“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. Emily’s communication was fantastic and helped ease any anxiety I had about not being able to bring Goose with us on a road trip. I cannot say how thankful I am that Emily was able to watch and care for our dog on such a short notice and during the Thanksgiving week.
