“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. After reading all the great reviews for Emily’s service, we decided to place our dog with her for 13 days and let me tell you, we were completely satisfied with the whole experience. Emily was quick to respond when booking and was flexible with pick-up and drop off times. She sent lots of playful pictures and provided feedback throughout the 2 weeks that we were gone to include whether or not she was eating, letting us know that she was adjusting, and letting us know that she was doing well. These updates helped have ease of mind on vacation knowing that she was being well taken care of. “OMG!!! Michele was absolutely amazing with my Doodles ❤️ She welcomed us and made him feel right at home, upon our arrival. I’m usually very nervous about leaving my baby anywhere, but Michele assured me that he would be ok, and judging by the way he started moving around her home, I almost immediately knew he would be. Sitter sent several pictures and videos to keep me updated on how Doodles was doing and how well he was adjusting .
