I love caring for animals while the family travels, but I also work with short walks. I have references if you need them, as I've been doing this for over four years, so I have plenty of experience. I had four dogs before moving to England, and this is how I cope with missing them. I'd love to walk them, board them, feed them, or even bathe them if necessary. Your pet will be great with me, and I'll be even better with them. They'll be filled with love, affection, and attention. I feel I understand animals well, even though they can’t communicate in the same way we do—perhaps it’s my biologist’s instinct. As a PhD student, I have a self-managed schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time and attention to pet care. I also see this as more than just a side role—it’s something that brings me joy and a sense of calm, almost like therapy, while ensuring your pets feel safe, loved, and well looked after. As I have lived in the past in an area where wildlife is common, I always took extra precautions to keep pets safe, including ensuring they remain indoors after 6 PM, even for short strolls. I also carefully check the environment to remove any sharp or hazardous objects. Most importantly, I pay close attention to their behavior and cues, making sure they feel heard, understood, and comfortable at all times.

About: Been dog owners all our lives & often sit friends dogs. Love watching our friendly dog Roy play with other doggies :) Roy is a very friendly, if not some what excitable 4 year old who loves other dogs. I am at home all the time with Roy! Multiple walks a day and lots of playing in the house :) I can be very flexible with timings of walks, and letting dogs out at their home. I would love having more doggies in the home. I have a fenced back garden, and live close to lovely walks in the local area. I always make sure the dogs we looked after are well fed, well walked and get plenty of love and attention.

About: I have 8 years of experience dog sitting, house sitting, and baby sitting. I have also had a summer job working at a dog hotel. I have worked with old and young dogs and a variety of breeds so I am prepared to offer any care they require. I will also send you plenty of photos of you dog and our adventures. I will care for your dog as I would like mine to be cared for. I work for a charity and can work from home at least 3 days a week, but I can take more days at home if I am dog sitting.
