She was extremely attentive, communicated efficiently throughout the stay, and sent plenty of pictures and updates during his day, which gave us so much peace of mind. Her home was very clean, well-kept, and clearly a welcoming environment for pets. Rue looked genuinely happy and comfortable during his time with her, and it was obvious he was getting lots of love and attention. We especially appreciated her mentioning how much her husband loved having Ruger around — it made us feel like he was truly treated like part of the family.
