“We had extremely good experience with our chihuahua Frankie. It was her first longer stay without us and needless to say she was very nervous at first. Cindy and her flatmate Sonia were in contact with us daily, sending photos and videos of her progress. They even organised playdates with Frankie’s best friend, so she would feel more comfortable. It was wonderful to see how Frankie warmed up to them and got more cuddly and relaxed. I think they both did a wonderful job and I trusted them fully.
