About: Myself and my partner Chip, love dogs. Since I was born I have had dogs as pets. These have been small and large dogs, such as Jack Russell, Basset hound to a golden retriever. I prioritize creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment, ensuring every dog feels comfortable and cherished. What sets me apart is my genuine connection with dogs, attention to detail, and commitment to treating them as part of the family. My partner chip has had a family dog, which was a staffy/cross. My names Kirsty I work full time, and my partner Chip also works full time. So during the week it can be tricky. However we are available during the weekends to care, play with and walk your dog. We have a small garden which is fenced off. We also have access to a larger green area for the dogs to enjoy. We love going for walks in the local fields and woods. We do not have any other pets at home.

About: My experience of cats is extensive, with my parents having 4 of their own which I regularly look after. 3 of these we have had from kittens, with the 4th being a rescue. The rescue was incredibly nervous when we first took him in, as such I understand thoroughly how nervous cats can be. About: I’ve had cats since I was young and have always felt drawn to them. They are wonderful creatures and each and every one of them has such a unique personality. Rest assured when I’m caring for your cat they will be treated like the royalty each of them believe themselves to be. Cats can become very attached to a single person and dislike anyone else. It takes time to build that trust and I won’t push your cats boundaries. Im a very patient person and love to earn the connection with a cat. While you’re away your cat will be treated like family and I’ll make sure that they are happy and that you’re also happy with daily updates and photos. About: I’m a fun, caring animal lover who just wants the best for all animals! I currently volunteer at the Blue Cross and I’ve previously run a kennels & cattery so am confident with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds. I’ve also worked for 2 zoos - one a mobile zoo with smaller animals such as reptiles and meerkats and the other a large zoo with everything from penguins to zebras so I’m used to a whole host of animal traits and characters, as well as meeting their needs. About: I grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes, from Jack Russell's to border Collies. In recent years I've looked after dogs for friends and family. I have experience with puppies, dogs with arthritis (requiring pushing in a pram), dogs on restricted diets, administering medication and of course lots of cuddles and walks if welcomed! I work from home full time so my schedule is completely free and flexible for regular walks and toilets breaks. It's unlikely your pet will be left on their own. I live with my parents who are also dog friendly, they aren't home during the day but are around in the evening, so plenty of company if your pet wants it! Equally, the house is big enough that they can have some alone time if thats their preference. I have a medium sized enclosed and secure garden. In the summer the door can be left open for pets to come and go as they please. For boarding requests, I live with my own dog (Otis) who is a 10-year old French basset cross. He's friendly (if uninterested) in other dogs. We can introduce your pet to Otis at the meet and greet and ensure they get on. Otis is used to having other dogs stay and is very chill. Once they are off lead, they naturally move in a pack, which means that they stick together. Molly's recall is great, so if I need them back close to me, they will all come together. Having grown up with animals and spent time volunteering in a veterinary clinic when I was younger, I am also comfortable recognising when a dog may be stressed, uncomfortable or unwell. I have a good understanding of basic dog first aid and always prioritise the wellbeing, safety and happiness of every dog in my care.

About: I have grown up with and always loved animals. I regularly look after dogs of varying breeds (and personalities) for friends and family which I absolutely love. My experience varies from stubborn Huskies to yappy Jack Russel's to needy Siamese cats while also loving my own boisterous Labrador. This also varies in age, from my own 1 year old Labrador who we have had since a puppy, to more senior dogs who prefer a slower pace of life. I am understanding of the fact that different breeds and ages have different needs and requirements when it comes to daily care and I am always happy to incorporate this into their daily routine. I have a Labrador of my own, so we are in the routine of letting the dog out regularly, providing two walks a day and doing regular check ins to make sure there is plenty of water and all needs are met. Our garden is fully enclosed so the dogs are able to venture in and out as they please. My Labrador is still crated at night, however if your dog does not require crating this is fine. During the day, you dog will never be left for more than two hours. They layout of our house is slightly different, with the living area being on the first floor. About: My aim is to make sure your dog is happy, loved, entertained, walked and fed in the same way as if they were at home. I work from home so am here all day to look after your dog as I do my own gorgeous golden retriever, Stan. I wake up early (06:30) to say hi, provide breakfast, and let Stan and your lovely dog out in our safe garden followed by a cuddle. Then we’re out for a walk in the lovely open spaces on our doorstep. If it’s the weekend - and your dog is keen - we’ll go to the beach for a swim or paddle! Otherwise happy to stick to our lovely countryside walks :) Chill time then playtime in the garden followed by another walk later. Then dinner and an evening play and chill whilst we cook dinner and relax at home with Stan and his pal :) I have my own 7 year old golden retriever, Stan who is very chilled and gets on with all dogs and humans! About: I have lived with dogs all my life I have owned a number of breeds myself I have trained all my dogs working on socialisation and off lead recall. Your training will be continued with me, to ensure continuity. Your dog will be treated like mine and will want for nothing. I have experience with senior dogs also I currently am at home full time. Depending on the length of time your dog is with me they will rarely be left alone. Max an hour if I need to pop out, which is rare as I will work my appointments etc around my availability. I have a fully 6FT plus fenced garden on all sides. It’s a large garden laid to lawn. Although the dog will not be left in the garden on their own for any particular time. I am surrounded by fields and walking trails. The dog has a general free roam of my house, unless you have restrictions and want these continued in my home (no upstairs, no furniture, crate etc) I will try and ensure your dogs routine is not disrupted whether I am in your house or mine.

WHY IM DOING THIS I started rover to fill a void, I left an abusive marriage which resulted in my horse & dog being given away. I missed animals & being outside so I started rover hoping to meet a few pups. I have been extremely lucky & grateful to meet some amazing families and their lovely fluffy friends. I never expected to be as busy as I have been and I couldn’t ask for kinder people to welcome me into their homes. Whilst looking after your animals I only ever have one animal boarding at a time. I also only do solo dog walks. I’m not interested in over filling my home or putting dogs at risk by walking 10 at a time just to make money. Your animal is purely my priority and has all my time and attention. I’m more than happy to take your pets out for long walks, drive to parks, vet checks ect. No preferences or needs are too big or too small, Even just throw a ball and have lots of cuddles. I had a cocker spaniel and as long as he had his ball and his mum that’s all he needed :) MY PETS I am very lucky to have the sweetest & kindest Labrador who was kindly rehomed to me through rover. She loves people & dogs more then anything but if your dog boards with us we have arrangements in place if your dog cannot be kept with other dogs. I also have rescue cats & Guinea pigs who are out the way of staying pets. SO WHY AM I DOING THIS? I love long walks, muddy paws and slobbery kisses more than anyone could imagine. I adore animals, I am a very patient and sensible person, so whatever your pet or their personality, we will get along just fine. About: I have grown up with and always loved animals. I regularly look after dogs of varying breeds (and personalities) for friends and family which I absolutely love. My experience varies from stubborn Huskies to yappy Jack Russel's to needy Siamese cats while also loving my own boisterous Labrador. This also varies in age, from my own 1 year old Labrador who we have had since a puppy, to more senior dogs who prefer a slower pace of life. I have a Labrador of my own, so we are in the routine of letting the dog out regularly, providing two walks a day and doing regular check ins to make sure there is plenty of water and all needs are met. Our garden is fully enclosed so the dogs are able to venture in and out as they please. My Labrador is still crated at night, however if your dog does not require crating this is fine. During the day, you dog will never be left for more than two hours. They layout of our house is slightly different, with the living area being on the first floor. This may not always be the best for more senior dogs. If there is any issues with this then please let me know.

About: I’ve looked after dogs of varying ages since a young age. I have managed 5 dogs by myself at one time. I also have looked after senior dogs (15+), as well as puppies age 12 weeks+. I am comfortable with any size dog. I have a certificate in Dog First Aid and Cat Aid. I work full time WFH so am around all day on weekdays! I have one hour of lunch breaks for walkies and am not glued to my desk 24/7, so this leaves me with lots of time for pet snuggles and playtime. I have enough patio room for dog zoomies! I’m happy for pets to sit on ends of bed or furniture (I have covered these surfaces). I do not have crates available but can discuss this. I can do 45mins-1 hour walks once per day, with shorter walks throughout and plenty of garden time. I love dog snuggles so there’ll be plenty of that!

About: I’ve always been surrounded by animals as I’ve grown up, unfortunately living in a flat and working full time I have not been able to have one of my own. However, I have looked after my friends pets and also used Borrow my Doggy so I could walk a dog and take care of one. I took particular care of one dog I bonded with for a couple of years and took him in for the day and would go walks and check in on him whilst his owner was at work. I have had a cat with a disability for 10 years however she has mainly stayed at my mother’s address whilst I moved for work and university. I have made sure when I look after medication needs, special diet and also check on her special care needs daily when I am back with her. I have also had to manage medical emergencies for her with taking her urgently to the vets multiple times. I currently take care of my housemates cat as well as also taking care of cats from a client I met on here for over a year with continued rebooks. I have a long term partner whom is fully vetted from his work and he helps support if required around my shift work to provide extra care for your little one. I am friendly and love to be around animals. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask me! I currently work full time on a shift schedule, so I don’t always have the same days off working 6 days mornings or evenings on (about 8 hours) and 3 days off. I works shifts so the timing will vary when I work. My office is based in Chelmsford and I will be unable to leave during my shifts but I can do before and after work if needed. My partner is able to assist in between visits is required. I am happy to work around this if possible for you to ensure the best care for your little one! Message me for information about this!
