“Jessica and her partner, Ollie, really came through for us. We asked them to watch our dog, Georgia, just a week before a holiday weekend, and they seemed more than happy to host her. She was very accommodating with our schedule and even offered to meet us for a meet and greet before the weekend began. She seemed genuinely excited to watch Georgia when we met. I felt as if she listened to my instructions and didn't mind some of Georgia's more high maintenance behaviors. “Review After leaving our dog Tintin with her for a long weekend, we can absolutely recommend Vitoria - without hesitation! She completely understood our request to meet beforehand, and took to Tintin instantly. We had regular updates, photos and videos. One photo had Tintin’s “whiteboard” in the background - a comprehensive list taken from our “Guide to Tintin” that let us know his routine would be carefully followed. “You will not be disappointed if you are fortunate enough for Melina to take care of your dog/s. Our boys are extremely precious to us so finding the right person was paramount and our expectations of the level of care we were looking for were extremely high. We first met Melina with our boys and from the moment she opened the front door and greeted us into her lovely home I felt relaxed. I very carefully watched our boys behaviour and their expressions around her and they were so positive. Melina proved to have an excellent knowledge of dogs and their behavior. She asked lots of questions about their personalities, she showed a great interest in "getting to know them and their individual needs" . She is a very calm, caring, loving, thoughtful person. She smiles so much. Her home felt very relaxed and happy, a really lovely vibe. She has a secure garden which was great. The boys had a weekend stay with her and they approached her front door with their tails wagging. She gave me some lovely photos and message updates of them in her home and also out on a walk. Upon collection both our boys were very happy, behaved perfectly normal and seemed to be very much at home. She has fresh water laid out, some toys and soft bedding. I wouldn't hesitate in highly recommending Melina and we will definitely be using her again and again. Thank you so much Melina for being a genuinely lovely trustworthy carer for our boys, we have found our "home from home" for them. We can now go away feeling completely relaxed leaving them in your very capable hands.”
