She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. Clean, dogs play openly and the videos and pictures show them all having fun and even playing with the kids who adore having dogs around. On a personal note, anyone who fosters a blind and deaf dog shows his love fir animals (BTW, the blind dogs played as much as t h e rest of them). This is not a sitter, the dogs feel at home.
