She has some health issues and is a little shy, so I'm always worried about leaving her for the weekend with someone new, but I could tell she felt comfortable with Ellen right away. Communication was great—Ellen sent photos and updates and made me feel a LOT less guilty about leaving her. I honestly could not have had a better experience, which is saying something coming from a slightly neurotic mom of a special needs dog :) I'll definitely be booking Ellen again in the future!”

Emily’s communication was fantastic and helped ease any anxiety I had about not being able to bring Goose with us on a road trip. I cannot say how thankful I am that Emily was able to watch and care for our dog on such a short notice and during the Thanksgiving week. They sent photos and updates every day, and were more than attentive to any goofiness our dog displayed. He’s an escape artist, and they walked the perimeter with him every day so he could enjoy the outdoors without trying to run away. Their backyard is great & their fence is very secure. Pluto is exhausted & obviously had a great time! We will definitely have Pluto back soon!”
