“Seth was the absolute best taking care of willow and peru! Kept me updated with how my pups were doing and followed through with the request I had! Definitely booking again with him!”

“Karin and her son were such great cat sitters! They were reliable, friendly and thoughtful- not to mention experts at cat things. They were super flexible with timing and pick up details, and when I dropped Romy off with a chewed through carrier she even donated me a hard case carrier to go home with so Romy would be more comfortable. Would definitely recommend!”

“Carly was an outstanding sitter! She greeted us and our boy with politeness and welcoming vibes. She kept us updated periodically on how he was doing. Very sweet family and I would definitely recommend her services to anyone in the Valdosta area.”

“Eve was absolutely wonderful! She sent pictures of my two sweeties. One showed her hugging my Australian shepherd. She not only cared for them, she loved them. I’ll definitely use her again.”

“My dog Angel has visited Cynthia about it 4-5 times now. She came back happy , and full of light. Cynthia is very commutative and makes sure I’m well updated with cute pictures. I would highly recommend her 🙌🏼.”

“Ava is wonderful! My little girl is an advanced senior. Leaving her with anyone is unsettling. Ava was very attentive. Took care of her very well. My girl did great with Ava. Will rebook again.”

“My fur baby and I absolutely LOVE her! From the communication, the love she’s shown my fur baby and I and just being a sweetheart all around the board was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be rebooking with her and I would definitely recommend her if you’re trying to find a sitter best for your fur baby as well”

“I love this little family! They’re so great about bonding with my dog and giving him quality attention and also giving a great little pictures and knowing what’s going on with him while I’m away. Thank you so much.!!”

“Jane became family after the first stay, my dog didn't want to leave. She treated her like a princess and loved her like she was family. Absolutely blessed to have found Jane. Would 1000% recommend Jane to anyone in Valdosta. She sent pictures and kept me updated, she also only pet sits one dog at a time, zoey loved being the center of attention. Thank you again Jane for such a great experience and taking care of our baby like your own.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Sparks
Michelle was awesome! We needed someone short notice and she quickly responded. We met with her two days before we dropped our babies off for a meet and greet and everything was spectacular. Michelle stayed in touch with us throughout the sitting and our fur babies looked very comfortable and happy. There was never a doubt Michelle was comfortable as well. When we picked our babies up we knew Michelle genuinely enjoyed watching or two dogs and spent time with them. We cannot say enough great things about Michelle. When the time comes again for sitter services we will not hesitate booking Michelle again.

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
