Shelley was attentive and accommodating of all his needs (we’re still working on leash walks and some reactivity). Shelley sent lots of updates and photos/videos of the fun adventures they had together. Additionally, Shelley was willing to meet up beforehand to make sure Pepper was comfortable. She also arranged playdates with her friend’s corgi who was a perfect playmate for Pepper. Overall, we really enjoyed working with Shelley, and Pepper came back happy and relaxed.”

In addition he also has separation anxiety when I am not around. To our surprise he connected with Jenna right away and didn’t even notice when I sneaked away.
