Faisal was attentive through the drop-off process and while we were away he daily sent us multiple photo updates. It was obvious from these that our boy was relaxed, playful and happy in his care, and comfortable in Faisal’s place. Faisal is polite and was also very quick to respond to messages. We recommend him highly!”

“Andrea is 10/10! It was the first time I left Charlie with a “stranger”, even though we had a meet and greet where he felt instantly comfortable, I was still unsure of how would he behave. Those worries went immediately away as Andrea was sending me constant updates and pictures, and I know he had so much fun and was in great hands with great care. Will definitely use Andrea to have him when necessary from now on, and I bet Charlie will love that. She loves dogs as much as me and that’s enough for me to be in peace. “Leaving our dog Teddy for two weeks was very hard as he usually comes on all our holidays with us. However we needn't have worried. I can't recommend Jo and Kev highly enough. It was immediately obvious to me that Teddy would be loved and well cared for by them. They are lovely people who clearly enjoy looking after dogs and their updates, pictures and videos were so reassuring. I could see that Teddy was really happy and they went out of their way to make sure he was settled. Teddy had a real home from home, I was so happy with the care they lavished on him, and will definitely want them to look after him again if needed.”

“Bessie, our Labrador X is old and takes medication for various conditions including dementia. As a result we we unsure about leaving her for the first time with someone she didn't know. Andreea was happy to meet us a week before for a short walk so she wasn't entirely unfamiliar, but in reality our nerves were unfounded. Andreea was calm and patient and took everything in her stride, including Bessie's medicine which can be a challenge! Bessie obviously had a lovely time and adapted better than we anticipated to her new temporary family. I am very happy with the care she's received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andreea or to book her again if the need arises.”
