“What a wonderful pain free experience it is leaving your dog with Alex. She is a genuine dog loving person and this is apparent as soon as you walk into her warm and welcoming house. I was able to go on a last minute trip as Alex was so accommodating over the Xmas period. I was kept up to date with my dogs walks, food etc and felt completely at ease. Alex has recently had her back garden re fenced so the dogs are dlwsys safe. I would highly recommend this lovely lady. My dog was very content to stay with her.”

My father-in-law had a medical issue just before we were going away, which resulted in my mother and father-in-law not being able to look after the dog as planned. Katie helped take Teddington when she was able which plugged the gap between our neighbour having him at each end of our holiday, Her communication was super before the stay and while we were away too with some lovely photos of the boy on walks and hanging out at Katies. We know he was treated like a member of Katie’s family which we are so grateful for as well as all the walks and love you gave him. “Jennie and her husband were excellent at caring for our 16 yr old Bichon Tilly. They were patient, loving, very capable and keen to ensure that Tillys routine was followed to the letter. Jennie also kept us informed and updated us daily with photos of how Tilly was doing. Tilly was returned to us happy, content and well looked after. It was the first time Tilly had stayed with someone other than family and Jennie did a brilliant job at reassuring us that all was well. We could tell how much Tilly loved being with Jennie and her husband and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for excellent, professional doggy care. Jennie.... “Allana was superb. We felt very confident leaving our dog with her and she proved to be a very kind and caring. We had a pre visit meeting and were instantly at ease and felt very comfortable leaving him in her care.
