“This was an emergency booking. Charlotte suggested bringing Molly the day before for a sniff around and to meet us. Molly is an anxious dog and Charlotte gave her the time and space to explore. From the moment I took Molly into Charlotte’s home I felt reassured. She created a little area for Molly with her cushion, blanket and toys. There was also water available. Molly was happy to stay with her which was a relief. I got lots of updates and she clearly had a lovely time. Charlotte was so sensitive to Molly’s needs and didn’t put any pressure on her to do things she didn’t want to do. Over the two days Molly really grew in confidence. Molly has also had pancreatitis and Charlotte both understood and was prepared to give her painkillers if needed. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for the great care she showed Molly and would highly recommend her.”

“Kezia looked after our Weimeraner, Salto, and we can't recommend her enough. This was Salto's first time away and as he struggles the separation anxiety, we weren't sure how he would cope. Well we had no need to worry, Salto settled incredibly quickly and had a fantastic time, he has come home super happy and relaxed, which is better than any review I can give. Kezia kept us updated the whole weekend with plenty of photos, which we really appreciated and nothing was too much to ask.
