My husband works from home 100% of the time, so there will always be company for your dog. I have a secure, large fenced garden with plenty of grass and space for playing. About: My experience of cats is extensive, with my parents having 4 of their own which I regularly look after. 3 of these we have had from kittens, with the 4th being a rescue. The rescue was incredibly nervous when we first took him in, as such I understand thoroughly how nervous cats can be. About: Ever since I was a little girl my favourite thing to do was carry around the cat. Growing up on the farm we had a lovely tortoiseshell who loved to sit on your shoulder and drool. I would take her around on my shoulder as I was heading down to the stables and she would jump off and curl up on the horses back. Her favourite perch. We had three other cats. I love nothing more than snuggling up for cuddles with a cat on my lap. Or snuggling into bed and playing a game of chase the feet. I have a large two bedroom flat so any feline visitors will have plenty of space to roam and a warm lap to sit on.

About: I’m a fun, caring animal lover who just wants the best for all animals! I currently volunteer at the Blue Cross and I’ve previously run a kennels & cattery so am confident with dogs and cats of all shapes, sizes and breeds. I’ve also worked for 2 zoos - one a mobile zoo with smaller animals such as reptiles and meerkats and the other a large zoo with everything from penguins to zebras so I’m used to a whole host of animal traits and characters, as well as meeting their needs. I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility throughout the day to give pets attention, walks, playtime and company. I can care for dogs at my home or stay at the owner’s home, depending on what works best. If I’m staying at the owner’s home, Archie would need to come with me as he is my own dog and is very friendly. I always put a pet’s safety and wellbeing first. I have a completely fenced and secure garden where dogs can safely enjoy some outdoor time. Archie is friendly and is used to roaming freely around the house, but I also have a stair gate and a crate available if either dog needs some extra space, separation or a quiet place to settle. When caring for a pet in their own home, I would follow their usual routine and make sure they feel comfortable and secure in familiar surroundings. About: I’ve looked after dogs of varying ages since a young age. I have managed 5 dogs by myself at one time. I also have looked after senior dogs (15+), as well as puppies age 12 weeks+. Our garden is fully enclosed so the dogs are able to venture in and out as they please. My Labrador is still crated at night, however if your dog does not require crating this is fine. During the day, you dog will never be left for more than two hours. They layout of our house is slightly different, with the living area being on the first floor.
