“Lizette was great! She was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. She kept me updated with messages and photo/videos. My Brownie is a very shy/nervous dog and has never stayed overnight anywhere other than home. Although he might have been very nervous at first Lizette was able to keep him at peace and have him warm up to her to enjoy his stay. I will definitely book her again and RECOMMEND her to anyone seeking care for their fur babies.”

“Cristina did such a great job at looking after my fur baby, Scarlett, during my trip. Scarlett is usually anxious with other people, but this was not the case with Cristina as she made sure Scarlett was comfortable at all times and even agreed to meet her before her booking date. She sent pictures/updates every day and quickly responded to my messages whenever I reached out. I felt so much better leaving Scarlett in Cristina’s care while I was gone, and I will definitely be booking again!”
