I cannot, in good conscious, not leave a review. This was a horrific and stressful experience. Tim agreed, both in chat messages and two meet-and-greets, to watch all of our animals in our home. Once we were 3,600 miles away, he demanded that we update the request to pay him more money, or that he would leave some of our animals uncared for for two weeks. Rover Emergency Services was immediately contacted, and they confirmed the above. We had to get an emergency sitter to take over because we felt extremely uncomfortable allowing Tim to continue watching some of our animals and because of the ultimatum which was extremely unprofessional. The Rover's Trust and Safety Team is now performing a full investigation.

We were very happy with our fur babies Daycare with Timothy. We will definitely request him again when we’re in town.

Timothy did a wonderful job of caring for my cat Angle. She is in very poor health and he comforted her and set me pictures and an update concerning her condition. I am very grateful he was available to care for her while I attended a family event. Would definitely use Timothy in the future and highly recommend him to others. He also has a very nice dog that spent time with Angel.

Clean. Comfy. Great reasonable prices for boarding! Tim is easy-going. We had a warm welcome. Zoey seems to enjoy her stay (Tim's cat condo was similar to ours, at home :) I'll definitely chose Tim to watch my pets, anytime that he is available! P.S. His dog, Penelope, is adorable, and gets along with other pets.

Had a ton of snow this week, and Timothy was really flexible when I needed to modify bookings! Max was so tired when he got back, so I KNOW he had a fun time. Very happy with my experience, hoping to book with him weekly.

Timothy has been a blessing to me and Karma this week. He accepted us wit little to no notice and has made sure Karma was well taken care of during the time she has been with him. He's become my new trusted dog sitter!

Timothy was amazing with Mr jingles. Jingles is 17 so he made sure to pamper and spoil him. He sent pictures and sent fun stories of his day. I will definitely book again.

Tim took incredible care of our little Maltese and DSH Cat while they stayed at his place. From the start, he was reliable, welcoming, and made them feel right at home. He consistently sent us updates, photos, and messages so we always knew how they were doing. Our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly loved being with him. He even helped with some dog training, which we really appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, me and my wife highly recommend Tim!

Gracie was well cared for and Timothy provided updates during her stay. Would definitely book him again!
