“My boarding experience with Lauren has been great. I felt really comfortable knowing she was well cared for during my extended trip away. Lauren is easy to communicate with and very responsive. We also do daycare with her and my Yorkie enjoys going back, which says a lot since she’s usually pretty anxious in environments outside of the house. Lauren is very kind and treats my little one like her own, and I really appreciate the care she gives her. We’ve had a great experience overall.”

Emily was quick to respond when booking and was flexible with pick-up and drop off times. She sent lots of playful pictures and provided feedback throughout the 2 weeks that we were gone to include whether or not she was eating, letting us know that she was adjusting, and letting us know that she was doing well.
