“Rachel and Ben were very accommodating. We had a pre-meet at their house which was very close to their stay. I wouldn't normally leave it so late due but one of my dogs had been ill and taken a few weeks to recover. They were understanding of the lack of communications and we were made to feel very welcome. They asked lots of questions about the care and attention required for my two and I felt complete confident in their ability to look after my dogs. It was a trial stay as I've recently moved to the area and this is the first time they've been left with anyone outside of close family. I'm happy to say I'd use Rachel and Ben's services again and maybe leave them for longer if Rachel and Ben aren't booked up already!”

“Sam (Zhong) and Harper looked after our lively Border Collie Piper for 4 nights at their home near Media City. We were delighted to receive very frequent updates - pictures and videos via a Whatsapp group, that showed our pooch happily eating, drinking, playing, and generally having a wonderful time. Sam and Harper were very proactive in reaching out to us, not only to share all of Piper's adventures, but also to ask questions and check on any concerns (which we had encouraged beforehand). They were very loving and kind to Piper, and she was devastated that she had to come back home when we collected her. In addition to all of the care, Sam and Harper were also very quick at responding to messages, and met us promptly for drop-off and pick-up. I'm sure that Piper would love to go and stay with Harper and Sam again in the future :)”

“Zoe was quick to reply to my request and we had a lovely phone meeting (due to my distance from her). They were very welcoming when we arrived and Gigi felt immediately at home and was sniffing around and exploring the garden. They sent a few photos each day while on walks and at home playing and sent me text updates after walks and in the evening/morning. Gigi came back to me very happy and even said goodbye to them!
