“This was my first time using Rover for my senior dog. I had a lot of anxiety leaving her home while we were heading out of state for a family trip. My dog was just recently diagnosed with dementia and her episodes were getting worse and more frequent. I did a lot of research and came across Nutan. Their specialty with senior dogs and dogs with medical conditions is what ultimately led me to go with them and let me tell you it was an amazing experience from start to finish. They were willing to take care of Maya and be there for her every step of the way. They remained in touch and sent me pictures very often to check in on her. It definitely eased the burden and anxiety I had with traveling and leaving her. She watched the sunset, had play dates with their dog, and had some yummy treats every day. I can tell Maya already misses them. If I ever go on a long distance trip again I will 100% be using them again.”

“Juan was amazing and flexible… I really appreciated his service and that of Rover. It was my first time using the app and saved me in a pinch. I had to fly and found Juan who was available last minute and came through. My brother dipped off and picked up the dog and said nothing but good things about Juan. Thanks buddy… definitely recommend and will be using him and Rover in the future.”

“Nancy is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I am a first time Rover client and I am completely amazed at EVERYTHING!!! I am a paranoid corgi mom, whom looked past Petco and Petsmart, (nothing against them) but like I stated, I am paranoid. Nancy definitely took away my paranoia by sending me pictures of Max throughout the night and giving me updates on how he was doing. I do have in laws as well that we could have left our, pembroke welsh corgi, Maximus with but as sad as this may sound..(I don't really trust them with the care and attention that we personally give our boy) I feel as though even if I had given them directions, of what time his dinner was and how to give him water, and/or what he seeks in attention, they would have completely ignored me and/or thought I was ridiculous. Being able to let Nancy know what Max needed to be comfortable, and how we gave him his dinner and treats and her being open to do as we asked was just amazing in it self!!! Meeting her for the first time when dropping off Maximus (no meet and greet before hand) she made us feel completely comfortable and reassured us that he was in great hands, and I believed her!!! Remember, I am paranoid haha. The fact the Nancy lives less than 5 miles from where we reside is absolutely amazing. The love that she has for her own fur-babies of all different shapes, and sizes proves alone that she is an animal lover. She made us feel so welcomed and safe, by her doing so we knew our boy Max was in great hands!!! I know I repeatedly say how amazing Nancy is and everything about Rover is amazing (because they helped us find Nancy) but it's true!!! As a first time Rover client, I do most certainly recommend Nancy. Thank you Nancy, not only for your amazing service, but for giving us peace of mind on our, mostly my, first time away from our boy Max. We are definitely going to be regulars!!!

“We had a great experience with Marissa as Jynx’s dog sitter over the holiday. She communicated with us and made sure we knew how Jynx was doing. Jynx can be sensitive to loud noises, and Marissa was incredibly attentive and comforting when Jynx was scared. The pictures she sent of Jynx enjoying herself were such a thoughtful touch and reassured us that she was happy and well cared for. We would happily book Marissa again and highly recommend her.”

“Immediately felt comfortable leaving him with him I wasn’t sure how my dog would behave but I imagine my dog felt comfortable as I’ve never had him watched over but he behaved well assuming because he felt comfortable and with good vibes I would definitely leave him with him again he took care of him well and provided many updates photos and videos included if your looking for someone dependable and well versed with caring for pets you can’t go wrong with him 10/10 would recommend again”

“Destiny is the only person I trust to care for my pet. Her natural connection with animals is almost supernatural. She’s a responsible mature adult. There are never any issues back home when on vacation. Leaving my cat isn’t painful when she’s in charge. Sometimes I wonder if my cat likes her more than me! Ha!”
