“Nikola was absolutely incredibly with Pluto. He stayed with her for 10 days which I was nervous about but she brought me a lot of reassurance and comfort that he would be okay. She sent lots of videos and photos and kept me updated on his well being. We were able to meet about 2 weeks before our schedule drop off and had the best time introducing our dogs to one another. You can immediately tell how passionate and caring she is with her dogs and any other dog we crossed paths with. Pluto really did have the best time that he was very sad to leave her. In every video he was living his BEST doggy holiday life. I will 100% book with Nikola again. I think my pup even came back a little smarter!”

“Jessica and her partner, Ollie, really came through for us. We asked them to watch our dog, Georgia, just a week before a holiday weekend, and they seemed more than happy to host her. She was very accommodating with our schedule and even offered to meet us for a meet and greet before the weekend began. She seemed genuinely excited to watch Georgia when we met. I felt as if she listened to my instructions and didn't mind some of Georgia's more high maintenance behaviors. “It was Charlie's 2nd overnight stay with Mia and no doubt won't be the last. Communications before the stay brilliant again. After taking our booking, Mia had received another booking request and contacted us to see if would be OK if she accepted that too. I left it up to her and of course it was! When my flight got delayed and I had to extend the stay by another night, I knew Kona was in the best hands and Alastair was so kind and flexible to have him stay longer.
