge of norwich. Whether we’re heading out for a long afternoon walk or just hanging out while I’m at my desk, your dog will be treated exactly like my own. They’ll have the run of the house and plenty of belly rubs. I have a completely fenced garden which they have access to as much as needed. I have a very cosy office with a sofa they have exclusive use of.

Perfect for high energy dogs - Great Yarmouth
Prices are estimates per day for 1 dog. Pricing may vary based on your search and includes a booking fee of 11%.
About: I've cared for dogs in my home for extended periods, including looking after two lively cocker spaniels for three months. I have two dogs of my own who are friendly and sociable, so your dog will have company and playmates. Our family includes myself, my husband, and our adult son, so your dog will never be left alone. They'll enjoy two walks a day, plenty of attention, and a relaxed home environment. I understand that every dog has their own personality and needs, and I'm comfortable with energetic pups as well as calmer companions. Your dog will be treated as part of the family. Welcome! Our family—including my husband, our adult son, and myself—is excited to welcome your dog into our home. We offer a true 'home-from-home' experience with 24/7 supervision. Because of our family setup, your dog will never be left alone: my son provides plenty of company and play during the day, while my husband and I take over for evening cuddles and weekend adventures. Whether your dog needs constant attention or just a quiet place to snooze while we work, there is always someone here to make them feel part of the family. We're early risers, so your dog will have breakfast and regular toilet breaks throughout the day in our large, secure, fenced garden. I'm happy to arrange pick-up and drop-off to make things easier for you. At weekends we're all home, so your pet will enjoy longer days out, beach walks, and plenty of family time together. I believe in dog-centred care that respects your pet's usual routine. I'll work hard to maintain their normal feeding times, sleeping arrangements (beds and sofas are absolutely fine if that's what they're used to), and daily schedule to avoid confusion or stress. Walks are twice daily but tailored to your dog's needs - shorter or gentler walks for elderly dogs or those with health concerns. My priority is making your dog feel comfortable and at home, not asking them to adapt to unfamiliar rules.

About: I understand how important it is to find someone reliable, trustworthy, and loving to look after your beloved companions. Whether it's feeding, walking, grooming, or simply providing cuddles and companionship, I'm here to ensure your pets feel happy, safe, and loved in your absence. I have personally owned cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and fish, and I also have strong experience caring for dogs. I regularly volunteer at the Norfolk and Suffolk Animal Trust, where I walk and help care for dogs of all breeds and sizes. In addition, outside of Rover I have dog sat for friends and family, both in my own home and in theirs. Whether I am providing care while an owner is on holiday, at work, or simply in need of extra support, I am always committed to delivering attentive, reliable, and compassionate care. I also help with regular dog walks, taking my in-laws’ Labrador and French Bulldog out each week. My services are tailored to suit your pet's unique personality and requirements. I take pride in maintaining open communication with pet owners, providing regular updates and photos to offer peace of mind while you're away. Rest assured, your precious pets will be in capable and caring hands with me! I work from home, which makes it easy to help care for your furry friend. I can help out with dog walks in the mornings, in my lunch breaks (which are flexible) and in the evenings / across the weekend. I don’t have pets or children so your pet(s) can feel safe and happy in my home. We have a courtyard type garden, which your dog is able to make use of, but being within close walking distance to the beach / parks allows a lovely alternative for your pet.
About: Leave your cat with me and it will have the run of the house, not caged or in a run. I’m a cat lover with many years of experience with cats of all ages and breeds. TLC assurred! ♥️💙💛 Anytime, any day, there’s always someone in the house to look after your cat. Very flexible drop off and pick up times, 99% to suit you. Your cats will have the freedom to roam around the house, I don’t use cages or runs. Toys, bedding, interaction, TLC and litter provided. Food by owner unless other wise arranged, (sudden changes in food can upset a cats stomach).

About: I provide attentive, personalized care that helps pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I take the time to learn each dog or cat’s routine, personality, and needs so they receive care that feels familiar and stress-free. Whether it’s keeping up with puppy training, administering medications, caring for senior pets, or giving extra patience to shy animals, I treat every pet like family. I also keep owners updated with regular photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your pets are in caring, dependable hands. I am currently working flexible hours during the week so I am able to suit around your animals needs and availability is totally free on weekends. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. I make sure each pet has a designated space for rest, access to fresh water, and meals provided on their regular schedule. I maintain a clean and pet-friendly space, free of hazards, where they can feel secure and relaxed. I provide plenty of playtime, walks and enrichment activities to keep them happy and stimulated. If a pet has special dietary needs or requires medication, I follow the owner’s instructions carefully. I also ensure that pets receive lots of affection and attention, so they feel right at home while in my care. When caring for pets in their own home, I focus on maintaining their familiar routine and environment to minimize stress. I make sure they are fed on schedule, have access to clean water, and are given proper exercise through walks and playtime. I also follow any specific instructions provided by the owner, including administering medications, maintaining grooming routines, or using specific training cues. In addition to caring for the pet, I respect the owner’s home by keeping it clean and secure. I make sure the pet’s living areas are tidy, and I provide updates to the owner so they feel reassured that their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.
About: I have looked after pets ever since I was a little boy, whether that was my own or a family or friends. When I was younger I helped my parents puppy train the dogs we had and I have done the same with mine ever since. My passion lies with animals and giving them all the care, love & attention they deserve. Working from home means I can do this :) I currently work full time from home so I can give your pet all the care and attention in the world along with plenty of playtime and love! I have a 4 bedroom house with a fenced garden where your pooch can feel at home. There are plenty of shaded areas also. When the weather is nice I can take playtime outside for them or at your wishes! I lost my 2 of my fur babies earlier this year and August of last year and have been devastated ever since. I now currently have just a small miniature poodle who is coming up to a year old. He is lovely & he loves all dogs and would love a friend to play with. If you would like your dog kept separate then that is of course fine as well. We have plenty of toys and treats here but feel free to bring your own if that makes them feel more comfortable :)
“Absolutely perfect. It was my first time using Rover. I was so undecided whether to bring Odin for our weekend away as he gets a bit fed up being dragged around on lead but didn’t want to leave him in kennels. I felt doggy daycare for a couple of afternoons would be the best of both worlds. Maxine & hubby was so lovely, booked us in at short notice, responded to messages super quick and we felt 100% comfortable leaving him. Without a doubt if we come down this way again we would love Maxine to look after him. Thank you for being so wonderful!”

About: We had our own beautiful border collie for 8 years, who has sadly passed. We have also looked after dogs for friends and love getting out walking with them. We have the beach, woods, parks and fields on our doorstep. We would love to give your dog a comfortable stress free home whilst you are away. We would prefer to meet them first to decide if we, you and your dog would be happy for us to care for them. My husband and I are both retired. We have no other commitments so your dog would be our priority. There would always be someone here, so the dog would never be alone. We have a small fenced back garden and spacious living room area. We also have a crate if thats what your dog is used you.
About: My husband and I have an expansive house with a large enclosed garden. We have many pets and are huge animal lovers. Our pets are completely spoilt and get treated like kings and queens under our roof. I’m a nurse and my caring nature comes naturally. I love spending all my spare time with animals and enjoying walks with my spaniel. I’m extremely lucky that my job as a nurse allows me to work some days from home. My husband also works from home but goes into London once a week. I don’t work 5 days a week and often have more days off as I work long shifts. However, when I do work from home your pet will have lots of cuddles and will have a long walk during my lunch break Animals are allowed free rein of the house and are allowed on sofas and beds. They have a 0.75 acre panoramic garden which is enclosed and gated for safety. It has many smells, trees and sticks which makes it great fun for dogs to explore
About: Hey, I'm Lewis (my pals call me Zeus), I'm a 29 year old post graduate that loves music, books and most importantly, nature. I have worked with dogs, large and small, cats, chickens, snakes, bearded dragons, guinea pigs and rats, and have enjoyed every second of it. I love to get to know each animal and see their personality shine through! I believe that every animal deserves to be cared for the way we'd care for our own, as such I like to make sure that when I'm visiting or sitting for a pet that they get the best possible service from myself. This includes sticking to any schedules the pet may have or are used to with you the owner. I've been told that I'm polite, thorough and that people's pets love me! I'm used to working with a variety of animals, all with wildly different needs from puppies & kittens to older pets to animals that are anxious. I offer a variety of services including visits, walking and day boarding, however petsitting at their own home is preferred as my own dog is a very old scottie! You'll find me professional, friendly and tidy with a focus on your pets needs. I'm currently trying to work up a regular clientele as most jobs have been one offs or last minute favours but I have found that I truly enjoy working with animals and would like to make a business of it! I hope to hear from you soon! I've recently moved into the area from Brighton, as such I'm having to start from scratch with my pet-sitting service, as such I've all the time in the world to dedicate to your furry (or finned, feathered or scaled) friends. Our current house has a fully fenced back garden and a small green space in the front garden. The house is warm and typically quiet, with a lot of vertical space for exploration. I also have the luxury of being in close proximity to the Marshes for dog walking.

“Julie is very friendly and provides a lovely family environment for your dogs. Both Freddie and Rolo came back tired and happy after a day with Julie which is a particular achievement as Rolo has limitless energy!”

“We hadn't left our Sprocker Spaniel doggies with anyone until we found Heidi......she was relaxed, they were relaxed and we were relaxed. They had a lovely time and we will be leaving them back with Heidi another time to be cared for, loved and spoiled!!!”

About: We’re lifelong dog lovers and take a considered, personal approach so each dog receives plenty of individual attention. My husband and I both work from home full time, meaning dogs in our care are rarely left alone and enjoy consistent company throughout the day. During the week, our home is particularly calm as our two children (aged 6 and 8) are at school. We share our home with our own 3-year-old dog, who is relaxed, friendly, and well socialised with other dogs. Our children have grown up around dogs and are gentle and respectful, understanding when a dog needs space. We are best suited to dogs who are comfortable in a family environment and around children. Our home is spacious, with several quiet areas where dogs can rest if they prefer their own space, as well as the option to stay close to us in our home office. We also have a secure, fully fenced garden for safe outdoor time. Sleeping arrangements are flexible and tailored to your dog’s usual routine. We follow a calm, consistent daily routine, including at least one walk a day, and we’re happy to maintain your dog’s normal feeding, medication, and care. Ahead of booking, we ask owners to share any special requirements so we can provide thoughtful, personalised care. We’re always happy to arrange a meet and greet to make sure it’s the right fit for everyone. We both work from home full time with our own rescue dog who we take for daily walks, so always looking for more furry company! As already mentioned, you can rest assured your dog is in safe hands - our garden is fully fenced. We can also go for on-lead walks for your peace of mind.
“We are so glad we found Christine 💕 From the very first meet and greet we could tell she was kind, caring and loved dogs. Our dog is a recent rescue who has undergone surgery and has separation anxiety. Christine made us feel completely at ease, she has a beautiful, secure garden that our girl loved! On our day of care Christine was ready and waiting for us. She sent updates during the day and when it came to pick up Pepsie did not want to leave (in fact she refused and I had to carry her to the car 😂) We will 100% be using Christine again for more Doggy Day Care 💕”

“Mabel had a lovely day. She was so happy to go in and didn’t want to leave! Ruth was really prompt with all communication and sent me some photos of Mabel’s stay. Will definitely be back.”

“Hollie was a pleasure to have walk my 9month GSD, he always returned home well enriched and exercised ready for a nap. She was incredibly respectful in allowing herself into the property while I was at work and was happy to provide my boy with the basic necessities before her departure. Hollie was also very accommodating in helping to arrange alternative care while she was on holiday. I will definitely be reaching out to Hollie for future pet care, and thank her greatly for providing an excellent service.”

“Tabitha and Ben looked after Bosley so well, as if he was part of their family. I knew that while I was enjoying my holiday, he was enjoying his. Thank you both for taking my boy into your family.”

“Julie looked after Poppy at short notice, and was so easy going and relaxed that I didn't have any worries. Poppy wasn't anxious when I went to pick her up so I think she had a lovely time! Would definitely book again.”

“Lisa took wonderful care of my dog Mango. Mango can be anxious when left with new sitters but she took to Lisa very well and settled nicely for her stay. Lisa kept me updated each day with how Mango was doing and how she was spending her days. I would definitely be happy for Mango to stay with Lisa again and I highly recommend her for other dog owners.”

“We were happy to leave Ringo with Adele, he was made to feel comfortable, at an earlier meet and greet appointment, so when we arrived to drop him off yesterday, for the day, he was happy with his surroundings and felt at ease. Adele sent us updates with photos throughout the day, which we were pleased with as we could see that Ringo was having fun. We are happy to rebook with Adele again. Kind Regards Phil & Liz Lake 😊”

About: Hi! I’m excited to offer a warm, caring home for your dog. I’m a huge dog lover and have grown up surrounded by dogs my whole life, so being around them feels completely natural to me. I regularly look after family dogs and puppies when they’re away, so I’m very used to different personalities, routines, and needs. Although I live in a flat, I’m very active and love being outdoors. Walks are a big part of my daily routine, whether that’s exploring local parks, heading out for longer walks, or visiting the beach whenever I can. Your dog will get plenty of fresh air, exercise, and attention. I’m also relaxed and social and do occasionally go to the pub — if you’re happy with it, I love bringing dogs along so they can stay part of the fun rather than being left behind. At home, I have two kittens who are nearly one year old. They’re very gentle and harmless, though a little cautious at first with new dogs. Once they’ve settled, they’re surprisingly sociable and often end up curled up on the sofa even when I have dogs staying. While I’m new to Rover, I take the responsibility of caring for your pet seriously. I will always follow your instructions closely to make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and comfortable in my care. I understand how important your pet is to you, and I’ll treat them as if they’re part of my own family We’re happy to care for pets during the week, but as we both work full-time, our weekday routine is structured around mornings and evenings. Your dog will always start the day with a good morning walk, followed by plenty of attention before we head off to work. In the evenings, we prioritise another walk along with lots of fuss, playtime, and relaxation. My partner Jack works from home on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, so on those days we’re able to offer an extra short walk and some company during the day. Ideally, we’re best suited to Friday–Sunday bookings, when we have more flexibility and can dedicate even more time to your pet, including longer walks, outings, and constant company. However, we can be flexible during the week depending on your dog’s needs — we’ll just need to chat through their routine first to make sure we’re the right fit We provide a safe, loving, and relaxed environment where your pet will feel right at home. In our home, we treat every dog as part of the family — they’re welcome to settle in on the sofa, enjoy plenty of attention, and be included in our daily routine. We stick closely to your pet’s usual schedule, including feeding times, walk routines, and any specific instructions you provide. During the week, this includes morning and evening walks, with extra time and flexibility on weekends for longer walks, trips to parks or the beach, and more one-on-one attention. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, when Jack works from home in the afternoons, we can also provide an additional short walk and company during the day. We have two gentle kittens who are used to being around dogs. They may be a little cautious at first, but they quickly settle and often share the space comfortably. If we’re caring for your pet in your home, we will respect your space and follow your routine exactly as instructed to keep things as familiar and stress-free as possible for your pet. Our approach is always to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, with plenty of updates and reassurance for you too.
“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

About: I’ve taken care of our family dog, who was in my life for 17 years. I loved nothing more than spending time with him; playing games in the garden, and going on lovely walks. At current I occasionally look after my brothers dog - I often pick him up to have a nice walk and a sleepover! In my area I have beautiful walks where there’s space to let dogs off the lead if they can be, with the beach just around the corner. I house/dog sit for my auntie around 3 times a year for3 labs who all love attention, cuddles, play and walks! We enjoy nice evening cuddles on the sofa watching some TV. I currently work full time, so am only available fully on weekends. During school holidays, I’m able to work from home for half the week, which will give me more flexibility/availability. At home we are fully fenced in, with an easily accessible garden, from double doors leading from the kitchen. This is perfect for any doggies coming to stay! I’m used to having to crate in one dog I’ve dog sat before, so am happy to do that.
“Bella settled in quickly with Charlotte and Deezy and had a wonderful time! Charlotte kept me up to date and sent photos of the two dogs playing together. I will definitely book Charlotte again!”

“Henry settled in immediately with Pinar and her family in their welcoming family home. Pinar sent me regular photos and videos throughout his stay and I had every confidence that he was safe and happy. I booked her again for our next trip straight away when we got back!”
