He suggested we meet up before my trip to make sure that Jim warmed to him and his dog Charlie. This made the drop off way easier, when we actually left for vacation. John is warm, kind and an obvious dog lover. His dog Charlie is very mild mannered and socialized with my dog very well. John kept my dog for 8 days. When I went to pick Jim up, I could tell that Jim genuinely liked John. I will definitely use John again!”
