Lala is simply the best! My anxious/awkward guy isn’t the easiest with walks (stranger danger, loud sounds, selective liking of other dogs) and Lala is so attuned to his needs! Her progress reports have helped us in our day-to-day as well. She’s simply the best! 💛

Excellent!! Lala has been great working with our dog Lucy who is having some recent anxiety problems with fireworks after the 4th. She has been super patient and sends us updates and texts throughout her walks. Also, giving us instructions on some acclamation training to help Lucy with her fear of loud noises. Will totally book again for regular walks!

As always, Lala is super reliable and takes such great care of Rocky. She sends frequent updates and photos, which always make us feel comfortable while we’re away. Rocky always looks so happy and well cared for. We really appreciate everything Lala does and highly recommend her!

We absolutely adore Lala, and our pup Savo feels the same. This was the second time we boarded with her, and our pup bounded up to her doorstep in excitement. She makes us feel so at ease when our pup is in her care, and we love seeing everything he’s getting up to through her regular text and photo updates. Highly recommend, your fur baby will be in great hands!

We've used Lala several times and she's always such a good dogsitter. She goes out of her way to provide Watson tons of mental stimulation, tons of walks, and so much love. She also is fantastic at reassuring me with consistent photos so I can just check in and see how he's doing at my convenience.

Lala has been willing to work with my fearful dog to build trust before trying to board. My dog loves the food puzzles Lala put out for her.

Lala is absolutely phenomenal! We met for our meet and greet and walked around my neighborhood for an hour discussing Zuma’s habits, triggers, quirks, commands, allergies, etc. Zuma immediately loved her. Lala asked all the right questions and had great recommendations for calming Zuma and retraining him for city life. Lala talked about her positive reinforcement methods and the safety measures she takes when walking/boarding. On short notice few days later, I booked Lala for a mid-day walk and when she went above and beyond. Zuma was shaking and so nervous since I wasn’t home, but Lala grab treats, practiced coming in/out, and spent extra time sitting with him until he got reacquainted with her to ensure she and Zuma both felt safe and comfortable before heading out for the walk. Afterwards, Lala sent a detailed message about Zuma’s behavior pre-walk, during walk, and after walk. During the entire process, Lala made sure we were in constant communication, sent many pictures, and did everything she could to ensure a positive experience for everyone. I will absolutely be booking Lala again.

Our 1 year old pup Savo loved his ‘vacation’ with aunty Lala ♥️ We boarded with her for just over a week, and she did an amazing job at making him feel safe and comfortable - not to mention also us! It was our first time boarding with her, but her regular photos and updates were fantastic, and they helped us enjoy our trip even more knowing that he was in great hands. Gabriela did such an amazing job looking after my 3 month old puppy, Chacha. This was my first time boarding my puppy and she did a great job in making me feel comfortable leaving Chacha with her. She was really good in communicating with me every day, giving me updates and sending pictures frequently. She also made sure that she followed her schedule and grooming needs. You can really tell she has a passion for dogs, loves them, and makes them feel safe and loved. I also appreciated how a meet & greet is required, it ensured that it was a good fit for us both. Chacha had such a great time with Gabriela and I would trust again to watch her. I'd highly recommend her :)

Lala cared for our dog twice / day everyday! She was very attentive, communicative and truly spoiled our dog in the best way. She made us feel comfortable being gone knowing our dog was in great hands. Would work with her again 10/10!

Gabriela was absolutely fantastic with my pup. Her space is gorgeous and centers around a dogs needs. She is so focused on providing a safe, fun enriching stay. My pup does not like other dogs, and Gabriela was incredibly attentive to that aspect. I got lots of updates daily about all their adventures, and my pup was smiling with glee. Lots of runs and she came home happy and healthy. Gabriela clearly loves dogs so much, and I’m really grateful for the care she provided my girl.

What can I say about Gabby? She is a gem! She genuinely cares about the dogs in her care, is always providing insights and feedback that can help me with Rufus' anxious and awkward tendencies. She's responsive and always willing to help out in a last minute pinch (schedules aligning, of course). Oh, and did I mention Rufus absolutely LOVES her? :)
