Lou can be a bit of a handful but Karl is knowledgeable, kind and patient so we had a worry free week+ knowing Lou was in great hands! Karl's comminution and picture updates eased my June knowing he was getting attention and not just locked up all day! “This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home.
