“Ian and family looked after our Winston for a week while we were on holiday. It was the first time Winston has stayed with anyone other than family so we were quite nervous but he had an amazing time. He loved playing with Lola and his little friend Rufus. “I needed an overnight stay at late notice for my dachshund puppy, Hal. I contacted Sinead who replied immediately and was able to accommodate Hal. We arranged an introductory meeting where Sinead was able to meet Hal and find out about what his likes and needs. In meeting Sinead put me at ease that Hal was in good hands and had a wealth of experience. In terms of the overnight stay Sinead made sure that I was updated during the time I was away and could tell when picking Hal up he had a really good time and clearly bonded with Sinead. I found the experience really positive and that Sinead was professional and quick to respond to any questions I had.”
